They know what they re doing. No doubt about it. Experience calling them and talking in person put me at ease, especially when I m nervous about things I don t understand. I always feel like I m about to be hustled with car shops, but they certainly didn t make me feel that way.I got rear-ended so there was a big dent in the back. My car is a new 2023 model so parts needed to be ordered and it took a month or so for them to come in. When they came in, I dropped it off and the shop is right down the road from enterprise so I didn t even need to go far to get a rental.They took care of my car for a couple of weeks and when I came back, it was as good as new. The dude in charge apologized for not washing the vehicle and had it washed when I went to drop off the rental. Apparently, he had even cleaned the inside too so it smelled like a new car.Unfortunately after picking it up, an error kept popping up every time I reversed. My schedule is packed so I just didn t like having to come back (reason for the four-stars) but they did fix it.Mistakes happen but they knew what they were doing. Everything really was easy for me because they handled a lot and communicated well with me. I d definitely go back again if I needed work done.Plus, everyone working the office really maintain themselves. They make me wanna hit the gym lol.

I was impressed with Image Auto body and the way they took care of me and my vehicle.They went the extra mile and always had good customer service.I hope I never have a wreck or vehicle damage, but if I do, I d definitely use Image Auto Body again.

10000/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! I was so thankful I chose this shop as you can trust they ll take care of your car like their own. I was amazed at the results of my car and actually think it looks better than when I first got it, which was insane to me. The staff was amazing and so great at communicating through the process. I had a friend recommend Image Auto Body after using them himself and I'm glad he made the recommendation.I went in a few weeks ago and got a quote on the spot. The employees that looked at my car were both kind and explained the price breakdown, as well as, what the work entailed to fix my bumper.The only reason I can't give a full five stars is because I was told it would take 3-4 days to get my car back. It ended up being a week and a half. But, I was surprised when picking up my car that not only was the bumped renewed to perfect condition; they had also washed and detailed my vehicle for me!I will definitely be sharing with friends my good experience and would use this business again if needed.

This shop is amazing. Very personable. Not many places you can call and talk to someone immediately or get such a quick response. Very reasonable price. They deal with most insurance companies. Even car rental companies. And they do great work!!! I started going back to have them fix minor flaws on my vehicle. Highly recommend. Kinda like old school.

When State Farm sent me a list of preferred body shops, I searched for the one with the best reviews. Reading other reviews helped me make a great decision so I figure I d pay it forward so you can make a great decision too.TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Not only do they do amazing work, but they make a stressful situation into an easy one. Chris is very communicative, laid back, friendly and most of all, he s just plain good at what he does. Everyone that I ve talked with at the shop is wonderful and helpful. They took care of my insurance for me, which is incredibly helpful since I hardly understand how to navigate that situation.My car was returned to me in amazing shape. Their work was flawless and my car was even cleaned!I will definitely be returning if I need any of their services in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing customer service and amazing results. Tony, Joseph, and Omar were fantastic!! They left my Mercedes fender like new! Joseph especially was very professional and patient with me calling everyday to check the status on my vehicle. My car was ready quicker then I anticipated. After a contractor damaged my car during a project I got several quotes. Image was the lowest and the closest. I was skeptical at the low price but learned talking to another corporate owned shop that Image is local/owner/operator owned shop with no need to jack the prices to cover the salaries of all the layers between you and getting your ca repaired. And the fella who gave me that info said they always send clients who don t want to total their car per insurance there and never have complaints.The finished work was spot on. Chris went above and beyond in helping get my issues resolved and paid by the contractor. The customer service exceptional and friendly. While I hope I never need to use them again I sure would if needed.

I have taken my cars here for years. The quality of work is impeccable. I have a van with a wheelchair lift. Chris and his team went above and beyond to do repairs quickly without sacrificing excellence. I greatly appreciate their efforts. I had multiple bids and their bid was the most affordable. Very easy to schedule repairs as well. Highly recommend them and it's much more pleasant to do business with a local company vs the big chains around town. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I own a 2019 Alfa Romeo, which had some severe damage to the front bumper, I was worried about finding a place that I was comfortable with to do the repair work, but after checking the reviews and speaking with Image Auto Body, I felt confident in them doing the repair. Very happy I made this choice! No one likes car places as they are hard to deal with and always try to upsell you. I got in an accident for the first time and had no clue how to do anything insurance related. Chris of Image walked me through the whole process and was transparent from start to finish.When I got my car back it was cleaner inside and out than the way I dropped it off. They do quality work and are honest people.

