I had the side of my truck damaged due to a hit-and-run driver that swiped into my truck in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. The driver side door and fender were damaged, so I brought it in for repair. I was pleasantly surprised that not only they repaired the damage that was done by the other driver, but they also repaired a very old damage that was done to my back door that had nothing to do with the hit-and-run; and they repaired that free of charge. In addition, they also cleaned off the really bad streak marks that were on my hubcap that were left by the other driver. When I came to see my truck, it looked like it was brand new again as they even washed it - inside and out.On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. I work in Austin and get off work at 5pm. That s when they also closed. When they called to let me know that my truck was ready, I told them I wouldn t be able to pick it up since I couldn t make it there until 6pm. They said they ll have someone wait there after hours until I arrived so that I could pick up my truck that same day. And sure enough someone was there close to 6pm, waiting for me so that I could get my truck after their own business hours.If you want your vehicle to look brand new again and get outstanding customer service, make these guys your first choice.

I had the pleasure of entrusting my 2023 Toyota Tundra to Pflugerville Auto Body following an accident from a drunk driver collision that left the rear right end severely damaged. Despite the challenging circumstances, David (owner) and the team at PFAB performed an outstanding professional job, restoring my vehicle to its former glory.The repairs required extensive work, including frame straightening, replacing multiple structural components, and new paint job. The craftsmanship and precision demonstrated by the team were nothing short of excellent. Although the process took 5 months, largely due to Toyota OEM part backorder delays, it was worth the wait.I was particularly impressed with how David advocated on my behalf with the insurance company, ensuring that only OEM replacement parts were used. This dedication not only preserved the integrity of my truck, which had only 7,500 miles on it, but also reflected their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.The thoroughness and attention to detail with which the repairs were executed speak volumes about the professionalism and expertise of PFAB. I cannot recommend them enough for their exceptional service and dedication. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work and for delivering beyond my expectations.

The team at Pflugerville Auto Body shop did a fantastic job on my car! I have been needing a paint job for my car for a while now and my bumper and the surrounding parts have also been through the ringer, as well as a couple of other repairs.The entire experience, from start to finish, has been very pleasant! They are honest, reasonable, thorough, and very kind. When I dropped off my car, they began ordering parts right away. They set clear expectations and answered all.my questions. They even finished my car earlier than expected! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they took it upon themselves to clean out my headlights!My car looks brand new again and I am extremely satisfied with everything. Cannot say enough good things! Should I ever need any repairs in the future, I most certainly will come back. READ THIS REVIEW: I don't often post reviews but I believe I need too this time. David(the owner) made my experience amazing. In the beginning of October my family experienced one of the worst hail storms we've ever experienced. Our car got completely destroyed. We called so many Auto body shops but all of them told us to wait or we're rude to us. When I called Davids shop, for the first time in 7 calls I felt like I had someone on the phone that truly wanted to help my family fix the car. He promised to waive the deductible, take great care of my car and get it done ASAP. After talking with him for 10ish minutes I said yes and his team got to work.By the time the team was finished (around 2 weeks), our car had been completely transformed like it has never been broken! He didn't have too but his team even cleaned the inside of my car as well!If you're looking for an Auto body shop that prioritizes customer service, doing a great job and giving great deals.Give David a call!

Front-End Damage Repair and Paint job for side panel rails on our Toyota Camry reasonably priced. Father and Son Shop worked quickly with our insurance (National General). Work was estimated to be a week and got it done a day and a half earlier than expected.Thanks to David, his son and all of their crew.Went the extra mile to clean up where they worked in and outside of the vehicle, too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to another place to get my door looked at to get fixed and they were going to charge me $115 just to look at it. I contacted Pflugerville Auto Body and they diagnosed my car for free. The did exactly what I asked and that was to get my car door to open and shut again like normal! They were great and responsible quickly!

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for David and his family. When I found out that my brand new 2023 Kia Rio that I only had for less than a month was sideswiped in a hit and run I didn t know what to do. I found Pflugerville auto body and they gave me the best deal out of six different auto places. They gave me my car back looking brand new like nothing even happed! Plus they gave her a wonderful detail and amazing customer service!!Like I said, before, words, cannot explain how grateful I am for this family and this business. I will continue to come back to them for all of my auto needs and recommend them to everyone.I know thank you again, David for helping me out and doing such an amazing job on my car. I recently entrusted my 2018 Tesla Model 3 to the team at "Pflugerville Auto Body" for some paint and dent repairs. As someone who's incredibly particular about who touches my car, I can't express enough how impressed I am with the quality of their work. The dents were fixed *impeccably*, making my car look as if it were brand new. Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend and encourage anyone in need of auto body services to give them a try.

