Whitney was a fantastic help! I was long overdue for an oil change and service, and was having battery issues. My problems were quickly diagnosed. Even without an appointment and needing a new battery that they didn t have on-hand, I was out of there in under 2 hours. I ll definitely be back and this time within the maintenance schedule.

It was overall good service. The only thing that was odd was the way the cashier looked at me and said high mileage treatment when he realized that I got the high mile gas treatment. It was recommended be the tech as if it was needed. I know i have low miles on my truck and it seemed kind of odd to do, but based on the advise of the tech I agreed to the service. Moving forward, I wont get anything done there other then inspections.

Everyone is always so friendly. They did inspections on both my vehicles yesterday. I only go here & this is the place I would recommend to anyone. Honest and not pushy at all with extra services. Always 5 stars from me.

Great service. Fast and friendly. Very impressed by the manager on 12-28-23. She had an impressive command of the service center. Handling and ordering her employees constantly. Keeping everything moving at a fast pace. Very natural leader. Most places are kind of zombie-like but she had the place humming that day. She would seem to have a bright future. Almost military-like with her command presence. I was very impressed.

Please forgive me I cannot remember the ladies name I want to say it is Ashley. Who ever she is she was the manager and a beautiful black lady that really knew her stuff, she went above and beyond the call of duty, I went in to get an oil filter changed because Austin Automotive could not get it off., these people at Oil Changers had it off in less then 3 min and also told me I had a brake light out and fixed that as well. As long as that beautiful manager is there I will continue doing business with them. Extremely great experience, Just looked at the ticket the managers name is Whitney Perkins...you guys need to keep this girl. She is a lot smarter than most men in the industry, Thank you Whitney.

My time @ Oil Changers& Repair was very quick. I only needed an inspection & it didn't take long. They told me 30 minutes & it was just that. I was charged for head light cleaning for 15.99 inorder to pass inspection& that would be the only thing that I would complain about. Due to my understanding in the State of Texas you can only be failed by a engine light on.

Took over an hour to have a simple oil change on a Ram truck with a 6 cylinder. The technicians fumbled around like they couldn't find the oil filter and then a wrench to take it off, it was ridiculous. Changing this changing this to one star. Because I went back today. I know stupid of me, for an inspection. Just an inspection.. Technician open the hood leaned over the Fender without putting a pad down, had his giant metal belt buckalon. When I said something to him about it. He told me that the belt buckle didn't scratch. It was scratch proof.. Then they told me the only thing that the vehicle needed was windshield. Wipers, I ask how much the technician said $28. I said. Put them on and let me get out of here. It took 25 minutes and 3 technicians to get the windshield wipers off of 2020 Dodge Ram..... When I get to the cash register. There are not $28 a pair there, $28 a piece.. I asked them to remove them and put the old ones back on. They claimed they couldn't until I asked to speak with the manager. Of course, I couldn't put the old ones back on because between the 3 of them. They broke them getting them off. Standard, you hook design not sure what the complication was. I will never, ever ever return to this place. And I will steer anyone who ever asks me anything about cars away from it.

I came in had the best service experience. The manager Whitney Perkins and AJ really took care of me. She made sure they gave me my veteran discount. After a bad experience I hadnt been back to the shop in long time. Whitney really has the shop running tip top shape she deserves a huge promotion from the way she has that shop going.I will definitely be coming back and referring people as well.

Brought my brand new 4 runner there for its first oil change. Came home to a puddle of oil under the car. Went back in the next day and was told the employee that did the service dumped old oil on top of the skid plate. All I got was a sorry, no discount or money back. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I will be sure to make sure no one I care about makes this mistake.

I went on a Saturday and had no waiting time. The technicians were fast and accurate with their service. Customer service was great. Manager did a really good job in making everything flow smooth of what I was seeing while I was there. They re definitely my new to go to.

Stopped by for oil change. Excellent service and super fast. Professionally inspected other issues and get everything done! Whitney is the guy who gets things done and he seems like a supportive team member and he does a great job!

I would not recommend going here as I have a Toyota Camry that is only two years old. Never had any problems, came here for a state inspection to leave with a empty coolant Reservoir, which no one s ever pointed out before and I get my car serviced regularly and now a check engine light that won t go off. But like I said, never had a problem before I went here, never again. !!!

I've only ever had expert service here. Often times women have weird experiences at the mechanic and that has never been the case here. My oil change or any service is always done completely and quickly. Staff very friendly. However the receipt said tires and fluid were checked. No one came near my tires and no one checked any of the fluids, as it said. But I was too far away to go back. Had my son in law check when I got home. Wiper fluid low and back left tire low.

I came in for a vehicle inspection and Whitney and her team were amazing super helpful and friendly the place was clean smelled amazing it was cold but they turned the heat up for my sister and I definitely will be back

Damaged my car by having a machine roll into my car and been giving me the run around for 2 week, have both the assistance manager and manager telling me they will look into it and contact me back been about a week still waiting for them to contact me back. Terrible experience do not go

I do my state inspections here instead of the other state inspection places because there s no wait. The other state inspection places always close early, and they always have a line of people waiting. Save time and money by going here instead!

I am in hurry and trying to get the state inspection fast. I stop by Precision auto shop down the street and I have to make an appointment for it. So I check out the shop next to it (Meineke Car Care Center) the mechanic told me the street was wet. He can perform the inspection. But honestly, we just have a little mist. So I call this shop and I have it done in 20 min. I would recommend this shop to everyone. All mechanics are nice and professional.thank youService: Vehicle safety inspection

These guys are great. Everytime I drive up for service they are quick and professional. Their current group at this location is courteous and helps make sure you understand your vehicle s mileage maintenance schedule.

I got my oil changed here a few times, but recently they changed staff. The receptionist was so bad, she said to me: "What do you want?" with a rude, grumpy attitude. I just want to come change the oil like always. I won't come here again. The staff here are so bad.

Came in here in a pinch as I was looking for somewhere that allows customer supplied oil and this has to be the only place in town, was very pleasantly surprised but the great service and professionalism from everyone in the shop. I usually change my own oil but I will absolutely be back here again for the great service alone.

Dodge this place. I came in with need of work on my brakes, came out with my cruise control broken. Gave them three tries to work on my car. At times, they'd even try to tell me to just live with my cruise control not working despite my car only being 100k mileage. They even claimed that the cruise control problem was non-mechanical despite my finding out that it completely is (I can control if the cruise control works by putting weird pressure on the brakes). Spent over 2k in this place and would like to say I gain a lot, but I've lost a ton of money, but worst... time. If you want work to be done at $150 an hour, sometimes keep for car for over four days because of part delays, or expect to pay $800 on, basically, a tune up, don't come here.Service: Brakes

Won't be going back! Got there and had to wait for a half hour due to they misplaced my key. There was two other ladies there waiting to get their cars inspected. One left since she had been there for and hour. On top of that she had to wait while the guy looked for my keys.
