I have been getting oil changes for my vehicles for many years at Auto Diagnostic Center. They have always done a great job with my vehicles. The employees are always friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

Good service and very courteous staff, took my work truck for an oil change and got picked up to run errands, auto diagnostic center called me and told me there was additional filters that needed to be changed and I approved it, I was very grateful that they called and didn t just do the work with out an approval. It was a bit pricey for an oil change but I guess that s what you get when you have a diesel pick up. Lol

I do like the service at Auto Diagn�stic Center, and I been taking my vehicles here for quite awhile, but lately the Mechanic's techs have been lacking off, on fixing the cars, the communication with customers is very bad they tell you we will call you with your quote before fixing it, and they don't call, since they don't have any supervision on the work area, the techs don't care about timely fixing the vehicles,, very bad service,,, they even told me nothing wrong with the vehicle, but yet I have this warning lights on,,,Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

My car quit in their parking lot. They gave me a reasonable price to repair and completed work on time . I was from out of town . They did everything I needed and got me on my way to TN. Nice , honest folks IMO

Very helpful got what I was looking for great service highly recommend this place they call to notify if it needs additional parts n when vehicle is done happy with results had a diagnostic leak check transmission and engine flush spark plugs changed for a 2008 Cadillac CTS AWD

The single worst service I have ever received. They charged me $550 for a job that maybe costs $300, then didnt even end up fixing the issue the first time. I had to take it back a second time and, again, they didn t fix the work properly. I had to take it back a third time and they insisted on charging me another $185 to fix some wiring that they missed the first two times my car was in their shop. Knowing my car couldn t drive to take it anywhere else, they up charged me because they knew I had no choice but to pay whatever price they gave. The attendant at the front is rude, the owner is unreasonably childish and immature, and the mechanics are sloppy with their work. I wouldn t wish this bad of service on my worst enemy. Im out of pocket $1000 dollars because they up charged me and didnt fix the issues the first visit.

Would not recommend this establishment for any major mechanical work . They did a 4. Disk rotor and pads. Now there noise coming from beneath car by wheels. On all 4 .metal sound when you hit any bump in road. Should have believed the reviews .

Took it for an inspection and it didnt pass.. they said it was my brake pads and other stuff quoting over 250ish dollars when I hadnt had any issues....I took to another place and they checked it twice and it passed....I'm upset and disappointed that auto diagnostics almost took advantage of me. I will never take my vechicles there again.

I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my truck in to have my air conditioning fixed they charged me 600 bucks hasn't been six months and it went out again. Do not come to this place they will rob you by recommending service and parts you don't need and they will tell you that if you don't have them installed the won't give you warranty while waiting here I heard it many times customers come in for a simple job and they recommend this and that and they end up charging an arm a leg and with interest so do yourself a favor and don't come to this place

Quick place to get inspection sticker, however, I only carry debit with me and there was a minimum charge of $15 when the inspection costs $7. I was obligated to pay $15. I understand business owners may place a minimum on credit cards however, I used my debit card. The action is illegal and a offense under federal law. The cashier could have easily given me $8 back. Aside from this, the place is great and I hope they change thier methods when charging patrons.

Seems to be a family business which is great. They always have provided quick and friendly service. I usually only come for state inspections but today they were real life savers when they reattached a part of my car that came lose after hitting a pot hole.

I ve been going to this place for regular/synthetic oil changes for about 4 years. The oil changes are completed in about 10-15 minutes if no car is ahead of you. This was the situation on my last visit in July. I went in for a synthetic oil change on a 2012 Mustang. The employees recommended to me a new oil filter since mine was already wearing out. I agreed to the oil filter so employee proceeded with oil change. I paid for my services and went home. The following week I am driving and realize the front of my hood was making a kind of ticking noise. After driving for about five minutes the check engine oil light came on. I was able to make it to a Stripes, but right before I did the check engine light came on as well. This happened on a Friday at around 5. I was worried the shop was already closed so I googled the location and thankfully they were open until 6. I was about five minutes away from the shop so I drove and was worried the whole way there that the car was going to stop working and leave me stranded on the road. I get to the shop and the employees automatically accuse me of hitting a bump/rock on the road because the car was leaking oil. I told them I had not done so and that the car was fine just yesterday. They took the car into one of the bays and began to check the car. Then about 10 minutes later they come and advise me the OIL FILTER THEY RECOMMENDED WAS DEFECTIVE. Now I am sitting there worried about the other parts in the car that might be damaged. They ran some tests to make sure all parts were up and running. According to them the car was fine, they replaced the oil filter and put the new oil in. Throughout all of this there was no manager onsite to apologize for the situation. Being a woman taking a car into a shop and being wrongfully accused of damaging my car is horrible.

Friendly place, has the basics your vehicle needs, looks like immediate fam runs the place. My suggestion is to update a disclaimer for the advertised 15 minute oil change. I was there over an hour, there was about 2-3 cars ahead had me wait longer only for me to ask why, only to learn didn't have my filter in stock. I was very patient but after the hour passed I became a little unnerved as I expressed a third time when I had to leave the 2nd time around I'd asked for a status. Would like to give this place another chance sometime.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR STATE INSPECTION!!!! This business is a rip off!!!! They will hold your car registration and they are NOT legally allowed to do!!! They said they will "find" something and will NOT tell you in advance for your approval!! You will be stuck if you just hand them your car. They will keep your paperwork until you pay. This is NOT HOW IT IS DONE!!!!! They are to simply tell you the vehicle passed or failed and tell you what needs fixing. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!

Very disappointed... I always get my inspection/ oil changes here never had an issue. For some reason this year they give me a hard time about my tint. They didnt have an issue before and now I had to have them remove my tint just so they can pass my inspection. I get it, they need to follow code. So what you havent followed code for 3 years?? 2nd the inspection is $7 and they try to charge me $15. Nice try...Never giving these people my business again.

Warning Do not take your vehicle here , we went in for an oil change and filter as soon as we left our car started messing up . Do not trust these people with your car . We normally always go to Walmart but it was closed due to covid. It s also really expensive. We made the biggest mistake taking our car here . Now it doesn t turn on .

I hardly ever review a business but I felt I needed to leave a review here for others. Please do not go here the owner will seem really nice and try to explain what he will do to your vehicle but in reality he does not know what he is doing he will leave your vehicle in worse shape and charge you more than he should. Please people take your vehicle to a real mechanic you will waste your money here and owner will find away to take your money

My car was leaking water from the water pump and oil from oil cooler. The car had to be taken back several times because the water pump and oil cooler kept leaking after the repair. Two months after the repairs the car is still leaking from the water pump. I came to the Pharr location because the San Juan location said they could not do the all the repairs at their location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PHARR TEXAS LOCATION.Service: Engine repair