I took my car for hail damage repair and I picked this shop based on their good reviews and waived deductible. David and his team were very professional and communicated the process thoroughly. They took care of processing the claim and worked with my insurance. Although there was one ding they missed on my hood I was still pleased with how my car came out and I recommend this shop. I rate them 4 stars due to the adhesive that was used stayed on my car and was not taken off completely. A good wax should take care of it though

I want to extend a sincere appreciation to David and his team at Pflugerville Auto Body. This was my first collision experience and I am so glad I trusted the reviews and went with them. I was scared because as I said, I had never been through something like this before. Initially, I had two other damages from being hit from two other people and had taken in the vehicle for an estimate when it had only been 4 months since I purchased my 2020 Toyota Corolla! To my surprise, I got in that third collision which caused the most damage, but still not totaling my vehicle.Upon first contacting them, they were so quick about returning my call. They didn't even give me a chance to call them back. David's son, Noah, was also amazing. I did not know they provided chauffeurs! LOL! Noah was so kind to meet with me in town to pick up a check knowing I lived far away, picked me up from Enterprise, and after a few days with the vehicle, I notified Noah about a minor issue (a light bulb in the headlights) and he contacted his father and called me back right away.They really value their customers here and honestly go out of their way to help you. I don't know if I should be saying this, but David went as far as not charging me for one of the damages that was not covered by insurance. Who does that?!!! Amazing service!! THANK YOUx's a MILLION!

Automatically up charged me $250 from their estimate as soon as I walked thru the door. We agreed on removing the bumper cover to paint was found out they didn t . When confronted they lied and said they couldn t get the bolts out even though it was removed one year prior.Another dishonest corner cutting shop.

I don t do reviews often but this review is a MUST!I was rear ended and couldn t find a place willing to fix my car because some of the parts were on back order. When it comes to my car I am very picky with who I let work on it. When I called Pflugerville Auto Boby they not only said they could do the job but they had availability for me to bring the car in right away! They got the job done in 2 weeks and left me with my car looking brand new!! They even cleaned my car!David (the owner) made the whole process as easy for me as possible and everyone I interacted with was incredible.If you are looking for an Auto body shop that actually cares about you not just your business, does amazing work, works with you however possible, and gets the job done as soon as they can Pflugerville Auto Body is definitely the place to go.I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know and keeping their number saved for the future. 10/10 recommend this business!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went here to get estimate for insurance on hail damage. The owners were very professional and attended to us in a timely manner. Gave an estimate which matched with that of the insurance adjuster. BEWARE OF BUSINESS PRACTICEWe had a horrible hailstorm and both my wife s and my car had severe damage. My wife s windshield was smashed, and she did not feel comfortable driving it. On October 5th, 2023, we had my wife s car towed to Pflugerville Auto Body after calling and they stated that they would be happy to look at and repair the hail damage. We would repair one car at a time. The owner of the business informed us that it would take about 2 weeks for repair and feel free to call for any updates along the way. On October 19th my wife called for an update and the owner was very rude and short with her stating that he had many cars and that the insurance was not responding to his request for supplemental. My wife offered to assist and this person yelled and was very disrespectful at her stating that she was being sarcastic. My wife had to hang up with him and came home in tears.I went to visit on Monday Oct 23 for an update. I found the car in the same spot and condition that it was dropped off in. After being asked for an explanation for his behavior towards my wife he became extremely rude with much profanity directed towards my wife and vehicle. He offered to have me take the vehicle of his lot if I did not care for the way he was treating us with such disrespect and profanity.I agreed to take my vehicle back as I did not want to do business with the likes of this type of person. He then explained that he had cashed the original check that he received from the insurance just a couple days after receiving the car. He cashed the insurance check for repairs to my car of which he had not even seen and cashed the supplemental insurance check for my wife s that he claims took too long. He had not even started any repairs on my wife s vehicle. He then told me I would have to take him to court to get the money back. He then could not find the keys so he then informed me that I would not be able to take the car. I would have to call the police if I had a problem. I then called the local sheriff who arrived at which time he found the keys, and I was able to take my car. Profanity pouring from his mouth the entire interaction.This company stole over $20,000 dollars without any work completed. The insurance company is attempting to capture the money. I had spoken to the claims adjuster that he had left one message with regarding the supplemental and she stated that out of the 25 years that she had worked to Farmers, this was the most rude and disrespectful message that she had ever received. They were unbelievably rude and disrespectful to myself and my family. I also feel bad for his kids that all witnessed this as to an example of how to run a business. He did state that he has cameras that capture the entire conversation. I would love for him to be so transparent as to share the footage as to show his customer s his true colors.Avoid this business. I hope this saves you from having to have a similar experience as mine. Car repair is stressful enough. You should not have to deal with such disrespectful thieves.

