Done using this business. Called to ask if they were currently backed up or had a long wait for an oil change. Told "First come first serve and if it takes you 20 minutes to get here then can't tell you". Then hung up. He had no idea where I was and I was not 20 minutes away. The last time I was in for an oil change (couple months ago) the guy was rude and had an attitude when I was called up to pay. Rather than saying something then, I wrote if off as maybe the guy had a bad day. Same guy. It appears that this is the norm with this individual. I have been using this location/business for well over a decade for multiple cars. Never had a problem before but I refuse to give business to places that refuse to be customer friendly or are rude.UPDATE: The individual above contacted me, explained that the phone call did get disconnected, but he did not hang up on me, and they have been having some phone problems. He was very professional, apologetic, and wanted to the chance to earn my business again.

Came in for the car inspection. Coolant level is low, they offered to fix it for free, but they don t have the coolant for my car, so the lady offered to do it for me if I go get the coolant at Autozone. They have such an Excellent customer service. Always bring my car here for inspection and oil change. Good customer service, fast and affordable prices. Thank you!

They put the wrong type of oil filter on my car, and it fell off while I was driving. Then they acted like it was no big deal and like this type of thing is to be expected. Definitely never returning, even though I was a customer for almost 10 years before this.

Irresponsible, negligent and unsafe. They left a bottle of oil under the hood after the oil change. The oil spilled resulting in a horrible squeaking noise in my vehicle. They cleaned up the oil spill and replaced an oil-clogged bearing, however, in the process broke the engine cover. The engine cover was left under the hood unsecured which could have resulted in additional damage to my vehicle. This was dangerous, irresponsible and negligent. The horrible squeaking noise continues. They are refusing to follow through on the repairs needed for my vehicle. I strongly do NOT recommend this establishment.

This place takes advantage of young women by lying to them about services that are not needed. Then charging them a a very high price to render the service. Shame on them. I understand everyone needs to make a buck but please do it the honest way. For a new business in town, if you keep this type of shenanigans going you will not be in business long

Have been coming to this location for years and have always had good friendly service. I have had a few oil changes done, windshield repair and headlights refinished. More recently I had all our cars inspected (state inspection). Really just a good place to get your car serviced with no sales pressure.

I had the worst experience these people did an oil change on my maserati Ghibli PUT THE WRONG TYPE OF OIL AND ONLY 3 qtr s when I calls for 9I reached back out and was told BY THE OWNER IT WAS NOTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT IT ?! Really ?! These people have uneducated inexperienced workers that ain t fit for the dumpThey service sucks and so does the workersThey are responsible for my 5k engine replacement and told me it was NOTHING THEY WOULD DO !!! These PEOPLE ARE CROOKS

Good, fast, and seemingly honest service. I had a very informing conversation about brake fluid with the manager there. Service gets a bit short during peak times, but honestly who doesn't. They forgot to top me up on brake fluid during an oil change, but they made it right when I came back the next day

I have been coming here for years and have NEVER been dissatisfied with my service. They are always quick but never rushed, and always super friendly. Especially being a young woman, going in to mechanics can be daunting but they have never tried to scam me or make me feel dumb like other places do. My check engine light came on and I immediately assumed the worst, but their tech Che explained everything to me and really made it so I could understand the issue. She truly went above and beyond! Overall 10/10, you can tell they really care about what they do, there is no place I trust more.Service: Oil change

This was my first time getting an inspection and using this location. Che made my experience very welcoming and fast. She also made sure to let me know of any minor issues with my car I appreciated that so much from her. I will definitely be coming back for future inspections and other issues.

Had been going to an inspection shop in Round for 12 years. Needed a place in Pflugerville close to home. Justin the manager worked me in and his crew did an great job!! Very cool shop & cool vibe. I definitely found our new Inspection shop!! Thanks guys!!

August 3rd, 2023, around 1pm. I went inside, after standing for 8-10 minutes, found someone and asked to check me in. I informed them i needed an oil change and transmission fluid flush. The guy then told me to line my car outside the lanes and leave my car keys inside my vehicle.After waiting for about 35-40 minutes, someone asked me what kind of sevice i needed, he then told me they don't do any transmission fluid flush. When it clearly say on their huge board inside $149.00 for transmission service.The manager say its a wrong sign and they're still waiting for the right one.A small piece of paper to tape it would fix that and they clearly don't care if you waste your time inside their shop.Seem like good people but its clearly no communication and not the shop is not managed very well.Call them first before any service to avoid wasting your valuable time.

Went in for an inspection and they caught 2 windshield chips I hadn't even noticed. They fixed them for a great price and I was out within 10 minutes of pulling in - highly recommend

Please do come to this location to get your vehicle inspection if your windows are tinted near the legal limit. I failed their inspection due to my window tint. I bought my vehicle from a Texas dealership with the same tint and have not failed an inspection test until this year. In fact, I passed my inspection with the same tint at this same location a year ago. I am not sure if the guy that did my inspection test was having a bad day or if he was new to the business. He said the other folks did not inspect my vehicle correctly previous years. Either way I wasted my time and money.

I do all my own car work, I really enjoy it and is a hobby of mine. But, I still must get my cars (all three are due in December) inspected to renew registration. I finally had it with the service at the other place I had been going, so I tried here. What a great experience!! Truly was in and out inside 20 minutes AND there where 4 other cars getting things done. No wasting my time, no telling me my air filter needs replacing when it obviously doesn't. I recommend this shop!! and I will be using them for my inspections from now on. Thank you

Fast or Pfast as they say. Easy check in by greeting while in my car. Updates as needed through process and quick checkout while car is pulled around. Decent size waiting are inside or out. I ve visited for oil change and state inspection.

Pfast. It's in their name. Offers the upsell but full synthetic oil change price is fair. Service excellent, business steady.Update: Cheap oil filter leaked, not good. Not recommended. Messed up driveways and parking lots with leak. Ended up replacing oil filter with high quality filter and topping oil back to normal level.

Got my state inspection done SO FAST!!! Everyone else had quote 2hrs+ but the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and informative. It's always hmchallenging when you have your kiddos but they got us in and out. I would highly recommend for all of your automotive needs.

We ve been taking our cars here for several years. Pfast lube is great for regular maintenance and inspections. They ve also completed larger repairs for us and are often more affordable than other shops. A recent repair was going to cost me over $2k at another car shop in PF and when Pfast Lube reviewed it, they said it was a 2 hour repair and cost $500! Grateful for Pfast Lube. I trust Justin and crew as they are honest and do high quality work!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Everyone is so nice and helpful. As long as live next door and everyone is still so nice, I'll continue to get my oil change there.
