These guys are awesome. Customer service second to none. Jacob went above and beyond for a mysterious part mismatch that only someone very knowledgeable could have figured out. Part was for an expensive exhaust and he made it right! Thanks Jake!

Great place to shop with amazing customer service. I had ordered a tail tidy and didn t tighten the bolts enough and my plate flew off. Hunter was extremely helpful and sent me two additional bolts for my own mistake and really took care of me. Great place and I m about to order some more gear.

I recently purchased a SC Project S1 Slip on for my 2023 Kawi Z900, but before I made my purchase I contacted support and asked a few questions about the product. Hunter responded and was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me with every question and concern I had. So I decided to purchase from them based on the level of customer service I received from them. The product arrived quickly and I installed it within a few days. After install I had a couple questions about the graphite gasket that came with the slip in and I was put in contact with Jacob who helped me thru it! I have to say the customer service there is beyond fantastic and they listen to all your needs and concerns!! Will definitely be back to get the rapid bike auto tuner they recommended for a full exhaust system, and the racing headers for the SC Project slip on when I have the funds!

I was just in the area riding and stopped by. Great bikes on display and one of the employees took the time to give some insight of the bikes. Very friendly and great customer service! I will drop by again one day just to check out the cool bikes.

Hunter at Motovation Accessories is totally awesome. I needed a small grommet top hat to install a part. Barely did I get off the phone with him than I got notification that it's been shipped. That's what I call totall customer focus. Even though I'm not the Terminator, I'll be back!

I was having a fitment issue with some axle sliders I ordered for my streetfighter. After a few emails and phone calls, Hunter was able to help me work through the problem and get it taken care of. I ll definitely look to motovation for any parts I may need in the future.

Hunter was incredibly helpful in helping me get a replacement mounting kit for my exhaust. I made the mistake of not using Loctite when I installed my exhaust on my RSV4 and the bolt came undone during a ride. Hunter helped me find the parts and got them overnighted out to me free of charge. Gotta love a company and employees who stand behind their products. Not to mention the CRT sounds amazing on the RSV4.

I recently discovered Motovation USA. I saw them on YouTube doing product reviews and again in my search for high quality parts for my street bike. I purchased a very hard to find part.Gilles Tooling rearsets.Full disclosure, there was some confusion between the German company and my US model bike. I ended up waiting for my part to be produced, only to learn that this part number fits the EU version of my year/ make / model, but not the US version.Point being, Hunter and Motovation USA were extremely helpful, supportive and communicative the entire time;Before, during and after my purchase.The moment we both realized there was a fitment issue, they overnighted the correct part to me. At their expense.I have since ordered other very expensive parts that you can t buy anywhere else in the US. They arrive tomorrow.Hunter and team at Motovation have been outstanding in their communication, product information, quality of parts, and pricing. The entire experience. They truly went above and beyond.I could not be more happy with the purchase, parts and service provided to me by Motovation USA.After reading some of the other reviews If any one thinks I m a BOT or not a real customer? Let me tell you about my boy Jacob! He was the best customer support I have ever dealt with! I had an issue getting some gear sent to me overseas and Jacob took it upon himself to ensure that I would get my package and that it would be on the next truck out! He answered any and all questions I had and was very friendly and knowledgeable on the subject. I will definitely be ordering more from this company in the future and thankyou jacob for all your help!

Great prices and top notch customer service. I waited a bit too long to order my steering stabilizer prior to a cross country trip. The guys got the part in time and overnighted it to me. Highly recommend them and they are my first choice for bike accessories. Thanks Motovation!

Order from these guys with confidence. They answered my emails and did exactly what they said they were gonna do. Was very impressed with the staff!!Had a fender show up with a problem from shipping. They were apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. Kept me posted on the status of the replacement. I'll definitely use them again

Excellent customer service!! I had ordered an exhaust and ended up changing my mind and wanted a different one after it had already been processed and shipped. I contacted their support about wanting to swap my purchase for another system and got put in touch with Jacob from their sales department via email. He helped make the entire return and exchange seamless and was very communicative throughout the entire process to answer questions and give updates.

This is definitely one of those times where I wish I could add some extra stars I have been buying, modifying, racing and riding over 30 years, and I have dealt with countless vendors and many brands of parts. The ONE thing I ve NEVER experienced is the customer service and professionalism that I just received from Hunter at Motivation! I ran into a (rare) issue with an SC Project exhaust that I purchased 8 months ago probably the ONLY problem I ve ever encountered with this brand, and never thought by me sending ONE email to SC Project, within 24 HOURS I would get a response! Not just a response, but someone that was actually CONCERNED about my issue. I don t leave many five star reviews, and I hate leaving this one BECAUSE HUNTER AND MOTOVATION BOTH DESERVE 10!!!If you re looking for a top shelf exhaust, and hands down the absolute best looking and sounding system that the company is going to stand behind, please DO NOT HESITATE! SC Project IS THE EXHAUST for your bike, and MOTOVATION is the place to get it! I ve tried several brands over the years on just about every engine configuration, and have not found a better quality product or a better place to purchase the parts you need. The dyno sheets do not lie Hunter - I cannot thank you enough for everything you ve done for me!

Needed a hard to get part. Ian was super helpful and help answer all questions and gave me some good insights for next purchase with Motovation. It's nice to be able to talk to a real knowledgeable sales associate. I think I have found my new "go-to" for parts.
