Worst place I have ever been, went there to replace a broken bumper, I have been waiting "for the part to arrive" for 5 month. When I call them to ask, when my car will be fixed, Kelsy/Kacy I don't his name because guess what? I have never talk to him. He was on vacation on my appointment day to check the car, and he is been on vacations or busy every time I call every week. And of course he so busy he have never had a minute to call back. So if you are looking to have your car done at some point, please don't take your Car to this bodyshop.

I made an appointment with them (over the phone) to look at my hail damage, which was a full month out. I understand that shops are especially busy right now, so the month didn't bother me. I called to confirm the appointment a few days beforehand. I arrived and there was no receptionist. There were two people in offices - one of them was just watering his plants. They did not seem ready for business. He finally comes out and tells me that I have to leave the car with them. That might have been ok, IF they had told me that in either of my previous two phone calls with them. They didn't seem very professional or ready for business. I get better service in McDonald's drive thru than at this place. Look elsewhere.

Couldn't be happier. I was kept up to date during the entire process so there were no unwanted surprises. The staff and management were extremely knowledgeable very friendly and very patient with me. I got my car back in better condition that when I left it.

This is my first time visit to Leif Johnson Round Rock.Someone recently left half an inch deep scratch (I can see the bare metal) on my F150 tailgate (just by the tailgate opener). I contacted my insurance co and they recommended bringing the vehicle to Leif Johnson Round Rock. I arrived at the office and the receptionist requested KC Wilson to attend to me.KC was not only polite but took a hands-on approach. We went to the vehicle and KC advised me to just use a touch-up pen instead of painting the whole tailgate. KC then took a photo of the VIN & went back to his office. He then took a touch-up pen and helped me do the touch up! KC also assisted me to provide some manual print out on how to remove my rear back seat.What a great service!To me KC truly embodied LJ corporate philosophy of"Deliver change that matters: Be what s next and challenge the status quo."Thank you, KC!

This is hands down one of the worst experiences I ve ever had! I had pdr and that went okay. But the shop scratched.the car. And lost most of the panel clips that hold the car together.They then took the car back to paint it due to scratches. But did a truly piss poor job at doing it. Keep in mind this car had almost zero body scratches as the car was new. They also over sprayed the hood and left buffering marks all over the car and fisheyes in the clear coat, Its sad.. they all need to lose their jobs. An awful experience

I had body work done due to hail damage. They started off well, waiting til all of the parts were in. It went down hill from there. The lack of communication was frustrating to say the least. I had to call for any updates. As the deadline for completion approached and past. Time went a way beyond the schedule and luckily my insurance was still covering my rental, until Leif Johnson continued to cone up with excuses as to why they were not done. I was without a rental car for a little over a week. Finally they are done, I will say the dents were gone and the color match was great. Of course that is were the real problems started. They damaged a long list of items in the vehicle. From start to finish the process, it was supposed to be 4 to 9 weeks, 15 weeks later I have my vehicle back. The frustration of being told I need to take my truck to the dealership for repair solutions and then Leif Johnson deciding the know how to fix it after sticker shock from the dealership,"In my opinion". The reason for 3 stars is because they did fix all of the issues, eventually. I really believe they need to work on scheduling for work they can complete, and stop just accepting work they don't have the capacity for, then start updating customers.

It has been 2 months and I still don t have my car as of today. I still don t have an ETA on when my vehicle will be ready. Communication is poor. Go elsewhere. I will never go here again.UPDATE: They ve had my car since early November and I still don t have my car. Angie is giving a lot of excuses.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Started with men in a front office talking explicitly about a woman s body. I asked the receptionist if she always had to listen to them talk like that and she apologized on their behalf. I should have turned around and walked away right then. They claimed after a quote they would only bring my vehicle in once all the parts were in to minimize the time I was in a rental. Sounded great. A 2 week promise turned into FIFTY THREE days. Horrible customer service and communication. My vehicle was filthy on the inside. Go elsewhere. Leif Johnson name means nothing here.

One of our fleet vehicles was rear ended and we took our van to Leif Johnson for diagnostics. They completed the diagnostic and submitted it to insurance. I received the check from the insurance, and I have called on several occasions to set up the repairs. No one has called me back, and after several attempts I am going to assume they are too busy for the work or not interested. I will find another body shop to help us out.

