Shoreline Boat & RV repair is the epitome of expedited, detail oriented, professional work. After being hosed by a previous shop Shoreline was able to correct my boat and more. The customer service is excellent and the attention to detail is phenomenal. The shop is VERY clean and orderly to match their professionalism. Their turn around time is very reasonable as well. I was kept informed and "in the loop" through the entire repair process. All my calls were answered every time and I was updated with pictures thorough the repair process. I will return and would highly recommend Shoreline to anybody looking for boat or RV repair work.

I'm vere satisfied with the quality of work Shoreline Boat & RV Repair performed on my 2022 Winnebago Navion's fiberglass front cap. The fiberglass repair and paint job is excellent. Can't tell where the affected area was.The staff is very courteous and professional. No wonder they've been in the Austin area for so many years.Jamie Doss, our Estimator, did a great job preparing a detailed repair quote and timeline.While none of the authorized RV dealers in the Austin area offered a timely and professional repair solution, Shoreline Boat and RV Repair provides a secure and modern repair facility to deliver the quality of work one.

I had an emergency of no electricity in my RV, & Shoreline was able to come out & diagnose the issue as well as repair it. Their technician was so personable & polite. He also answered all my questions. Which I really appreciated. Communication from the office was great also! I will use them again if need be!

Shoreline did a great job helping me with some repairs and maintenance on my Class A motorhome. We dropped it off while we were in Austin and they took care of everything. They also plugged in my motorhome while it was there over the weekend as we stayed with some friends in the area. We will definitely use Shoreline again when we come back through Austin. Billy was great to work with.

Had a last minute repair needed to replace my front stabelizer jack, with a BBQ Competition coming up this weekend, and Jamie hooked me up, got the repair done next day, and I couldn't be happier with the service.This is the second time I've called them for something, and they have been professional both times, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and overall trustworthy.

This family owned business was quite helpful to us with repairs on our Motorhome. The appointment for inspection of needed repairs was easy to secure. We dropped our RV off one day and picked up two days later! Repairs were done professionally and at a reasonable price. We had one slide repaired (motor & electrical issue) and one plumbing issue. We are very satisfied with the repairs. We would definitely return to this shop for needed repairs.

We had our Keystone Springdale recently severely damaged from cattle. The team at shoreline repaired the damage perfectly, actually looks better than new! Highly recommend Jamie and his team. Isaac in service as well. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting things done right. Even on pick up day with hitch adjustments. Billy worked on my RV warranty claim with the assurance that Shoreline would do the repairs and then with less than one week before the warranty was to expire he dropped me with no explanation leaving me to scramble at the last minute to find the help I needed! Very unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion.

Have taken our RV there twice for repair and have been very impressed with there professionalism and taking the time to do the work that needed to be done and then some. Had issues that we were not even aware of that they found and took care of for us. Our go to RV repair place.

Had boat fiberglass repair completed on my 2020 Moomba Kaiyen. Fix looked brand new as if nothing had even happened. Jamie was great and communicated throughout the process and was done earlier than expected. Highly recommend

We brought our A class RV in for body repair. Jamie was excellent from the beginning he communicated promptly, worked with our insurance and got the repairs done as promised. I normally don't write reviews but I had to write this one. I called Shoreline Boat & RV Repair early and spoke with Greg. He told me that he would fit me in to repair paneling in my Coachmen Galleria Class B RV. Greg and his team did an amazing job. Mind you, this is my very first RV so he also reviewed some items I didn't know about. We found some other items that needed repair and Greg and his team fixed them too! Greg and his team were absolutely professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need RV service/repair, I will absolutely call Greg at Shoreline Boat & RV Repair. Had some issues with my service but the guys stayed late to get my rig right before spring break. Turns out we discovered a battery charging issue that was causing half the problems and a loose wire that they fixed on the spot. Thanks for the help guys.

Shoreline did a lot of work on my RV. Billie kept me informed every step of the way with cost estimates and completion time. On pick up, he did a thorough walk through on repairs and replacements. Would highly recommend Shoreline for RV service.

This is long overdue on my part. I had Shoreline repair chips and scratches on a boat I was restoring and despite the boats age and variety of repairs their work was impeccable. I am about mid season and the repairs are not noticeable in any way. The color was matched perfectly. Communication with them was excellent and responsiveness was top notch. It takes time to have this kind of work done, but it is well worth the wait. I highly recommend them and hope I never have a reason to visit them. But if I do, they are my first and only call.

I have an older model little Class B RV that several things had stopped working on. I'm new to RVing, but full-time and, not being mechanically inclined, let's just say I was overwhelmed. I called Greg at Shoreline on Monday afternoon, and they saw me at 8 the next morning! Preston took care of so many things and everyone was super pleasant, helpful and informative. Greg also recommended places to go for a couple of things Shoreline doesn't do. I actually fought back tears of relief while waiting for the new person (really sweet) who was being trained to put the invoice together. The entire place is impressively clean and well-decorated. Do not hesitate to become a Shoreline customer. You'll be happy you did.
