Don t come here, extremely disorganized ! No organized appointment system. Gave me a wrong quote initially when I get there the price doubled. You are a number to them and they don t remember your first conversation. The receptionist is usually not available and you have to wait until he is available and free. Lastly they messed up on the job and removed more tint than what I requested. To make thing worst they left a wet and messy job when they returned the car. When it s time to pay they include a processing fee for using a credit card & don t warn you to bring cash. Just do yourself a favor and don t come here !

Great tint work, perfect customer service, highly recommended. I brought in my Tesla model Y and got the windows tinted. The job was great. I will be sure to recommend this place to all friends.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with New Image Window Tint. Firstly, they took an absurdly long time, almost a year, to take my Tesla Model X in for a paint protection film (PPF) service, despite collecting payment in advance. The communication was terrible, especially with Derrick, who constantly postponed my appointment and kept me waiting without any valid reason. When the PPF was finally applied, it started peeling off at multiple locations shortly after. Despite informing Derrick about this issue, I was given another appointment for a touch-up, which never happened because the entire front bumper PPF came off before the scheduled date.Upon showing them the damage, Derrick blamed it on a power wash, which is a blatant lie to avoid taking responsibility. Instead of fixing the issue or providing a reasonable solution, they asked me to make another payment for the entire PPF installation again. I escalated the matter to Brendon, their supervisor, who also refused to acknowledge their fault and insisted that I pay again. It's absurd that the PPF came off within days of installation without any harsh treatment like car washing. The lack of accountability, poor service, and unwillingness to rectify their mistakes make me regret choosing New Image Window Tint. Unfortunately, I used this place to get my car tint done. Not worth the time, hassle or money. I had made an appointment on Facebook after an ad I had seen. When I got there for my appointment on April 12th 2021 the guy was rude and unprofessional, he knew nothing about the appointment and decided a help the girl who came in after me. He told me to fill out a form, while he helped her, and got her in before me. My appointment was before hers and he proceeded to take her car back and get started. By the time he got back to me he told me that they had no more tint for my windshield. They had just ran out. He had given the last one to her. I had already paid in full for all windows. At the time I wasn't bothered and he said he could do the windshield at a later date. (2 days later). So I came back a few days later at my scheduled appointment and he was already working on another vehicle that had just been brought in that day. I then was told that he was the only one there that day and it would be a little bit before he could get to me. He then proceeded to work on another vehicle that had also just been brought in that day before he ever even tried to get to mine. It was more like he was trying to get quantity over quality at this point. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, even called my girlfriend to come and get me so he could work on my car and I could just get it later. But he was not a man of his word when he told me he would take care of it. I then came back at 1:30 pm and he then had another vehicle he was working on and yet mine was still untouched. (remind you i dropped off my vehicle at 9:45 am that morning.) I had finally had enough, and had to leave as I had things to do for the day. I also knew I had to be up at 4 AM the next day for work and just didn't have time to wait on this guy anymore. He had given me a handwritten note saying that I could come back again to finish getting my windshield tinted, and had nothing but an attitude when I asked him why all the other people had been helped before I had. He was even annoyed at the simple fact that I had questions about my car, the tint and dates to bring it back. I chose not to go back to do the windshield even though I had paid for it. At this point I didn't want him touching my car again. I also then realized that the tints he had put on my car where trash. Air bubbles and lazy cutting around edges (which he claimed where laser cut). Along with debris that had not been cleaned off, but simply just tinted over. Save your money, and go to a place that actually values its customers and quality work. Like I had stated before this place is about quantity focusing on how much money they can bring in and disregards any mistakes made and refuses to fix them. More cars, more money and could care less about whose hard earned money they waste. Go anywhere else but this place.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I can t believe some of these peoples reviews and their nerve.This place is the best place to do PPF at as well as tint. Have done all my personal and work fleet here. I got my 2021 trail boss done with PPF here as well. One thing that stood out is that nobody in austin was doing full hoods because their computer wouldn t cut it and said we can only do a 3rd of the hood. But Not here though. When I called and stated what I wanted they simply said okay let s get you scheduled. No excuses just straight up getting it done. Worst experience NOT RECOMMENDED... DIDN'T WANT TO PROVIDE SERVICE & DIDN'T WANT TO REDUND DUE TO NOT FILLING A FORM ON LINE. THEN GIVE THE $ BACK BUT WANTED TO CHARGE FOR CUTTING THE TINT, WHY WOULD YOU CUT IF YOU CANT PROVIDE THE SERVICE. ALSO LEFT TRASH IN THE VEHICLE.From what I see they make excuses for every bad review, so let's see what they say. Bit it's never their fault nor they accept responsibility.

Great and friendly staff.Set up an appointment over messenger. Even though I show up 10 minutes late they took me in with any questions ask, got right to it and within 1 hour my truck was ready.The tint on it looks great and the price was the best around Austin and came with a new image window tint warranty.

