This mechanic is absolutely amazing. They have fair prices and don't pressure you into up-sells you don't need. They are very reassuring when you are worried about your car and explain well your options for how to fix it. Because they are first come, first serve, I never had to wait weeks for a dealership to squeeze me in. I would recommend them to anybody!

Great automotive repair shop. Caesar was my first contact and then Gio took it to the finish. It was a difficult job, that was quite expensive, but they did it right. Car is running quite good now. Highly recommend Three Points Automotive!!! -- Chris

100/10 Recommend these guys!! I just picked up my truck from the body shop next door (Shout out to Big Boys) and as I was driving back to my office I heard a loud pop and lost all power to my turbos. I called the body shop and they sent me over here. I m supposed to leave town today for the holidays. These guys jumped on getting the hoses reattached to my intercooler. They are beyond helpful and friendly. If you come here and don t have a great experience, then that s YOUR Fault!

When my starter went out I was worried about having to wait a while to have my car fixed. However, after talking to a coworker that sang this shops praises, I called them and, to my amazement, they agreed to take my car and fix it in the same day. They really saved my bacon, and did it in a fair, friendly way. Thanks you!

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, reasonable rates, and quick service. Geovanny is great, and he explained everything in language I understood. I found this group on my Neighborhood app and they are as advertised ! I had three different vehicles with three different issues and not only am I satisfied customer, but happily recommend them to anyone with automotive needs. Cesar, Geo and the team at Three Points Automotive are a Family owned and operated business in Pflugerville, so support this local business. They replaced a clutch in a Subaru, A/C replacement in a Jeep, and a total engine replacement in an Acura for me. They are not only dedicated to quality workmanship, but the communication through each work process was some of the best I've ever experienced. The quotes were pretty spot on, and as they brought other issues to my attention, made adjustments to "cost share" some of those items to stay as true as they could to the original quote on a site unseen vehicle. It's nice to find a hardworking honest shop in our area and I will definitely call upon them in the future if I have auto-mechanical needs.

I kind of want to gatekeep this place, but also want them to do well! They are very honoring of your time, and their pricing is very fair. Geo is incredibly helpful and straightforward - he takes you back and walks you through exactly what's wrong. Their diagnostic fee is the lowest in the area, they are very honest and don't try to upsell you. It's been a LONG time since I've felt so safe with a mechanic - this is the only place I'll be taking my vehicles.

Out of all the auto shops I ve visited throughout the years in Austin, I think I ve found my go to team. Geo and his team has helped me from the very beginning when I needed work done on my Jeep, they were professional, kind, and so informative. They took care of the maintenance issue and had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours every time. Communication is always on point, and they take their time explaining your vehicle issues and what will be the best and affordable fix. I highly highly highly recommend this auto shop to anyone needing car maintenance or a routine check up! You won t regret it!

I can't speak highly enough of this place. They have awesome customer service. They drove me home and back from the shop. They saved me hundreds of dollars from what Firestone was quoting me. And when I had an engine light came on right before a road trip, they did a quick diagnosis for me and I was still able to leave on my trip!They're fantastic, and locally-owned and operated. All good reviews are real! I would highly recommend Three Points Automotive if you have any vehicle issues or needs.

I thought something was wrong with my car. So after reading the reviews I brought my car here. Turns out it was USER ERROR (lol). I dropped my car off, they had kept it for a few hours to recreate the issue. He kept in contact the whole time advising me he couldn t find the issue. He could of told me I needed a whole new transmission break blinker outlet plug (lol) and I would of paid but he didn t. He was honest, I paid nothing. I will forever go to this place because they were honest. Thank y all!

I contacted Sergio regarding Purchase. I wanted to make, and I needed a buyer s inspection. He was very easy to talk and work with and he took me in same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing him more business in the future. Highly highly recommend this place.

Originally took my car for slight oil leak. On or around February 16th. It is now May 1st. I've had to take my car back 6x times.! It's still leaking. I'll see them in COURT! I wrote a more thorough review on Yelp. Please stay away! Mind you after they fixed it first time, on my way home from shop 1st time oil light came on and was flashing. Car was making a ding noise. 1300 later and my car is leaking more oil now then when I first took it in. I will not go back I'm going to court! I shouldn't have to go back a 7th time. This place is excellent! Went here to get my brakes changed (which they were far past due) before a big trip and my experience with them was seamless and smooth. Caesar was very friendly and provided great customer service, giving me updates throughout the whole process. The mechanic, I believe his name was Alex, did excellent work on my car. I m writing this from San Diego and the trip went safe and smooth. I recommend these guys!!Thanks guys!!Service: Brakes

Very reasonable prices. Almost half of what 3 other automotive shops had quoted us at. I would have given 5 stars, but it's extremely hard getting in and out of this place. The parking lot is super small, and there are cars damn parked one on top of the other. It's definitely worth this small aggravation.