Must read all:Hands down the most honest, caring, understanding, and fast Auto Body Shop I have ever come across in my whole life. I was in an unfortunate accident not even 3 weeks ago and I legit called a dozen Auto Body shops that turned me away due to not being an insurance claim or because my car wasn't a 2013 or newer. When I called Pflugerville Auto Body without hesitation David and his team said bring it on in.They were very accommodating to my needs, very communicative and let me know through pictures and text everything that was being done. My car is my baby and they took such good care of my car. They did all the work internally and externally within 3 weeks, my car doesn't even look like it was in an accident. I am overall so pleased I found this shop and have already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

These guys are the number one cheaters in the town. I have given my black elantra for bumper replacement. When i have initially taken the car for the initial quotation they told like my whole bumper should be replaced they told like can't repair the crack on the bumper attached photos.they told they will be using OEM bumper and get that done with 2 days so on the same day i dropped my vehicle .Everyday when i call them to check the status they get irritated and disrespect me in a way they are busy to take atleast 30seconds of my call which is really bad. One fine day after two days they told my car is ready for pickup.i have paid 1000 bucks and picked my vehicle. After fews days i observed like one of the part in the imapcted area has broke again without hitting anything, Now i got to know that they just repaired the bumper bluffing me that it would be replaced.atlast i was the one who was impacted and cheated here.Guys don't ever ever ever trust them.Jesus just save all the folks from these kind of people.

Pflugerville Auto Body repaired our Honda CRV. The repair was of fantastic quality! They quoted us a price that was much lower than other body shops. They delivered our car exactly on time. Infact I was out of town and they were able to work with me on pickup and payment arrangements. They treated us with kindness, respect, and I love that its a family run shop!They helped us in every way they could, and I will 100% use them for future repairs.Thank you so much for taking care of us!-Aash

My car's coolant was leaking and it posed great damage to engine. I brought the OEM part and these folks helped me install the part at very reasonable price. And also no appointment was needed. Turnaround time was very quick. I would recommend this place!

I got my door handle broken inside and out, Called the Pflugerville body shop and had me walk in. I had my Parts ready by hand and they fixed the door handle with in 40 minutes. The workmanship is great and mechanics are very friendly. They know what they are doing.Bonus work: They even fixed my driverside mirror which was leaned and hanging.MUST GO BODY SHOP for me from now on for any future work needs!

Yet again this Auto Shop has performed miracles. This shop worked on my wife's car and there was an unknown issue that came up. They took their time and found a resolution and my wife is on the road happy and driving. Avoid this place unless you are trying to cut corners and don t mind shotty work. I very unfortunately went to them because all the other shops were full because of Covid. They took much longer to do the car than they said they would. They even asked for a supplement to the original insurance estimate. Yet the car that they pushed me to take, didn t have clearcoat on all the parts, the body panels did not lineup well, and there were bugs in the paint and fisheye all over. I pointed all these things out and the owner straight up offered to give me some of my insurance money back on the down low in order to just take the car off his hands because he didn t actually want to fix it. I declined this offer because I actually wanted my car repaired properly. They gave it back again in about a week but I don t think they did anything to fix it. My paint is peeling off my car several months later and the body panels are literally popping out of alignment. The plastic piece that surrounds my headlight completely flew off my car and I had to pay to get another one. I have since called and texted but they will not return either because they know there s problems with the car and they don t want to deal with it.Update: Reply to false response from owner: You know I called and texted you multiple times and you don t return them. And you know full well I didn t want you to cut corners- I refused to take my car when you tried to give me my deductible back rather than fix the problems. I d didn t have more damage and it s absolutely shameful that you do not have the character to be honest.

These folks are fantastic... I had rear-ended a Silverado pickup truck in my "brand-new" (2016) Toyota Corolla, causing about $5000 worth of damage to the front-end. I was actually approached in the HEB parking lot by an employee of Pflugerville Auto Body who saw my damage, gave me their business card and told me that they could handle the whole thing including dealing with my insurance company and covering any deductible (which turned out to only be $500 but they were prepared to do it for up to I believe a $1000 deductible). They drove me home from their shop after I dropped it off and picked me up from my home when it was ready. They made sure to keep in close touch with us with daily updates on their progress, the work was complete in only 3 days and the car looks and drives like new. We had even been running on a doughnut-spare tire and not only did they replace it with a brand new tire completely of their own volition but they also replaced the driver's side mirror, again without even having been asked, which had been damaged in a completely separate incident - that's the kind of people these folks are!
