The people at this Jiffy Lube were super helpful and friendly. Multiple people checked in with me throughout the process of having my vehicle checked over and oil changed to keep me updated. When my air filter needed replacement but they didn't have any in stock for my older European car, the manager offered to go pick one up from a nearby auto supply if I didn't mind waiting the few minutes it took him to go and get it. Then he charged me the lower price he paid for it there compared to the price they listed it for in their own system which was slightly higher (probably a different brand). I will definitely be going back!

This is a very well kept place organized. They re pretty quick at what they do. These guys are very polite. Great customer service. I suggested a lot of people take their vehicles. There is very convenient and affordable from ATX 512 Mobile Mechanic global the owner and family. Thank you.

Chris and his team were perfect. I saw they matched someone else s price and they matched a competitors coupon- No questions asked. They advised me that Lincoln s was low and my car is a CPO car bought in November 2023. I appreciate them telling me and being honest and I will let Nissan know. I will definitely be back. I stopped by for an oil change and smoke inspection. I was greeted promptly and the team informed me for how long the wait was, about 10 minutes, in a Saturday afternoon. They did a good job on the oil change and the inspection. They also filled air for the tires. The techs are friendly and professional. I am satisfied with their service.

Long time Jiffy Lube customer. Never before have I felt compelled to write a review for an oil change but Chris provided the most professional and courteous service. This location is a little out of the way for me but it is well worth it for the outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer for years in the Austin,Tx locations. I have tried this place 3 times and am completely over it. Will never go back. First time, I waited for over 2hrs and it was not busy by any standard. 2nd time I tried to go, the store was just not open. I was waiting in line at opening and no one ever came to greet us or open bay doors. Myself and few other cars had to back out and leave. My last time I wanted 10min before being greeted and told which bay to park behind. They told me to move to another bay, I did and then they opened other bays and I saw 4 vehicles come and go that had come AFTER me. Not sure what their system is, but it is broken. There are too many other places to get oil changes around them, they need to do better. I didn t complain at location, but this needs to be addressed. This time I wanted almost 2hrs.

Went in for an oil and fuel filter change a couple days back. They let me know they didn't have the fuel filter in stock, no big deal. Went and got the part and came back two days later to realize they never put my oil cap back on. After not being able to replace my oil cap, the manager tried to put responsibility on me, telling me that the reason he has to take my word is because their cameras are broken. He then told me to find the part myself and then bring in a receipt and he'll cover it. I declined, I'd rather replace the part out of pocket then deal with them again.

I visited this Jiffy Lube location to get my state inspection on my vehicle. I went in the morning, fairly early. The staff was very friendly thorough and had me in and out very quickly which I appreciate very much. I will definitely return to this location.

Former loyal customer for 13yrs @ Jiffy Lube WellsBranch.Just left 10min ago after waiting for 50min. When I pulled up for a state inspection that takes at tops 10min if that I was told there would be a 45min wait and to park my car in the back I should of known right then they were FOS (Remind u I had to get out of my car to ask for help) I never experienced bad service in the 12 yrs of being a customer so I decided to wait.During my 50min wait not one time did anyone let me know the status etc... meanwhile there are constantly customers pulling up getting service with no problem. I finally asked what's going on politely I was told by one of the JL employees exact words that they taught she(JL emply) was doing a oil change but I guess she doing something to the transmission. Okay so what does that mean for me because they obviously have enough staff to service the 4 vehicles that came after me with no problem.If they weren't able or had a person that could do something as simple as a State Inspection just say so instead of lying and wasting my time.After waiting 50min I went outside ask JL employee who just arrived how long is the wait he said idk were every one went and laughed. All the customers bay said the JL staff just got up and left we dont know were they went neither. SmdhThat being said I left drove 3miles down and the staff walked up to my vehicle before I even parked ask could they help me I got my inspection done less than 7mins and left perfect customer service skills very professional timely and informative. Something Jiffy Lube WellsBranch may need classes as well as drug rehab because they definitely something up there or mentally ill.I promise this is the worst service I ever had in my 46yrs of life. Honesty&Communication is the key of a good business.Never ever will I come back or recommend jiffy lube to anyone of they hire people like that imagine what type of work they do on your vehicle if they don't even have customer service skills. If I could give minus 100 stars I would but u had to rate it some how to leave a review so the one star is for being able to complete a entire 15pg document while waiting forever.Hire people that don't lie,run and leave customers unattended in the bay(garage) who does that thats so unsafe& unheard of just tacky,know how to communicate, have customers skills. Stay off the dope JL staff Just Say No to Drugs!

