Had an appointment at 'Firestone' for 10am to install 2 tires. When i got there they said wait time is 5 HOURS!!! (Even though i had an appointment).I called NTB, the guy said come on in, wait is about an hour.I was in and out in less than 45min. Great service.But - No coffee.Still, 5 stars

April and her team are amazing. I came in for a flat tire due to a nail and ai figured I would need a new tire but needed two new tires. Josh was able to fix and also check other things on my car. Again this location is amazing and are fast. Will always come back

My new go-to tire shop! Quality service! I have gone there to replace 1 tire and then went in again expecting to replace another, but they offered to patch it for me. It s a nice change from some tire-shops trying to upsell constantly. 1020 Pecan location has a very honest crew. Even the waiting room is nice and very clean. Usually not too crowded and quicker service than I have experienced elsewhere.

I had a great experience there. I had gone to balance my wheels. The staff there were very nice and professional, especially Jay, who was the receptionist. The environment there was very clean and calm and even they had placed tablets for the entertainment of customers where you could play games. I had a good experience and will come back again.

Called the shop Friday morning to see if they could get me in for a check up on my brakes I spoke with Jay and he said come on in. They got me in and out in 30 mins or less. My brakes were good they did not charge me for anything and super awesome crew here. Thanks again Jay

I was in a few days ago for a flat tire. Jay is a great customer service rep and the work was thorough and I got my oil changed while I was there. They did a inspection of my car and gave me recommendations of what should be addressed near term and what could wait with no pressure to address on that visit. Will definitely visit again as the needs arise!

Excellent experience today at NTB. I knew my car probably needed a new tire pressure sensor. Jay listened to my concerns and had my car checked out. I did need one (they all seem to go bad around the same time) and luckily they had the part I needed in stock. Jay had me in and out of there in record time (on a Sunday at noon). I will definitely go back in the future.

Came in with a nail in my tire and they were able to repair the tire get me in and out quickly. I was glad they were able to repair the tire instead having to purchase a new one. The staff was friendly and professional and kept me informed throughout the process.

I'm new to the area and have already been to this NTB location twice in the last few months. The first time was to get an oil change and find an honest place to get my vehicles serviced. The team lead was thorough and did a second review of my truck (nothing had been done incorrectly) when he thought a few drops of oil in the bay might be due to an error during the service. For asking more of my time he was incredibly apologetic and offered to comp me another oil change. Today, my tire blew out on the highway. The team at this NTB welcomed me in at the last minute. Jay was kind, and helped my wife and I make light of a situation that could have ended up horribly expensive. He found me a few options for tires gave me a no pressure chance to pick the right one for my truck. I had them look my entire vehicle over to make sure that steel didn't rip up the underside. By the end of it I knew they had done their due diligence and replaced what needed replacing. I do want to add that the team was short staffed today, and DESPITE that they were still willing to help us out. It's hard to beat that kind of service. It was affordable and I felt like they are truly honest bunch. My wife and I will be doing business with them for the foreseeable future.

Great place for routine car maintenance. Very smooth and easy experience. Jay was very helpful and friendly. Very transparent about all costs and services. Will definitely be my regular oil change and inspection location.

They weren't able to get me in as early as I thought, but they ended up doing it. I had so many questions about whether a Lexus IS-250C needed a 2-wheel vs 4-wheel alignment. I still have questions but, in the end they ended up giving me the best experience possible.

I went in for a tire balance and tpms recalibration. Jay was the customer service advisor and was not only very friendly knowledgeable and helpful but also did his best to save me money which is always a good thing. The service was performed fats and efficient despite there being only one person there. I am very pleased with my service and will be returning

We recently found ourselves in need of a complete new set of tires. After shopping around to obtain pricing, I decided to call NTB in Pflugerville. The gentleman who answered the phone, Frank, was very kind and told me that he would make it worth my time if I chose their location for the purchase. He definitely delivered on his promise which ended up saving us quite a bit of money compared to all the quotes I had received from other tire shops I had called. When I walked into the store front (which was nice and clean), I received a friendly and warm welcome by Frank and the store manager Terry. As part of their service, they also check various items on the vehicle such as air filter, air cabin filter, etc. Unbeknownst to them, I had just replaced both of those two items a few weeks prior and sure enough, they told me that they did not need replacing, which indicates to me that they were dealing honestly with their customers. The only issue I was made aware of was the fact that our coolant levels were a bit low, something my husband had already planned on getting done. I received a quote for the additional service that was very competitive, so we ended up adding a coolant flush as well. Overall, this was a great experience and we could not be happier with the service they provided and the pricing they offered.

Went there for replacing a pair of my vehicle tire. They were very professional with excellent customer services. Mr Jay was very nice and easy to talk with. Ended up replacing all 4 tires and balancing them.

Jay's super helpful and makes solid recommendations. He offers up sales/insights into other products without pressure. Service is always prompt and helpful from your mechanics. You're the only folks I let fix my truck!

I wanted to take a moment and mention Terry and crew at NTB on Pecan in Pflugerville.I had a worsening slow leak on my right rear tire, and I had a group of people to take downtown to the trail of lights on a winters evening.I stopped by this location about 15 minutes before closing and asked if they had time to look at a flat.The entire Crew offered to stay late And make sure that my flat was fixed and that I was able to safely deliver My friends and family for this traditional holiday event.The store was spotless, even the garage workspace. Everyone was friendly and polite, efficient, and courteous. And I m sure they all wanted to get home to their families as well.Thanks so much, Terry and the entire crew. You re not only helped me out in a time of need, but guaranteed where I ll be buying my next tires.Thank you all and wishing you a very merry Christmas!

NTB in Pflugerville gets a 5/5 from me. Came in to get my tire repaired at nearly 5pm and they were still able to get my car on the schedule. And Frank was great. Polite and attentive to all the customers waiting. Kept everyone updated on the status of their vehicle. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

I have had a really hard time trying to find a tire for my 2023 Honda Passport and I came to NTB Pflugerville and Frank helped me get 2 new tires at a great price. I am so glad I came to this NTB and now after a month thanks to Frank I am able to drive off with 2 new tires. Everybody here was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this NTB to everybody. Thank you so much Frank for your customer service and support with my tire dilemma. You are greatly appreciated!!!

The manager and crew went absolutely above and beyond. Cut a tire while headed out on vacation. They changed it quick and we were back on the road. Hats off to an amazing crew and well lead. You just don t see this type of customer service very often.

Awesome experience and customer service. I called in a panic 30 minutes before they closed with a nail in my tire. Frank told me to come on in. I got there and Frank took great care of me. What a wonderful place and I ve now designated them my tire store.

Big shout out and many thanks to the employees working Friday evening, 01/12/24. I was traveling on E. Pecan St toward the toll road on my way to San Marcos and discovered a very large nail embedded in one of my tires, I turned around and went to NTB. It was 20 minutes prior to closing. They could have turned me away since it it was late and almost closing time, they didn't.They took the time to remove the large nail, patch and plug the tire. The icing on the cake was they could have, but didn't charge me for the repairs. Once again I want to thank the employees for being professional and courteous to an elderly traveler in distress. Gentlemen, kudos to all of you, job well done.Christopher J Hearon

The service manager whose name is Frank was a nice person when I came in, even though they were busy he was able to get me in for a tire check because I felt like one of my tires was loosing air and when the technician had the chance to get my car up in the air he noticed that 2 of my tires were bad including the leaking one. So Frank and Jay were both able to help me figure out which 2 tires to get for my car and so far the tires have been working great. I will come back for whatever else I may need in the future.
