Patrick was a joy to work with! He s knowledgeable and thorough when explaining issues with your vehicle. He got my car fixed super fast. Definitely would recommend luxury auto works for your car needs.

Luxury Auto works fixed my diesel sprinter rv when 2 other shops could not. Bonus was they charged me less, fixed it one day (the other place had the vehicle for 6 mo.) And were the most professional, polite and knowledgeable industry professionals I have run across. I would not take my mercedes engine anywhere else.

After heavy rain and strong wing storm my car drained got clogged and Patrick unstopped my drained. Then he got the water out the car, replaced parts, replaced wiri ng etc and the car runs find. And I am so please.

Now that I've had time to process what happened right in front of my eyes, I can share my tragic lose.Having a part replaced on my car that I didn't ask for but a different part, I arrived at the repair shop after waiting four long days to get her back. I payed a hefty fee for the repair so I waited eagerly for the service agent to turn over my keys. As I waited in the glass entryway of the shop, I noticed heavy smoke, as if someone was grilling right outside the front door. I went outside expecting to see one of the mechanics with grilling utensils, but instead I saw, heavy smoke plumes coming from the hood of my car.I immediately yelled, "My car is on fire!!!" and the word FIRE spread faster than the paint that was melting off the hood of my now engulfed car.Everyone that worked there ran toward the car with fire extinguishers and a water hose. After fighting flames for what seemed like an hour, the flames and smoke finally subsided and we all stood there in shock, staring at the hot gooey mess that is now my engine compartment.After speaking with management I asked for compensation for the damages and they're counter offer was for me to purchase a vehicle from them.I would absolutely NOT recommend this place if you can help it.Service: Engine repair

Took our Audi Q5 in for the first time due to an oil leak and another issue. Patrick at the front desk was courteous, professional, and friendly from start to finish. Assured his team of certified mechanics would diagnose and fix and did in under 2 weeks. Even provided a loaner car. Returned a few weeks later to address another issue in little time with another loaner. Highly recommend this place!!

Luxury Auto Works in Pflugerville came through when NO ONE else could.. and at a fair and straight forward price. My European model Mercedes GWagon needed some love and Chris and Patrick unhesitatingly stepped up and delivered. Can you imagine reading the repair guide using Google translate (euro only model), sourcing parts that are near unobtainable and still having a can do attitude and being genuinely glad to do it?? They can... and do. My 1989 Mercedes-Benz 240 GD is running like it's new thanks to them. REAL MECHANICS, not some sissy parts replacers, these guys are about getting it RIGHT. No cutting corners, no BS. If they can fix my vehicle with no computer to plug into using a guide that's in Dutch and / or Polish, they can tackle whatever you have. Patrick and Chris are amazing! Since buying my first Mercedes I didn t really want to go to the dealer because of the insane upcharge. Someone recommended LAW so I decided to give them a shot. We take all our other cars to Sun Auto in GT which is also amazing but I felt like I needed to take my car to someone who has experience working on high end vehicles. They have been nothing short of amazing! They have taken great care of me and my GL 450 so we ll that now I can t imagine taking it anywhere else. If you re looking for a place to work on your high end vehicle tell Patrick I sent you!

These people are the Greatest!!!! I brought my vehicle in and spoke with Patrick. He went over everything with me and made sure I understood the process. He introduced me to the shop foreman Chris and asked me to go for a ride with Chris to duplicate my concern. Chris was very professional and friendly. I duplicated my concern with Chris. Patrick gave me a vehicle to drive while mine was in for repairs. That was Awesome!! He called me about 1 O'clock the next day with a diagnoses and a quote for repair. I authorized the repair. Patrick called me the next day and said my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I got there my car was Clean!!! I did not expect that. I recently went here to get an oil change and battery. Patrick helped me. Literally this was the best car care experience I've had in 20 years. I'm from Nashville and was on a work trip. Wish y'all were in Nashville. Thank you for how well you represent this company Patrick!

Luxury Auto in Pflugerville is thorough in accessing what's going on with your car. They even video it so you can see what they can see. Patrick always greets you with a smile & calls you with updates. I've been taking my car there for the last 3 years. I highly recommend Luxury Auto for your car maintenance & repair.

Always get a second opinion with whatever they tell you. This people have been ripping me off for years. A part B service and oil change for Mercedes C300 for $700 something and recommending repair which are not even due to be done and not needed for $2800. I had spent $2580 in their Cedar park location in May 2022 and in November 2020 they charged me $700 something then recommending another $2800 for undue and undamaged repairs. I took my car to Lamb's and they did a full analysis and reported most of the things were not needed and not recommended and what they did fix was 4 times less the cost. Luxury Auto are extremely over priced on their Labor and they are highly over priced on parts and unethical with their practise. I will never go there again. Everytime I left them I aways walked away with a sense of being ripped off and you should never have to feel that way when dealing with people or businesses. That's your gut telling you something is not right. I went for a second opinion this time and it was the best decision I made. Safe to say I will never go there again and I have told me friends to stop doing business with them. Parts cost $500 their Labor cost 1500 for a job done in 2-4 hours that's criminal!