Despite the mixed reviews I tried anyways and was totally impressed! Brandon was awesome to work with. Good little business he has going here. Just Hung out watched South Park while I waited, and night and day difference my car was after the tint! Seriously ignore all the other bad reviews. Talk with Brandon, him and his crew will take care of you! In and out in an hour.Thanks Guys my 2020 Hyundai Veloster Turbo looks much better!

If there is a zero star I would like to rate this place. I still have bubbles after the 2nd time they redo my tinting. The owner Brandon was unprofessional and rude (you can see the text). I was told to comeback for them to remove the tint and they refused to redo it. But then they wouldn't refund my money in full amount. I spent 2 weekends, cleaning my car from the mess they left, got a scratch from my window, and got charge for the bubbled tint??? I wouldn't waste my time and money on this place. Let alone the headache of dealing with these people.

I have been coming to this tint shop for about 6 years now and have had countless number of vehicles done here and have sent multiple friends to get theirs done. The quality of work is amazing the people working are amazing and the owner is chill and helpful with any questions or problems. Great pricing for great work preformed!! Thank you guys for always doing amazing work for my vehicles.

This was my second time using their service. They do a professional job by taking their time to do it right. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable but a little chilly so you might want to bring a sweater or something if you re going to wait on it. They were running a special on Facebook and so I got my windshield done for free as well. Don t forget to keep your windows up for 5 days after it gets put on.Service: Heat control window films

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I paid $200 for ceramic tint. Its been the worse car tint I have ever had. I have bubbles in every window. Also some tint is missing in the corners of the window. I try to message them on Facebook but they didn t reply back after reading it. Please spend your money some where else. Update: He finally reply back minutes after posting this review. What a great review of the owner smh.

I used their services to tint my trucks windows. Very professional business and didn t let me leave until I was 100% satisfied which I was. I got the ceramic tint which I have received many compliments about but most importantly the functionality of keeping my truck cool. Enough so that I have to turn the AC down because it gets too cold. I am thoroughly impressedwith their level of professionalism, products, price, timely service and a comfortable waiting area. Sat and watched a movie while waiting for my tint to be installed.

Paint protection film. Just purchased a brand new black truck. I always bring my personal and work vehicles here for tint because of the value and professionalism they provide. This time I decided to do the ppf as Brandon and Jonathan mentioned for my vehicle. I just had my appointment yesterday to drop off and man I couldn t be any happier with the results from the tint to the paint protection. I recommend it if you re looking at taking care of your vehicle but keep in mind that it s a timely process and not swift like window tint is. They do the job right and take the time to lay this protection down on the vehicle. Thank you Jonathan for knocking this out for me. Quality of work is poor, they complained about the tint removal process as it was their first time removing tint. They had the car for 3 business days, and ended up taking a razor blade to the rear window, destroying the defroster strips.Keep in mind, you are offered a warranty on the work performed for an extra fee($50) something that still would not have alleviated the now inoperable rear defroster.You get what you pay for, but in this case it s not even worth the stress of replacing the entire rear glass panel. Save yourself don t come here and spend money at a more reputable company. IE Custom sound and Tint, where I went to get it redone after this unfortunate event.

This place did the worst possible tint job and after the fact that I told him the tint was bubbling up he wanted to charge me an additional 100 to fix his work. I paid 150 do witch was the same price other bigger shops had quoted me but I figured I d come to smaller Shop and help a small business. I found them on Facebook and their picture looked like they did quality work on very nice cars but I guess they ll only take their time on luxury vehicles because my old truck obviously wasn t given the same quality work. I should have looked them up before coming it s clear as day. Over a 1/3 if there reviews are one star and the its drowned in what seems to be nothing but sham reviews in my opinion with a few honest 5 star review from the vehicles they care for.

I recently dropped my vehicle off for PPF and these guys did an amazing job and in a timely manner. They were very professional. I felt hesitant to leave my vehicle at first but the owner reassured me he would take care of it as if it was his own and he sure did. I was so impressed I have taken my wife's vehicle and my work vehicle for tint and have never had an issue. I would highly recommend this place.Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

I revise my review.After such a terrible experience due to no fault of the owners we are very satisfied with the final result.Brandon reached out personally and convinced us to bring in another vehicle of ours (as the one that was done had all ready been redone elsewhere). We reluctantly decided to drive the hour down and try their services again. To our surprise he met us with great knowledge and a happy smile. He personally did the work himself on the vehicle and we could not be more satisfied. The lines were straight, no bubbles, no debris behind the tint and very well administered also in a timely manner.Again the customer service was outstanding as the front desk lady was always fun and positive. The work was done amazing. We highly recommend this shop and their great rates and good prices! If you decide to get tint ask for Brandon!Again could not be happier with the response, the concern about the improper previous work done, and the offer to make it right! 100% Customer Satisfaction!
