Great customer support with knowledge and troubleshooting with suspension problems. Helped me out with diag on my coilover setup and LCA/ Adj. Sway bar end-links to fix the steering wheel misalignment. V fair price for the service I was provided.

2023-MayThese folks definitely live up to their full-star reputation.They were able to accommodate me next day (!!) by squeezing me in to their full schedule. The alignment was excellent and they were no-frills, friendly, and efficient.They had police cars in queue, and two customers who dropped off vehicles while I waited worked for large insurance repair shops. One customer needed work on a semi-custom lowered sports car and got the response we ll have to see if we can do what you want, but we re not afraid of it! If you need quality alignment or suspend work performed, this is THE place.And the best part? It was $20 LESS than any other place, although I didn t know until it was time to pay as I wanted the best job possible at any reasonable price!Follow the long line of five star reviews right down to Jerry s Wheel Alignment and see why everyone loves this place.

I told Jerry my my steering wheel was shaking. He said it was probably unbalanced tires and after the service it drove perfectly. Easy to work with and great work.

I replaced my own steering gear box, pitman arm, and idler arm on my truck and needed to get it aligned. I did a search for local places for alignment and saw Jerry s and normally would have moved on to look at national chains, but their high rating caught my eye. I read many of the reviews and everyone had great things to say so I figured I would give them a try since they specialize in alignments. I am beyond happy I went. I setup an appointment and they were on-time starting the work and got the job done quick. They have excellent customer service. I saw how they treated each customer and how I was treated. They also did fantastic work and my truck drives straight as an arrow now. I could not recommend them more!Service: Wheel alignment

Not only are they the cheapest guys in the area (I called 10-15 places) but they got my Ranger in same day and out within a hour. Top notch work, truck handles beautifully again. Not much more you can ask for from a alignment shop. Ill be back.

Very fast and friendly service. Our appointment took less than an hour. All tires were balanced as well as a four wheel alignment. The car drives perfectly now with no issues.

I would give this place more stars if I could. Jerry and John are not only top technicians, but they are also good human beings. This is a no frills shop, but that should not matter if fixing your car properly is the main goal. They do it right with honesty and integrity at a fair price. Go there and you will see. This will be your last and only shop for the type of specialized work they do.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Been going to Jerry for about 8 years now. Always gets the job done quick and has plenty of knowledge to share with you. Took my truck somewhere else for new coil springs, they couldn t figure out the alignment and had to go to Jerry s anyway.

We had such a good experience at Jerry s. Not sure I ve ever said that about a mechanic shop! They got us in quickly and were able to fix our van up in no time. We re traveling from out of town in our conversion van and suspected we needed our rear brakes redone. John (that helped us) was able to sort out what the problem was, took the time to explain it to my husband and saved us a lot of time and $$ by only doing what was necessary. It s so lucky we stumbled upon this shop.Honest, efficient, friendly and pleasant to work with. Don t be dismayed by the outside appearance of the shop (no offense Jerry s) but it isn t much to look at! Would def recommend for anyone needing brakes/suspension/alignment work done. 10/10

You re not going to find another shop like it. I thought the days of a small shop that knows their stuff charging good prices was long gone.I called over a dozen shops to do an alignment on my modified car and none would get near it. I m very picky on alignments and I m not satisfied if the car isn t completely even. Then I found Jerry who was happy to do it and use the alignment specs I provided. Overall amazing service, I couldn t be happier with the results.

Great experience on an alignment for my vehicle. I drove in at 8 AM and left at 8:30. The price is the best you ll find in the Austin area, as well.

Jerry is the best of the best. My regular mechanic could not figure out the problem with my front suspension, and he highly recommended Jerry's. Jerry diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a quote to replace struts, shocks, and front brakes. The quote was very reasonable, and the service was performed as promised in one day. When I went to pick up the car, another customer in his waiting room was the wife of another mechanic I use. It speaks volumes when good mechanics take their own cars to Jerry's.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I love these guys. Employees are very personable and know what they are doing. Most places as soon as you mention your car is lowered they want nothing to do with it. Jerry's had no problem and got my car aligned perfectly. I've since been getting my tires mounted here along with alignments. They will take drop shipments from Tire Rack BTW.It's a small two man shop so sometimes it can take a bit. It's worth the wait IMO since they do such a good thorough job.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Very reasonable pricing. I got an alignment from Jerry and he informed me that I needed new tires. After purchasing new tires he realigned my truck without charging me a second time. Very honest shop. Wait time was also not bad.

I'm here from Mississippi visiting my children and was told by 2 other automotive repair services that I needed an alignment, but their prices were VERY HIGH. I checked online, found Jerry's Wheel Alignment, read the reviews and was impressed. Today I took my 2013 Kia Optima there and was very, very PLEASED with the COST and the ALIGNMENT that was done. Jerry and John were both very PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL. I am recommending their place of business for your car repairs.Service: Wheel alignment

I have had these guys do the brakes on several of my vehicles and have been pleased with their work every time. The brakes have lasted a long time. They have my vehicle ready when they tell me they will and everything is done at a very fair and reasonable price. I have to say they've also been respectful of the Interior or my vehicles. I am very comfortable with recommending them.

Needed a front-end alignment on my truck after adding a leveling kit. My usual auto shop couldn t do my truck because their machine only supports up to 2017 and only stock vehicles. The guy mentioned he had heard about a place nearby called Jerry s. I did Google and Yelp searches for alignment shops and Jerry s was the first one up and near perfect reviews everywhere I looked.Called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today and they had me in an out in 30 minutes. Jerry was running the front desk and was super friendly. Pricing was a bit cheaper than I was expecting to spend. All around, couldn t be happier with my experience and always glad to support a local, Black-owned business.

It is hard to find an honest shop today. Jerry is has integrity and honesty. He tells you like it is. The prices he charges are fair. He doesn't advertise and is always busy, that should speak volumes for anyone looking for great service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jerry's to anyone.
