Brought my car to Long's for general maintenance. Was quite surprised by the quick turn around time! Fair pricing and friendly staff.The dealership informed me my brakes were ready to be changed. I only use the dealership shop for oil changes. Took my vehicle to Long's, to find out I have another 5-10k left on my brakes. Thanks for saving me some funds.10/10 would recommend

Long came highly recommended by our neighbor. I initially contacted him to touch up/ refresh the paint on my father-in-law s Ford Lariat. My father-in-law took his truck to his shop, and he immediately connected with Long. He was very friendly and professional. He provided several options and estimate, and his prices are very reasonable. I picked up the truck, and inspected it myself, and he did a quality work. He also provided a loaner car with no charge while we were waiting for the work to be done, which I think is a nice touch of great customer service. We highly recommend Long and his team.

I took my vehicle in on the recommendation of a friend. I had been rear ended and needed repair work done. I dropped the car off and was assured they would take care of the rest. I received a call letting me know that the other driver s insurance company was trying to use a salvage part for the crash bar in my bumper. They assured me they would not be doing that and it would be an OEM part. My next call was to tell me the car was ready! It took about 10 days for everything to be done between insurance and parts. When I picked up the car along Nguyen, the awesome owner, let me know they had washed my car and changed my oil since it was due. He also apologized that he couldn t get it detailed like they wanted to, but we d had a big storm the day before the his detailed wouldn t come out.I was amazed! You just don t see this level of care anymore. I will recommend Long and his team to anyone I know!

Amazing customer service, efficient, and extremely reasonable pricing! I was recommended by a friend who drives nearly an hour to take his cars here. They are extremely costumer focused from the time I dropped it off to the calls received with the quote and when it was ready well before I was expecting. I really like their online system showing me the detailed quote. After a lot of failed experiences with others I m happy I have my go to mechanic!

We definitely needed a tune up on our BMW. There was a list of repairs. Long's shop was about to get it all done in a few days. He kept me updated on the progress. Long and his team are wonderful. We definitely recommend this place.

Mr. Long and his team is awesome. I dropped off my truck to get it fixed after an accident we had. Josh was super nice and helpful and friendly. Mr. Long and his team have really good customer service and they updated us throughout the process. We only needed one of the headlights fixed but they went above and beyond and replaced both for us to match each other and when I was worried about not making in time to pick it up he offered to have it dropped off to me because I was close by. They have good pricing and do honest work.We really appreciate you guys and the attention to detail. Thank you for being a trustworthy business and helpful us.

My mom actually referred me to Longs. She was in need of body work to her car and had a great experience. I took her advice and did that same. I will say, they did a great job, super professional and were so generous in my opinion with how they treated me upon pickup. I do think it s hard to find, particularly as a woman, car places that don t take advantage and treat you with respect, even when you are a bit frustrated.When I picked up my car, it was so clean and shiny, I felt I was getting a new car. They worked directly with my insurance.Thank you Longs for being so great and being so kind and honest.

I was referred to come here from a friend. I just relocated back to Austin and needed to find a trusting mechanic. My experience here has been always great. They are always on time, honest, and very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. The staff is great, nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. Make an appointment first. They get really booked up! Thanks for always taking care of me and my vehicle!

Long s Automotive is the best vehicle one stop shop in the area. They take time to learn your name and your vehicle unlike any other shop or dealership. The service, honesty, professionalism is unmatched. From the ckin with Josh to your txt bill you won t be disappointed as you know you have gotten the best service and your vehicle is fixed properly with no side cuts or patch jobs. They also do detailing. Amazing. From my Chevy to my Lexus this is the only place for my vehicles.

I knew of Long for a while he used to own a shop with his brother in Austin. I brought my car to long to have body work done on the front end. I am super pleased with the results you can t even tell it was in an accident. The cost was super affordable which is a great plus for me as I am on a budget. He also does other auto repairs there as well. I will definitely come back when my car needs major repairs or body work done. Thanks Josh and long help me out. Long has been taking care of my car for almost 2 decades now. My car was almost 20 yrs old but it ran like new. Now that I have a newer car I still only trust Long's Automotive. His team is awesome. My whole family and even friends go to him now. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time needed to figure out the real problem

Long did a fantastic job repairing 2 dented panels on my truck. Also fixed this pesky Check Engine light and various other warning lights that have been driving me crazy. I would recommend Long s Automotive for all your automotive needs.

My car needed repair for my power steering. I dropped it off on Sunday and he began working on it first thing Monday morning. He changed the battery for me, tried diagnosing the PS issue but couldn t so he drove my car to my dealership in cedar park so I wouldn t be in danger. After all that he called to follow up on my car. Great service and a fair price.

Been here a couple times and they're great. Especially if you really care about your car. I just put mine on bags and some expensive 3 piece wheels and i wouldn't trust anybody else to do an alignment.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

First off the customer service is very very good here. Very friendly and nice. Prices are reasonable and they got me in and out of there real quick. So far have done really good work on my car. I recommend to people that have custom cars and lifts if they need an alignment. They aren t afraid of them. Very satisfied!

I had an incredible experience with Long's Automotive! They provided outstanding service, fair pricing, and exceptional customer care. Not only did they replace my broken headlight at an amazing price, beating what the dealership would have charged, but they also reprogrammed it quickly. I took my car in for the first time yesterday for a basic flush of the transmission fluid and was very impressed with the great level of customer service I received. Not only was the gentleman at the front desk kind when booking and checking my vehicle in for the appointment, but the owner was also extremely generous, honest and fair in pricing. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, even mentioning that I was low on coolant and took care of it. Even after offering his best pricing he honered a veterans discount for the service as well. He also found a way to take a quick look at my sons car and offered us great advice on the best and most economical way to proceed for a repair he needs. Yes! Yes! I do recommend. Long was able to take care of my major car issues for a fraction of the cost BMW would have charged. Wire harness, oil leak and check engine light fixed. I am so full of gratitude for the dedicated work that was done on my sweet black Beamer! Riding safely again. I won t be going anywhere else. Thank you Long automotive

This shop is seriously awesome. Myself, my daughter, and my mom are all only using this shop. They are not trying to rip you off like almost every other mechanic shop out there. And them know what they are doing. Outstanding! Went above and beyond on everything! Got me a new headlight to match the new one that broke, ordered factory bumper instead of after market, and even offered me a car to drive so I could get around as my car was being fixed. Can't even tell my car was in an accident, top-notch work. Life long customer after this, thanks so much!!

Glad I found these guys! Great service for a great price. I called ahead and scheduled an alignment for my Honda S2000 after I installed coilovers. Long and his crew had me in and out in an hour and the car is handling perfectly.I do all the work on my cars when I can and don t trust many people with my cars but I 100% recommend Long and his crew. They are busy and on appointment only for a reason, they do solid work for a great price which is hard to find these days!

You will never find a better auto repair shop. Long goes out of his way to do it as low as possible and quickly. They are professional and by far the most honest repair shop I have ever found. I have used them 8 times. One time, he called me back two days in just to let me know he had found a better price than what he quoted me- saved me hundreds on the lowest quote I had received.

I am blown by how fast and reasonable the service charge is. It is hard to find a good & trustworthy mechanic and my son just introduced me to a rare gem. Long just got a customer for life. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!
