In one word, dishonest. I have been going here for years because it is convenient and close to my home. I didn't mind paying their exorbitant prices if it meant not fighting with traffic to get to other locations. However, today I was outright lied to and I'll never return to this establishment. I attempted to cash in a scratch-off lottery ticket with a relatively low dollar amount, well below the threshold that requires going to the lottery commission. This store is always very busy due to location and most of their customers pay in cash. The cashier, who could barely communicate, immediately gestured to the rack of tickets. When I declined, he just kept repeating "no cash" after I watched the customers in front of me pay with cash and saw the register open, full of bills. Avoid this place.

Because it's close to home, I usually come here to buy cigarettes, but I don't go anymore because I find the prices are too expensive.

Their machines kept declining my card, even though I had plenty of funds to cover the charge. Went to another gas station near here and had no issues... This experience was sus af.

Do not buy these breakfast tacos, $3.24/each and totally not worth it! Small in size and they skim on the meat, I ordered a bacon and egg taco and couldn't even find the bacon! Will not be going back. 1 star for customer service

Rude and unhelpful staff. The screens at the gas stations are so dim that you can't see what the system is asking you to do. I covered the light with my hands and leaned towards the screen, but I still couldn't see. and when I went back to the cashier, saying about the problem, he became irritable and quickly gave a refund check and said you did something wrong and here's your refund, and in order to fill up the gas you have to pay again. Then he made it clear with his behavior that I should move away, he had other clients there. Just awful! disrespectful! Not only are half of the stations not working, but those which do are with defects, they do not want to help. I think his salary is hourly, so he doesn't care what kind of profit this business will have. I didn't pay again and just left. Better drive a couple more miles and refuel at a better gas station with better service.

Constantly has skimmers. If you have a business where people put in their cards, you should do everything possible to protect your customers. Doesn t seem like much of an effort has been made to correct this. There are solutions to this problem that doesn t involve inconvenience to customers.EDIT:They upgraded their pumps, so good on them. Hopefully they are more secure now.

Cashier would not refund my money for a broke air pump I attempt to use to put some air on my tire. What makes it ironic is that same cashier gave me a change to use the Air pump but after I was unable to use it since it was broken he told me that he knew that the pump was broken and that he can't refund me $1. I am usually not picky and I just wanted some freaking air. Very dishonest people.

These guys are crooks. Pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream $2.99, then $3.19, then $3.49, now the printed page has a sticker over it saying $3.69. When they ring it up, now it's $3.99. THAT IS THEFT. YOU HONOR YOUR PRICES. Then the guy comes up with excuse after excuse, he's probably the crooked owner!!! Pretends not to see the sign, then I point to the sign, then pretends it's not a Blue Bell Pint. When it is clearly a BLUE BELL. Then it's because it's not a Pint. It says ONE PINT. Now it's because it's not the picture FLAVOR. WOW BUDDY. JUST WOW. You "FRIEND" are a CROOK.

Never buy from this place! They don't even mark the price on items and then overcharge you at check out. These people are bad business

They are overpriced, so I guess convenience store is not so convenience, do a favor to yourself and drive to the QT or the shell down the road

Horrible gas! I put it in my Mini Cooper and now my car is misfiring in all cylinders. I m sticking with Shell.
