They're efficient, fast, and reliable. They tell you exactly what they're going to do, how much it will be, and it gets done quickly. They're really nice people. I wouldn't hesitate going there again.

I went to 4 shops and they told me that they did not touch Volkswagens. Bermea's gave me an estimate, stated they needed a few days for parts to come in, fixed all the issues, and my car felt like new... They are awesome....the price was well within the estimate.. and when I drove the car home... it was worth every penny... Thank you .. 1 to 10... I give them a solid 10...

Made an appointment for service/ordered a part 3 days before since I was visiting from out of town. When I got there to drop the car off, they had my part, but no records of the appointment for service, said they were "swamped," but they'd hope to have my car ready by the end of the day, the following day they said for sure they'd have it ready, no update, no courtesey call. 1/2 hour before closing I called to check, they said still swamped, but it'll be 1st thing in the morning, by 9 at the latest. I came by at 10:30 and it still wasn't in their garage! Again, no courtesy call for an update that it wasn't going to be ready when promised. Finally done late that same day, meanwhile I missed 2 extra days of work since I couldn't leave town. No discount offered. No customer service. Maybe this review will contribute to their being not so swamped, b/c that's not doing them any favors.

What can I say about this place? Rachel and her husband are the definition of customer service! They really know what they're doing and charge an excellent amount!! If you have a Volkswagen or Audi go with them for repairs! I guarantee you will not regret it, the people at the dealer will sometimes charge you twice of what the people at Bermeas will and might not be as good as Bermeas. We loved their honesty and their ability to break down a problem for us to understand! Now that we don't have our VW we'll be missing their customer service

I went in to see if they had a throw out bearing for my dune buggy and they had it in stock the gentlemen at the register told me if i need the clips and i said nah i reuse the old one. Well turns out i needed the clips cause mine were demolished. Long story short THESE PEOPLE KNOW THEIR STUFF.

I was in McAllen on business and was referred to Bermeas. They were professional and reasonably priced. I especially appreciated the quick turn around. I was worried we were not going to get the repairs done in time to drive back across the country. My 1984 westaflia was originally owned by my grandfather and means a lot to our family. It was inspected, and repaired in two days. Drives like a new van. Thanks Bermeas!

Horibble service charged 700 just labor no new parts for 30 day fine print warranty..ac went out in less than a month..knock sensor said was fixed was just cleared off a scanner fan control module that said was checked was flooded with water..autozone might do a better job and won't charge that much

Came in on Saturday at 9am only to find nobody was here, nor where there any store hours posted and will not answer their phone. I've been here in the past and did great work but now clearly something changed and I will be forced to go elsewhere.

Very good service, I took my Bettle to fix the rear lights and they fixed it very well, apart from the fast service and very good price! Much better prices with them than with a car agency!!Muy buen servicio lleve mi bettle arreglar los focos traseros y me lo arreglaron muy bien , aparte el servicio r�pido y muy buen precio !!mucho mejor los precios con ellos que con una agencia de carros !!
