I wanted to take a moment to thank Jon at the service desk for really helping me out today!! My car battery died at the HEB pump right next to Orileys Autoparts...I just wanted to start crying because I'm literally getting ready to go to a wedding and my car died. I was greeted by Jon, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He crossed a huge field like 4 times back and fourth to get to my car....and he also carried the battery and changed it for me. I know I'm not the first customer or the last that Jon or any team member has helped. Thanks so much for making my day better!!

It was quiet and relaxing. The kindness of the staff was good, and not everyone was kind, but...I like shopping when there are not many people.That's why I like this place

Bought and had wiper beads installed. Dude didn't know what he was doing and scratched the heck out of the wiper arms. When I pointed this out to him he said oh well. Seriously? It's a 2023..not a 1971 rust bucket. And even so...who are you to destroy my property!

I bought a part from them was not working. I went to there to return it but they refused to do. There reason is we don t have $100 to give you back. They were rude and refused to return it with silly reason.

Y'know, I'm a local yokel and I watched this place get built. Not that I don't mind going down FM 685 but O'Reilly is a *lot* closer to the house. In any case, tip o' the hat to Jeremiah, who helped me with the AC recharge in my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. He also went above and beyond and made sure first that the AC system didn't have any other problems (such as a leak). He also saved me some $$$, which is always a welcome thing. Thank you, Jeremiah and O'Reilly AP!

Man refused to do a check engine light diagnosis because it was raining lightly. Went a few blocks down to a different auto part store and they laughed when I told them guy at O'Reillys said they can't do diagnosis in the rain. Don't waste your time..I ended up needing a $400 part, they missed out on business because the "rain".I went be back!

I went in on Sunday (Sept 12) to get help replacing the windshield wiper in my car. Great customer service!! They helped me figure out which wiper I needed and even showed me how to change out my old wipers. She took the time to show me and let me practice so I could learn what to do in the future. I really appreciate how helpful the ladies were that day!!

Both dudes went above and beyond in helping us not only figure out which obscure replacement hose but also printed off diagrams for us to use. Both patient and knowledgeable with our problems and diagnosis! Doing mechanic work right!

This is our #1 spot for anything automotive!!The crew is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and available.I've been to other O'R's in the area and they don't come close to the top notch experience we receive at our Pecan store.Dawn, Paige, and Donnie are THE Best store Managers!!5 stars for Customer Experience and Consistency!!Highly recommend this store for all your mechanical needs and projects.Thank you O'Reilly crew, you are the difference!!

Awesome service! Had been to multiple locations prior and was not helped adequately! Was sold the wrong tools and given incorrect information. As soon as we arrived he correctly identified what we needed, got us the right tools, and promptly exchanged what we needed! He even gave us valuable information only someone who is experienced would know! Reece your awesome thank you so much! 10/10!

Ordered online a few items to fix a flat tire and a portable compressor and was ready in less than 30 minutes. Very easy, fast, and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful as always.

Travis and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. No pressure to make a sale and they had my best interest in mind. They worked together to resolve my problem. If all O Reilly s employees are like these guys you have a customer for life.

They were beyond helpful. I needed coolant and they helped me find which one I should get while explaining why and the differences. It was also a slow morning, so they went above and beyond and came outside to help me. I greatly appreciated it.

I call and get the price for the battery for the Isuzu NPR. She gave me the $ 126.00 with exchange . when i got to the store with battery the price was different also very rude salesman behind the counter. making fun off how the battery looks like .when i found the store sell the same battery next block much better $ and good service .ORelly bad service Bad pricing Bad customer service.

Very helpful and kind. Went in confused about how to fix wiper blades. They pointed me in the right direction and even helped to show me how to replace them. Great people and amazing service!

Always get excellent customer service at this location. Great selection, and if the part you need isn't in stock they will point you in the right direction or order it for you. Usually comes in the next day, same day in some cases. And they will price match any competitor

I went in for a tensioner and belt. Dawn was AWESOME she saved me. 50 dollars with a lifetime warranty on my parts thats better then going to autozone and overspending for cheaper faulty parts. I will be a returning customer.

I had an issue with my battery that no other mechanic pointed out (suprisingly), and the staff there were able to explain the problem to an un-knowledgable car person like myself without being condescending. My battery was replaced by them.

You just can't get any better customer service than you do at this Pflugerville location. These guys really know what's going on, compared to other locations. Highly recommended for you parts needs!

Not satisfied. Try to get my rotors cut they said that if after they cut it and if it is not in insfect. They will not give me my rotors back because it's unsafe. Why would you cut it if it's not going to pass? I don't get it.. unless the manager trying to sell me rotors.

At 7:30 am went into this store and the cashier woman was very rude bad attitude all I wanted was a battery for my car key remote,she said she can't help me, so I took my business to Auto Zone and the guy put a battery in my car key remote. I will not be returning to O'Reilly,my first time and last time.
