Brought my new to me 2014 Audi q7 TDI to Heritage today for a post purchase inspection.I chose this shop based on the reviews and was impressed at the level of care, honesty and respect! This will be our go to for our Audi from now forward Thank you guys!

Let start out by saying James and Richard are amazing guys, I had purchased a Audi Q7 supercharged and the last owner told me he took it to these guys so I gave them a shot and their service was excellent. I found my new mechanic for my vehicle because I d rather have one person that knows this vehicle and that has worked on it before instead of bringing it to another shop that s cheaper but they don t know the vehicle that well so I give these guys five stars without a doubt

James and crew were absolutely amazing. Kept me up to date on everything and fixed my issue correctly and quickly.They are also reasonably priced, and willing to work with you on pricing- which is very appreciated! My Mercedes truck is purring perfectly after a visit to heritage autohaus. Thank you all for your fantastic work, and great customer service. I ll bring all my European cars here!

Richard and his team are amazing and honest. I trust my cars in their capable hands as they are experts when it comes to European cars and use top quality products. Richard can diagnose most common ailments just by listening to the engine and will not try to upsell unnecessary services. The team at Heritage recently diagnosed and resolved an issue with one of my cars that had another shop stumped.Go to Heritage Autohaus and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great place! James was very helpful sorting out my Audi A4. I listed my concerns and received my estimate that day. After the repairs were completed I voiced difficulties about getting back to the shop before end of business. Problem solved within seconds! There were no hard sales or up charge tactics. I felt the improvement in my engine immediately!

There is no one I trust more with my vehicles than Heritage AutoHaus. They do awesome high quality work. Their rates are by far the best I ve experienced for the quality of work me and my family receive. And as a military man myself, Richard s level of respect and service to others is top notch!

Great price, quick turnaround. They repaired my suspension in 3 hrs when the dealership took 3 days to diagnose and then charge almost double what I paid at Heritage. Always willing to help and support. Determined to find the problem and/or issue and will work tirelessly to fix it. I have experienced nothing but respect and honesty at this shop. I will take my car back to this shop, as long as I own it. The owner is a cool guy to talk to and always has good conversation. He seems to truly care about people.

I am from out of town, visiting family in Pflugerville, TX and it was time for my Mercedes Service A. I will be road-tripping home next week and wanted to make sure my car was checked out and ready for the long trip back. I researched and called several local places for experience, pricing, appointment availability and customer service and Heritage AutoHaus was at the top of the list on ALL of those!When I walked in I was kindly greeted by James, who checked me in. He gave me a pretty accurate estimate of how long the service would take and since I didn't have anyone to pick me up I ended up hanging in the waiting room...the waiting room was nice and clean with comfortable seating. James and I also had a great conversation while I waited for the service to be completed.Braden was the technician that worked on my car and was really efficient and thorough. After he finished he took the time to tell me what he did during this service and made a few reasonable recommendations for what to expect for the next service (Service B). At no point did I feel like either James or Braden were trying to upsell me on anything. I left feeling like I received high quality service, from experienced people, for a great price! I wish I lived closer so that I could make Heritage AutoHaus my go to shop, but either way I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family in the area and use them again when I'm in town.

I have been coming to Heritage Autohaus for over 5 years for work on my BMW and I will never go anywhere else to get car repairs. Richard and his team are so knowledgeable, trustworthy and always do quality work on my car! Big shout out to James for being so helpful and super kind. I was hesitant at first since there are other VW tuning and maintenance in the area that's been around over a decade. But, I gave them a try. I made my appointment to tune and install my Untronic K04 turbo. Price was actually cheaper than others. The shop is super clean and they have very knowledgeable staff/mechanics. Also. Richard, the owner, is very detailed, knows a lot about VW and a very humble guy (rare nowadays).Anyways, I got my car back and boy...it drives healthy and fast. They are very easy to work with. Took my A5 in for an oil leak issue. Going in, I knew this was major engine repair as per the dealership. Richard was able to quickly diagnose the issue having had experience with it in the past. Richard and his team is extremely qualified and meticulous in their work. I would recommend anyone take their german rides for top quality work, you won't be disappointed, they know their stuff. FYI - My car rides great, couldn't be happier with the outcome.Service: Engine repair

Brought my vehicle here for a diagnostics after unable to clear timing codes. After 3 days of waiting, I was just told it has a bunch of timing codes and maybe a timing chain. Then was charged $180. Was charged full price for basically nothing. Won't be going back

I can not recommend Richard and his team at Heritage Autohaus enough! If you have a German vehicle (VW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes), this is your spot! I have been taking my car here for almost 3 years now. I used to only take my car to the dealership but when I was told that I had to wait a few months for an appointment and Richard was able to get me in within the week, I switched to Heritage.As a high-end German performance vehicle with many working parts/electronics, unfortunately after 10+ years, they start to need repairs or be replaced. Each time I bring my car into the shop, the team accurately diagnoses and fixes the issues, all in a timely manner and affordable price. They always explain what is necessary at the time and what can wait for the future. There is no over selling of products/services. They are HONEST and treat you like FAMILY. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have owned 8 BMW's & Porsches over the last 25 years. I took my cars to a private service facility in S. California all the time.When I recently moved to TX, I didn't think I could find a comparable service facility. Thankfully, I was wrong! Richard is great to deal with. He is knowledgeable, straightforward and above all, honest. These are very rare qualities.I will be taking both my BMW'sthere, exclusively and without hesitation.Another big bonus- they couldn't benicer, easier and more pleasant.Take it from someone that's had more than a few cars- you'd be foolish to go anywhere else!Update:We have now been clients of Heritage for almost 3years- they are fabulous!