Great repair experience with even better people -- Patrick is the man! When I discovered that my car battery died, I called Luxury Auto Works and spoke with Patrick. Not only did he find a way to complete the repair in the same day but also demonstrated that he cared. My experience was great and I felt valued. I worked with Patrick on the repair of my 2017 Mercedes AMG - replacing a tail light and break pad replacements. Their shop is very nice - clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area. I really appreciated that Patrick was ready for me with all the paperwork when I came in (we had emailed each other prior to me coming in and I had made an appointment). I was in and out of there with my Mercedes loaner car (it was a little older car, but it ran great) in 5 minutes! He kept me informed on when my car would be ready, and when I picked up the car, it was ready for me, repaired and even washed. Their pricing seems to be very fair/competitive. I will definitely use Luxury Auto Works for any other future car repairs. My car looks great and runs perfectly. Highly recommend them!

Luxury is one of the best if not the best there is. Every one of the guys is super knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to talk to. They will point you in the right direction on your vehicle without adding pressure to get it done asap. From everyday vehicles to high end vehicles I can t recommend them enough!

Quick and efficient service. I appreciate the clean surroundings and this company's dedication to customer comfort by providing a loaner vehicle as my car was being repaired. I was pleasantly surprised they washed and vacuumed my car, and returned it looking as though it had been detailed. Nice! The only thing that unnerved me was not being addressed by my name. Every customer deserves to be respected as a professional courtesy. I felt uncomfortable with Patrick repeatedly addressing me as "girl" (even after I corrected him.) Other than that, my experience at Luxury Auto Works was a positive one. Thanks for a job well done.

I always take my vehicles to Luxury Auto. Today was my first visit to the new beautiful shop in Pflugerville.Patrick greeted me outside with a big smile. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Chris the general manager was also very welcoming and I left very happy. I encourage anyone who needs anything done to their vehicles no matter what kind to choose one of the 3 Luxury Auto shops in Austin, Cedar Park, and the new shop in Pflugerville. I won t go anywhere else.

I took my Volvo to Luxury Auto Works for the first time after visiting their website and reading reviews. I was looking for an alternative to the dealership, which is where I have always taken my car in the past (for over ten years). My experience at LAW was fantastic! Patrick, Chris, and everyone who assisted me were incredibly professional, responsive, and customer service oriented. My car needed some major repairs (new rack and pinion, new CV joints, and AC work) , and the LAW team did a great job in completing them. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to order/receive the new parts and finish the work. My Volvo drives like new! I'll definitely be a LAW customer going forward.

Excellent experience! My car acted up and was able to drop it off short notice, get a loaner vehicle, and have the car repaired in about 24 hrs. Really liked the way the service was handled from a quick drop off of the car thru communication about the needed repairs (the video from the shop floor showing diagnostic results especially) to easy pick up of my fixed vehicle. Top notch, would definitely recommend.Services: Engine repair, Battery

I don't leave reviews often but I felt like I needed to leave one in this case. It is very hard to find a company that is honest and does a great job. Luxury Auto Works Pflugerville, checks both boxes. I am very satisfied with their work. Patrick went out of his way to help me find a solution to repairing my side door panel on my Mercedes. Great company!!!!

From the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up the customer service was fantastic. They were super thorough with diagnosing the issues with my Audi. The regular updates informing me of findings was nice to get as well. I highly recommend them to anyone with any vehicle type. Thank you Luxury for fixing my vehicle!

Don't usually leave reviews but i wanted to say how well this place treated me. Normal shop was all booked and i had to get my car worked on quick so i could commute to work. I was surprised how nice the facility was and how quick Patrick was to drop what he was doing to get me helped quick. My car needed to be left there overnight, but they were able to give me a loaner to use for free so i could make it to work the next day! Safe to say these guys are now my go-to's. Thanks again Patrick.

Excellent service, I took my X5 for an inspection snce the dashboard was not working. Patrick and his staff were very professional about inspecting the overall condition of the vehicle.After finding a few issues with the vehicle they contacted my warranty company and worked out all of the possible payouts and paperwork to get my car fixed. I a very pleased with the service and courteous approach by Patrick and his staff.

Excellent service, friendly staff, nice looking location. They kept me informed and gave regular updates. They were very honest about what needed to be done and what wasn't needed immediately. They also helped to try to find more affordable options for parts. I was provided a nice loaner car while mine was being worked on. They washed and vacuumed my car when I got it back also. We will be back when we require their services again.
