Holt Truck Centers is an exceptional establishment with a team of highly skilled and friendly individuals. In particular, David stands out as an amazing individual. He is far from being a couch potato; instead, he actively engages in his responsibilities. During my recent visit, he took the time to walk around and thoroughly inspect my trailer, ensuring that it was functioning properly. His dedication and attention to detail were truly impressive. I greatly appreciate his efforts and the overall excellent service provided by the team at Holt Truck Centers.

Went in for a inspection. WAS in n out.. don't know about repairs probally arm n leg.. but hey it's a shop they l all gots to make money

If I could give zero stars that s what it would be. Was advised before taking truck to Holt CAT in Pflugerville not to take it there by one of their own mechanics. Truck was in and out of shop taken by wrecker twice for 3 months and charged $24K. Had to take truck to another shop to get it fixed right. Then was charged another $7000 to get the work that Holt CAT should have done, fixed. They need to stick to working on brake chambers and alternators they might be able to do that.I am adding that they replied that they would like to resolve the issue. There has not been any attempt from Holt CAT to resolve this issue.

Hey truckers please never take your truck to HOLT truck center in Pflugerville TX . I searched and find this place to fix my break chamber. When I called them they told me we will fix right away just bring it. I said ok and dropped my truck and trailer to fix the break chamber and break adjustment. They told me it will be ready by tonight. But my truck and trailer is still staying there for no reason. I Called numerous times and Dacota who is seating on Custemer service answering the phone told me so rudely the status of repair. I wouldn't personally trust them with anything of value. Do not waste your time with these guys.

Just had the best experience at a truck repair shop I have every had today.Like so many other Class A Motorhome owners we had a DEF Sensor go out on our 2020 Entegra Aspire and Spartan RV Chassis recommend we have the work performed at Holt Truck Center. Spartan sent the replacement part directly to them and when we arrived they immediately took our coach and perform the work without any issues. Would recommend to anyone whom needs service on their Class A motor home in the Austin area.

I can always count on these guys when it comes to my tractor. They will try their very best at getting you in and out as fast as possible. (Update: Many years later-Still great service, as always!)

Customer service and the service performed were horrible. I had to call and check on the truck and see where they were because they never would contact me. Every time I would call there would be something else wrong. I spent $18,000 at this place only to come home and have no power steering fluid and a wire left off the alternator. One mechanic took the motor apart and a different one put it back together. I do t have a problem with that except the that took it off forgot to tell the other that the line to the turbo was twisted. I was on a time frame being I have customers waiting on me. So the truck was 4 days past the date that it was suppose to be done. When I finally go to pick it up they tell me there is a crack in the radiator. It has never leak a drop off water nor ran hot. Now I have put customer on hold for 4 days so I have no choice but to take the truck. So they said they could temporary patch the leak but I would have to get a radiator soon. So I take it and as soon as I pull out I notice that the steering is really hard so I pull over and there s no fluid in it. So I put 2 quarts in and it s ok. Then everything is fine then I start losing power and the truck eventually cuts off. So I open the hood to find the Wire hanging off to the alternator. Once I was stranded on the side of the rd I contacted Robert to see if he could help me but he let me know that his boss and field tech were not answering and told me that there was not much he could do. The next day he contacted me to send a field tech out and look at the alternator. When he arrived he check the alternator and the wire that was left off and said he was gonna change the alternator. Mind you I already have the alternator. About 20 mins later he calls me to tell me that his boss said he was gonna have to charge me about $700 to put the alternator on. When I went here I had no leaks in the radiator and the alternator was working fine. So I take it 2 miles from my house and paid $120 for them to put it on and it took all of in hr. I will never return here or recommend.

They charge to much and the charge for services that you dont know about until you pick up. We Have taken our business truck here many times. Guess we have to look for someone else