I had my BMW repaired here, and they not only took great care of the car, their customer service was over the top. Madi was especially helpful, coordinating the rental car, providing regular status updates and walked me through navigating my insurance claim. Just. The. Best! They did an amazing job fixing my car after an accident and everyone on staff was so helpful. From getting me a rental car immediately to the communication during the whole process. I couldn t have been happier. I never felt like I was just being left in the dark about when repairs would be completed like previous shops have done. If you need work done on your car I highly recommend taking it to Image Auto Body in Pflugerville.

Great family owned business and good repairs. Only used OEM parts on my repair and were lenient with me because my insurance was being finicky. Exterior was very clean and looked like it just rolled off the dealership lot.I am only giving three stars due to lack of communication and post repair quality.First I ll preface with the fact that I have a brand new vehicle and I understand parts are limited so Im not considering that into my review in consideration of the time it took to repair my vehicle. My biggest gripe was how the inside of my truck looked after the repair there were 4-5 trim pieces that were not flush after and I had to clip into place, the headliner also had hand prints and debris from the mechanics who worked on it. Also, like I said my vehicle is new and there were parts that took a while to show up, but I didn t get any updates on when or even just a rough estimate on when my vehicle should be done. I was told 3 weeks in a row that it would be done at the end of the week . If I wanted any updates I had to call and see what was going on.Staff is friendly and understanding but just lack of communication and how my vehicle was dirty and not completely put back together after the body work was done leads me to only give three stars.

I just picked up my car here after having work done on it when my bumper was totally smashed in and would not close. I was amazed at what an awesome job they did with the new bumper and the paint job was superb! Customer service has always been great here and they are honest and work hard. Their rates are comparable to the other shops in the area and even a little lower. Even though we was working with the insurance we saw all the rates that were being submitted. It cost way less than what I thought it was going to. My car was spotless when I picked it up, Inside and out. I wasn t expecting that. That was an added bonus. I am super happy with my car! If you want excellent car work done and at a great price, go to Image Auto Body in Pflugerville of the 685. You won t be disappointed. Cheers!

My Durango needed serious work. Right rear suspension was completely ruined due to a collision. The wheel was bent in, and three passenger side airbags deployed.Chris, family and company did a great job putting it back together. They communicated well throughout the project, gave me options, advice, and a lot of laughs! Pro shop! This body shop did a truly excellent job with my car. While it took a while for the repair, I believe they were thorough and kept me up to date throughout the whole process.What I really appreciated though was the fact that they took a look at my brakes, one of the main causes of my accident in the first place, and went the extra mile to put me in touch with another shop to get those repaired.I'm very happy with the service, and happy I took my vehicle here.

Stopped in here on a whim to have them look at a problem with my front fenders that had been bothering me for over a year. They quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled the repair for a week later. Dropped my car off on the scheduled date and they had it finished before the end of the day. It looks great! They were very helpful and explained the process to me clearly and answered all my questions. Overall the experience was smooth and efficient. One complaint would be that they told me that the rental car service would be able to leave the car at their shop so I could just show up whenever to pick it up and drop off my car, however that was not the case and I had to actually take a Lyft over to the rental car building to get the car. It also took about 5 days longer to get the parts than they predicted but aside from that the car itself looked good as new when they were done fixing it up. No complaints regarding the workmanship. Would use them again for future car damage repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing people! Not only we re they amazing at keeping in contact with me and easy to contact at that, they are super patient and really care about you. They go the extra mile to make sure that you feel safe and that your car looks brand new after any work done. My Mercedes Benz (my baby) was in great hands the entire time and I m happy that they are paying attention to all the small details. Very happy with the Image team and shout out Chris and Madi. Couldn't be more satisfied with Image. I've unfortunately had to process two insurance claims thru them recently. My car was damaged by a flying wheelbarrow on MoPac and then just days after getting my repair back from Image, we were rear-ended.On the first repair, Image was incredibly quick and thorough. They worked with our provider - Statefarm - seamlessly, and I was on the schedule and repaired in record time. They did an astonishingly good job and their attention to detail and customer service was really appreciated. They kept me updated on part deliveries, were honest with me about costs, and over-accommodating in terms of helping with rental car, etc. Really honest, hard-working folks running a great business.The new repair is in process. We're already back on their books. They even helped us with a process that should save us money on our deductible.Insurance or not, I'll always take my cars here and recommend others do the same.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