Store didn't open until 8:45am, because an employee (who was off today,) had the one and only key. Very disorganized. Management didn't arrive until 9am. Associate gave me my price before even working on my car. Management was outside talking, while Jullian was teaching and conducting all the vehicle services. I hope they keep Julian around because this was the worst Jiffy Lube I have ever been to.

Oil change took longer than I expected but the techs were super cool and even pointed out that I had a leak in the wiper fluid hose spraying under my hood and they helped me seal it with electrical tape.

Just came in to get and oil change and the manager on duty William tried putting hands on me for staying by my truck. I don't care who you are or what might be said you don't put hands on a customer. The gentleman walked away after which was good and was given a free oil change. So the situation was mostly rectified on site but never gonna go to this location again.

Staff (the 3 that I interacted with) were all very kind and worked quickly. When it was my turn, inspection was thorough and took less than 10 minutes, so that was appreciated.

Not returning to this location, when I arrived everything was fine the older gentleman there greeted me very kindly and was accommodating. Once they started doing my oil change another young worker, started speaking to me in a very hostile demeaner. Anyway apart from this person being very rude for no reason, when I was leaving my car was having issues turning on, something I had no issues with before. When addressing this issue with the same individual he gave me attitude and as I drove off I notice my car had a check engine light on, not there before. While riding on the freeway my car started to jerk when accelerating. My husband took a look at the car and noticed that the mass air flow sensor was disconnected. Not only did Jiffy Lube put me in harms way, it also damaged my vehicle durability and performance. This also prevented me from getting to work that day. I'm very disappointed due to this being the second incident that I've experienced not only at this location but also at Louis Henna.

I got an oil change and state inspection The service was wonderful and quick the customer service earned 5 stars for all the staff, especially Chris he was upbeat, cheerful, and polite and it was 8am!

This is not a knock necessarily on the entire staff, but someone here is doing awful work.Literally no issues with my car, was just doing routine oil change+tire pressure and went straight home, not even a mile from this location. The next morning, suddenly two of my tires are leaking air and my tire pressure light is on. A mechanic near my job confirmed that something was wrong with the tires and despite a top off, they re deflating again in less than five hours. I notify this store and come in the next day when I got the time off work, just to have them shrug about it.Again: zero issues with my car prior, and the morning after they put air in my tires, an indicator light is on and the tires are damaged. I went straight home after their repair .Don t come here. It s been a nightmare. I was told to go have my car examined elsewhere since the staff couldn t figure out why my tires are having problems. I was provided a complaint number and I ll update if they offer any substantial help, but still, if you want to avoid this? Stay away.

I have visited this place on 06Dec2019 for my vehicle emission test for license plate renewal.I have visited another two places near by (precision auto) they said 1 hour waiting time. At jiffy Lube I got it done immediately on arrival.People are customer friendly and niceThis station was busy with vehicles.This is near to Pflugerville county office at Austin***This place is for TX DMV vehicle inspections and emission Tests- very fast service

Let me start this by first saying thank you to Mr. Julian he is a amazing mechanic and took care of everything that I needed taken care of including business matters that were not under my car s hood. He is a model of what a good Manager/mechanic should be. He made my experience great. I had been to Jiffy Lube three times before this and two of the three times were unpleasant. So thank you Mr. Julian for getting everything taken care of with my oil pan gasket you are a real boss and I believe your future is going to be promising.

Fully satisfied with the ability and service this location provides.Previously I had a condition with a component that could easily stem to other larger components.Often, service may quote a full replacement of a larger component without fully assessing the current situation.Definitely satisfied with the way this location manager operates this location. Even while busy the manager took the time to investigate and find the source of my issue.Vehicle transportation being a major proponent in everyday life, this was definitely a life saver.Thanks again.Service: Air conditioning

Scott was very fast and very friendly. Great experienceReview update: i originally gave 5 stars because scott was so awesome but whoever was working under my car for got to secure my skid tray so it popped open on the highway. Had to drive back at 10 mph then wait in line for a long time for them to fix it.

Originally came in for an oil change and spark plugs, got an estimate right away, along with the biggest smile I could have asked for! Ryan was so helpful, he made sure that I was comfortable with everything that was being done to my car, comfortable with all of the prices, and overall the service was just amazing! We had a mishap, and he cleared it up right away and made sure I left as a happy customer nonetheless! I went to Jiify Lube to have my car inspected. The guys were very professional and courteous. They told me basically how long the wait would be, how many cars were ahead of mine and kept me informed of what was happening with the job they were doing on my car. So they were all nice and seem to work really well together