Great shop. I took my Dodge Ram 1500 to Three Points because of some engine issues. They were extremely thorough and fast! Unfortunately, my truck may require engine service that they no longer provide, but should I have any other issues, they will have my business. They were very professional throughout my entire interaction with them.

I recently had some cooling issues and they allowed me to keep my vehicle there while my auto adjuster got info on the vehicle. They put some coolant and gasket maker and the car was operable to take home saving me a tow expense! Thanks guys! Highly recommended.

Best mechanics & just good honest ppl that own it & work it! We've been bringing our 3 vehicles here for several years, that range in age & type & they have never disappointed on pricing, turn around & fully explaining everything that was needed to be done & then the things that will need to be done in the future. Everyone we have recommended them too have also remained loyal customers. You & your vehicle will always be taken care of here!

I had originally taken my vehicle to henna Chevrolet because a notification to service my cruise control and power steering was coming up every time I started my vehicle. I took my vehicle to henna Chevrolet on a Monday morning and they had yet to look at it Friday evening because of what they say it was a very large workload in front of my vehicle. A friend recommended three points Automotive, and I am so happy that they did. Not only were they able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle within an hour, they were able to get the parts needed and the vehicle fixed I ll before the end of the business day. Cesar kept me up-to-date throughout the entire service of the vehicle. I know it s difficult to find good, honest, mechanic work, but I have honestly never Have had better customer experience or service at any other automotive shop.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the people who work there. They were good to every customer that walked in while I was there as well so that's the way they always are. I highly recommend three points Automotive because of their Fair assessment the repairs needed on my car and the professional way out everything was handled. They were recommended to me by family member who brings all of their vehicles there to get repairs done. They met up to my expectations and beyond!

Needed to top off my transmission oil n I can't believe how nice they r all are. Didn't feel pressured didn't feel like taken advantage of. I brought my own oil in and I wasn't sure about it they verify it to make sure it's the right one and I am overwhelmed how nice n respectful they are and they didn't make me feel dumb and they didn't act like they are know ut all and treated me dB like most places do. Yall are awsome thank you

First off, let me start by saying that I've always had used cars that I drive until they laugh at me when I turn the key. I run my vehicles to the ground before getting a new one. That means I'm usually up for some sort of repair once every couple years. I'm saying that because I'm pretty used to talking to and working with mechanics over the years. Three Points Automotive has been one of the best experiences I've ever had in what can be a very stressful and expensive experience. Geo and Sergio have ALWAYS been willing to help no matter the circumstances and they've been 100% honest in quoting repairs and talking to me about the issue at hand (I know enough but am no expert). I've referred family members to their shop and will continue to do so! I cannot say thank you enough!Services: Electrical repair, Auto brake repair

Bought a used car from here a while ago, ac stopped working after about a year and a half. Did all the repairs myself and still was unable to fix it. Three points took a look at it for me free of charge and then actually showed me the problem (a leak) and were able to fix it AND recharge my system all for about $260 and it was entirely worth it. Real great team and definitely willing to work with you. Going here for any future car troubles for sure

I don't normally review but I need to start, especially with local companies like this who deserve 5 stars. Let's support them folks. They have been such a blessing to me. One example was when I got ripped of at a shop in Austin and they couldn't seem to pinpoint the issue (not sure I believe that). Anyways, I take it to Three Points and they instantly know what's up and give me a good deal to make the repair. My family trusts them and uses their services as well. You won't be disappointed.

I've been going to Three Points for years now and always have a great experience. Today I had my kiddo with me, but they were able to get my in and out under an hour for an oil change. And at a great price! They told me about a small leak near my oil filter, too. Thanks y'all!

The most trustworthy mechanics around! My husband and I have brought multiple cars here over the years and these guys are the best we know of! They never overcharge and never try to sell you something you don't need.

Honest Mechanics. I went in for brake pads and an oil change because my ears were playing tricks on me and I thought I heard the brakes squeaking. The head guy came back to the lobby to ask why I wanted them changed and explained that they were still in good condition and did not need the extra work. Then they changed my oil in less than thirty minutes, even though there were five other guys in the lobby. So fast, so professional. But mostly I am just impressed with their honesty. Oil change for my car was $60 total, 70% of what the Honda Dealership charges.