I took my car in to Leif Johnson because I have bought multiple vehicles from them and thought they would be the best to fix the hail damage to my car. They had it for over a month and when I got there to pick it up I was shocked.the workmanship was the worst I have ever seen. It looked like they used touch up paint on a few spots and didn t even blend it in and there was scratches on my car that wasn t there when I dropped it off and now they are saying the scratches were already there which is a total lie!I should have looked at their reviews before I took it to them because they have a lot of bad ones.Service: Body & Trim

Great service! I took my truck in with some minor damage to the paint and I was quoted to have the entire bumper painted from another collision repair place. Casey told me they might be able to buff it out, took it in the back, and did just that free of charge!

Very helpful and kept me informed at every stage of the repair that turned out to be totaled and scrapped. Angie helped me carry my personal belongings out to my rental and was most kind and understanding of my feelings about losing my car. Thank you to Leif Johnson Collision Center for having such wonderful staff.

Everyone who helps me here is so awesome and nice. They have helped me with multiple issues. Angie is a superstar. If there is an issue from the repairs, I come back with my car and they fix it quick for free with no issues. They are informative and transparent, and not backwards/deceiving like Caliber Collision.

Leif Johnson Collision Center repaired my drivers side door after someone backed into me. Not only were they timely and professional, but they kept me informed as the work progressed. Anji was always nice to speak to and it didn't matter how trivial the question seemed to be. I felt like my business was truly appreciated. Honesty, value and integrity are the words I would use to describe this shop. Hard to find this kind of shop now a days.

Ken was who helped me. He was very kind and had very great Demonior about him. He assessed my Damages and told me what to look at. Was very clear. He got me an estimate of damages within 2 mins he was very quick and we shared a laugh. Make sure to ask for him you will be taken care of well.

Service personnel were tentative to my concerns.Dropped off truck for minor collision and took 3 weeks to fix.Had issues with door lock not working upon picking it up. got home and still did not work, Waiting to take it back a 3rd time to get the door lock fixed. Probably will not recommend to anyone due to the fact my trucks door still does not shut, I have to lock the door first then it will shut. This will be the 3rd trip to address it. Overall body work was good.

This is my 3rd interaction with the Collision Center. Each one has been great. Today I worked with John. He took care of it all and even meet me on his day off to make sure it was correct. While I won't buy a vehicle from Lief Johnson used cars again (see review) I will bring my vics to John and the guys at the collision center. That location is a beacon of light for their company.

The work they did on my 2005 Chevy Avalanche, was remarkable!! They do good quality work!! I would highly recommend Leif Johnson Collision Center to everyone who needed body work done on their vehicle.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. They took forever to fix my truck. They stole tools out of my toolbox. There was over spray all over my windows and inside my truck. They half ass fixed my bent rim then put it on the opposite side than what got damaged so I wouldn't notice. They broke the clips on my interior door panel. They didn't put in screws that need to be there I had to do it myself. They forgot to put my antenna back on I found it in the bed of my truck. I'm sure there is more but the list is so long I can't remember it all. I honestly have nothing good to say. I would have probably been better off duct tapping my truck back together. What a joke.

Ken Diamond and the crew was great. I was rear-ended while I was in Austin from Houston. Other than the back ordered parts from Ford corporate the guys there are first rate.

Do not bring your vehicle here if you care about it.Took forever! Sloppy and crappy work! They gave me my vehicle back very incomplete, makes me livid at the thought of how crappy their work was. I had to take it back a second time so they can fix the work and even then I was not satisfied. Listen to these reviews and stay away from here.

Took our company work truck in with insurance estimate of $2500 and 5 day work time. The adjusted the estimate to considerably more, with a 14 day work time. They have now had the truck for over a month with more delays. They do not appear to listen to our concerns about needing the truck.

This ppl are horrible and nothing but liars took forever to get y vehicle fix and the job they did was sloppy. The did a very bad job my car is worse than before all it was is hail damage. And now they inside of my vehicle is damaged my tint, stains, and cigarette burn behind my back seat under the mat. The person who I was staying in contact was smoking a certain brand of cigarette and left that behind. It was a menthol cigarette. Im going to take legal action. If this happened to you do the same. This ppl are crooks! I would give them no stars! They absolute worse body shop!

Joke of a company, save yourself the trouble and tow your car elsewhere. They don t understand communication and have now taken FIVE weeks to repair a car with only cosmetic damage that should have been repaired in a little over 1 (that s what they originally estimated).

They did an excellent job w/ repairing the bumper of my mother s Lincoln Town car - it looks brand new - timely service & wonderful customer service!!! I highly recommend this body shop!!!

Run by greedy bloodsuckers Ken & Anji. They care nothing if it isn't about new money. This chop shop keeps customers cars for months & months pissing off everyone. They return every vehicle to the customer on empty gas tank. Insurance fraud regularly committed here.
