This morning, two employees at the counter told me they could get some work done on my trailer by Friday and to bring the trailer in. I had to drive to the far side of Elsa to get the trailer and haul it back. When I arrived, they said they changed their mind and can t fit it in. This cost me time and money and I felt very betrayed.Also, the young man at the front counter (maybe 30, looks a bit like Rip on Yellowstone) was very rude talking to me in very short words without looking at me or in any way pleasant. When I had questions, he was not interested and actually left the room while I was talking. Later, he lost his temper and was mean.I do not believe the positive reviews that I read beforehand leading me to seek service here.

Best trailer service and repair shop I experienced in the 4 years of Hotshot driving! Had a burnt hub and failed bearings. Arrived when they opened on a Monday morning and job was done in a few hours. Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and provided the best customer service experience I had in years at any retail or service location. Prices were very reasonable as well. 100% recommend this location!

I have visited twice with suspension issues on my travel trailer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Mario takes time to explain problems in detail suggest effective remedies. Five stars!

Took our RV in for a bent axle and found out our brakes were shot. Replaced axle and all brakes for a very reasonable price.

Well little story I was in the area on a job 5 hours away from home. Call these guys let him know my situation I was in the middle of the job and I need to make sure I can make it home with the trailer because I blew out bearings needed a new hub and the rocker in between the tires for the leaf springs was wore out. They told me to get there as soon as I can, the better. When I showed up they looked at my trailer told me back it installed and they repaired everything on the axle a new hug new rocker for the leaf springs bearings all the way around even put a new jack on for a really really good price. These guys are all about customers taking care of the customer not getting rich off of one job but many I wish these guys were in my area cuz I use them every time I need them. If you're ever in the area Edinburgh far it doesn't matter they're right there and you need something done you call these guys and they will fix you up. Oh by the way not only did I have a trailer issue I end up locking my keys in my truck and it got a guy over there to unlock my truck for $25 these guys are Lifesavers. Thank you Jeff and your hands but I can't remember their names I wish I could we are awesome and thank you very much.

I had some work done on my Cargo van there about a year ago. They are professional that do awesome work. Highly recommend when you need work done right.

This place is a Joke. Went in to order a part for my Trailer and was told it would come in the next day and that i would be called once it comes in. Received no call the entire day. Went in a few days later to see where the part was and was told that they never had that piece. When i asked why an employee why he never called me back he just laughedIt takes a special type of incompetence to waste 5-8 days of my time. Will never recommend or shop here again.

Always have parts I need for my utility trailer. Very reasonable pricing. Atmosphere is rather dry

They helped me with brake problems on my RV. These people know what they're doing! Great service and reasonable prices. Call ahead as they are usually booked out a ways.
