Came in with a weird noise and vibrations coming from the front right side of my vehicle. I was immediately greeted by the very friendly manager upfront, Rami. He let me know that the mechanics will be taking a look at my car soon and have a diagnosis. In less than 30 minutes they had identified the issue on my car and determined the necessary repairs. They provided me the details of the repairs and I was informed that the repair will need a day to complete due to parts ordered. Sure enough the next day I got a call letting me know the work had been complete on my car. It has been nearly a month since the repair and my vehicle has never driven better. The issue is completely gone. Certainly recommended and will return for any maintenance needs.

Excellent service . The Manager and technicians were so friendly. I need my A/C repaired and they looked at my car at appointment time and had my car finished the same day. Amazing . They also have an easy Finance program . I was given options to repair and they did not try to be pushy sell me on anything else. Highly recommend this place and If I need any other repairs this is my new car repair shop.

We took my husband's car here over a month ago for complete brake job. After leaving we heard lots of squeaking from brakes. We called and they said to drive it for awhile then it should stop. We drove it for 3 weeks and it never stopped. Took it back and then looked at everything and said it was good and drive it some more. It's now been well over a month in a half and still the noise. We took it in today and they said they had to charge labor to take a look. I am not understanding why we should be charged anything when the squeaking was apart of the original job we already paid for when we took it in the first time. If we get a complete brake job I wouldn't expect to hear squeaking noises coming from brakes almost two months later. I am a little disappointed. We want to make sure the noise is not causing further damage and

I think so very professional and polite. I came in without an appointment and got my entire AC serviced and fixed. The job typically takes five hours and they did it for me and three by putting two technicians on the job. I emphasize that I do not live in the area and was going to travel back to Laredo, which is five hours away and they stayed late to ensure that my vehicle was ready to go.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement

I was very comfortable with this location. The front manager was very polite and knowledgable. He explained everything to me in a way I understood. He help me select the immediate solution and gave me priorities that need to be addressed in the future. He did not pressure me to do more than I needed in that moment and I appreciated that as sudden repairs can be overwhelming. I will definitely be doing more business with this location and recommend to my friends and family.

I was anxious about taking my car to get looked at since I know it was a bit neglectful to its maintace. The professionals at Meineke are very well deserving of that tittle from explaining every small detail to any questions I had with a smile and sincerity all my worries disappeared. If you're looking for a car care center that cares this place is your go to.

Rami and his team provided excellent service! Troubleshooted the exact issues with my Subaru and fixed them fast. Great shop, great team! I will be coming back with my vehicle for all issues which will probably be my muffler next.

Such a wonderful experience. At first, I went to the competitor and I just didn't feel right with the pricing over there. So hubby and I came here. I'm so glad we did. The price that was quote at the competitor for one of our cars, turned out to be the price but less for both of our cars.We found that the competitor was over charging. Here at Meineke, the service was excellent, honest, fast, and with integrity. They took care of both of our cars, explained every step of the process and had us out in no time. Thank you so much for amazing service. We know to take our cars here next time!

Recently visited Meineke for the first time to have my broken A/C checked and repaired. The team assessed the issue within 10 minutes and gave me clear options / estimates depending on what they might find during the repair. Their initial assessment proved accurate resulting in a less expensive repair than anticipated. Their repair time estimate was on target as well. I appreciated their honesty, detail shared and overall customer service. Thanks Meineke.

Need repairs? Go see Rami Saudi at Meineke in Pflugerville - Such a nice pleasant & knowledgeable man! AC was out and they quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a very affordable cost. My go to for repairs. I was in and out in an hour!

I just relocated to Austin from Houston and have been to this location twice. The service I have received at this location is the best I ve received from any mechanic shop. The guys here are courteous, respectful, always provides excellent customer service. It s rare to find honest mechanics these days, but I trust the team here.

I went there to have a vehicle serviced for brakes and rotors. They were very concise and descriptive in my options. They gave me breakdowns on the cost benefit analysis of each repair option. Very friendly and prompt service.

I received professional and knowledgeable information from Ben at this location. Upon arrival Ben greeted me and discussed the service and payment with promotional discount applied. Service provided was satisfactory!! Ben, Thank you for your input on my other inquiries as well and I plan to return to Meineke Car Care Center in the new year!!

I am so thankful to the guys at Meineke in Pflugerville. I was able to get my breaks replaced, oil changed, and air filter replaced in a timely manner. Their constant display of Compassion, Integrity, Accountability and Respect has made it an Easy decision to become a life long custome. If you want Quality Customer care this is the place to get it. They towed me for free to see if they could fix my 2009 Nissan Xterra . It was too rusty being from New England east coast area. They couldn t do the job and recommended others to try and help me . Everyone was very nice and helpful I would go back and will in the future when I need work done at a great place to do business. Highly recommend this Meineke

Came in last minute on a Friday for some help fixing something I was unable to do. Christopher was SUPER nice and helpful. They were able to take care of me and had me back on the road in no time! Thank you Meineke! We came in town to move my mom to another state. When we arrived we found her car needed work. We were desperate to leave that day, we had to return to work, but the car wasn't road worthy. We called at least a dozen mechanics and no one could do the work the same day. Meineke said sure and had us ready by the afternoon. We were able to get on the road safely the same day. Thanks for your professionalism and courtesy. We are forever grateful.
