Everyone I have encountered has been helpful and friendly. Great attitudes. However, they need to staff to meet the demands of customer needs. I see a lot of sales people and the budget needs to be allocated in hiring more technicians. I believe someone told me there are only 5. I just tried to schedule a tire pressure check just to see how long and they can t see me till February 22nd. This is insane. There is no other Honda within a 30 mile radius and they need to meet the demands of their customers. I had to leave to Walmart to get my oil changed this past weekend.

I will open with, I am new to this dealership and have limited exposure to the service team.However, I was very disappointed with my first experience when I had trouble setting up Android Auto with my CPO CRV. I went to service, and they said they don't do that and told me to get service assistance from any salesman. What?Thus far, I can not recommend this service department. They were not friendly, nor were they helpful.With the construction, this location is difficult to get to.P. S. The sales team could not help either as every one of the Honda Sales team used only Apple products and had no training on Android devices.

I was looking for a new vehicle,I just online at clark-knapp Hondaeasy few steps not like the other line services.Mr Jacob Molina sales rep. Helped me alotLiterally took me no more than 1 hour to do everything, just have your insurance information ready and sign some documents and that it. Call Clark-Knapp Honda and ask for Jacob Molina very easy and fast serviceIf I could give more star I would.

The earlier you get there the better, 7:30 am or 8 am perfect. In express lane,, service advisors are great, Mr Armando and Matthew are knowledgable and very helpful. But I cant say the same about a certain service advisor lady that has a bad attitude and rude. And to be exact this person does not have glasses on and is to the right hand desk, when you go in through the sliding doors through service the other taller lady w/ glasses will take good care of you.

It's hard to get a service appointment. They are 3 months out with no urgency for safety issues. They are short staffed. I've called, and when transferred to service, someone answers and hangs up. It took 6 calls to reach someone in service.

Took my Honda here for service. Not exactly sure what they did to it but the bill ended up being $1000. If they are not scamming people, they did a poor job of explaining the work being done. Not taking my car back here again and I will probably never own another Honda after this one.

Great customer service. In this situation, they kept sending suggestions of vehicles that were coming in until we found the vehicle we were looking for. Well paced sales team got us out the door ast a decent amount of time. Even when an issue came up, they fixed it in no time. This is our 3rd vehicle from them. Gonna go for 4 in a few years.

Always very nice when I come to get my oil change here, prices elsewhere are getting worse so I come here for a deal instead, wait is a bit long but I'd rather wait than pay more for less

Dina and Monica were great! I had some audio issues with my HRV, and I tried to recreate the problem several times while at the dealership without much success. I decided to leave the vehicle for several days so they could troubleshoot it. The problem was identified and resolved. Thank you.

Mario Galvan is great, but dealer service is usually overpriced. They have their red tape. They get the job done, but each experience is different. Good people, but dealership service is not always reliable. Sliding door was fixed but then the window did not work after.

I was driving the highway when I started to hear a violate flapping sound coming from the front passenger side. Luckily, I was close to Clark Knapp Honda service center. They took my car in less than 5 minutes to check underneath my car. It was just the lower engine cover came loose. They insert 2 plastic push rivets at no cost. However, they showed me that I was missing the middle lower engine cover and that my car has a minor oil leak and suggested to bring in my car for a diagnostic check to see where the leak is coming from. Fast car service and a quick visual check helped me get back on the road and schedule an appointment to maintain my car.

I have taken my 2024 Honda Odyssey car 3 times as they fix it and when I leave the problem is the same.
