Chris scheduled my appointment for a car inspection. I arrived about 20 minutes early fully prepared to wait. I was pleasantly surprised that Chris checked me in right away and they instantly took my car. Start to finish it took 15 minutes. Chris was friendly and professional. The waiting room was clean. The inspection team was quick and efficient.

Definitely recommend this place! Went in for an oil change, talked to the store director Chris, and before you know it my car was done. When I asked for recommendations on a tune up for my car they didn t give me the typical sales pitch. They kept it honest and told me what I should do next within the next 5-10,000 miles. Thank you guys for the amazing service! Definitely coming back!

I randomly picked this place on Google maps on Friday looking to get a car inspection done. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile. Chris Gallegos at the front desk was funny, helpful, and courteous. I was told it would be an hour wait time for a car inspection, but I only ended up waiting like 15-20 minutes. Fast and efficient is what I like!! I will definitely come here from now on for my state inspections, and it's close to home.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only did my car break down because of a blown coil on Good Friday, but it was done the same day AND it was the start of a holiday weekend. They are professional, friendly and competent! Please go and have a stress free experience!

Drove from dripping springs from a referral for an alignment for my truck on bigger tires. Man am I glad I made the trip, Chris and his team were fantastic and had me in and out in a timely manner. Their customer service was 10/10.Very affordable and honest work, will recommend this shop to any friend or family member in the Austin area!!

Christian Brothers tried to rip me off and said I needed nearly $3k in suspension work done. Their quote and "diagnosis" set off red flags.Took my car here to Precision for another look after a family member reccomended them.Chris Gallegos helped me out. They were busy but still had my car in and out in 45min.They told me I simply needed new tires and an alignment. Includinf buying mew tires the work and parts are about 1/8th of the process CB wanted to not even fix the issue.So Precision was straight up honest and found the issue, and save me $2.5k.Awesome service and good folks here!

I was recommended to Precision by an associate of mine. I had my brakes redone and a couple of maintenance things on my Tundra. They did a great job in a timely manner. They're where I'll go in the future, for sure.

I have been going to this shop for almost 5 years and have NEVER had a problem with them. They are professional, honest, efficient, and trustworthy. Chris and Bubba (I think that s his name) are very nice and fun to chat with. I spread the word about this place to anyone and everyone I talk to.

Precision Tune is the only shop I use for all 3 of my cars Chris the manager is honest and will give you a straight up quote that will beat the other competitors. I've been using there services for years and will for many moreThanks for the great customer service

Not sure why my review got removed.Awful service, seemed like I was a hassle to deal with and they made sure to upcharge me my first and only time there. I d avoid going here unless you want to pay an extra $250+ for something that takes maybe a minute of effort, which is checking the computer reading of the car. Absolutely sleazy and unacceptable

I've been coming to this shop for the past 5 years, but after today I will never be using this shop again. I went to get a state inspection done. I called 3 days in advance and talked to Chris, who was always great BTW, and scheduled it for Saturday(3.16.2024). I arrive at 8:30am and waited to talk to the front desk worker, who was talking to a lady ahead of me. When he got to me his demeaner changed, I told him I was here to get a state inspection, he asked for my insurance card which I had printed out 20 minutes before I arrived. He then tells me he cannot accept my insurance because it is not a 30 day policy, it had today's date and would be renewing on the 27th, I ask if he was going inspect my vehicle, he said no, so tell him "Eff You" and walk right out. I guess I'll be going back to Dave's Ultimate Automotive down the street. I chose this place because I used to deliver auto parts there and Chris was really great and it was closer to my home and I didn't mind the 10 minute walk, but that other guy just plain sucks, treated me like some kind of "shady fence jumping hoodlum." I've taken my personal and several of my fleet vehicles there, but after what I experienced today, I will never step foot in there again. Take care Chris

Great service, fast and professional. Great staff, great attitudes. Chris was a pleasure to work with both over the phone and in person. My Honda Pilot needed an oil change and I also needed a vehicle inspection report. They got it all done in no time and the service included all fluids and filters. Their prices are great, very reasonable. This was my first time at Precision Tune and one of the few times I have been to a mechanic and didn't feel like I was being robbed. I will be returning there for all my future vehicle needs. Very happy I chose them.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

The staff here are very professional, friendly and humorous! My braking system experienced an emergency on the highway at around 3pm on the Saturday, and they solved the problem on the same day before 5pm! It s so efficient that totally saved my day. This place is awesome and I ll come back here when my vehicle has any other issue in the future :)Service: Brakes

First time using precision tune and couldn't be happier with the honest service they provided. I was expecting multiple repair issues and they ran a diagnostic test and found a simple fix.
