Took my vehicle in on Wednesday the 3rd to get my bumper fixed and Jay was helping me out. He did an awesome job! Helped me out quick and was super kind, and told me to give it about 2weeks. Got a call this morning and my car was ready for pick up in just a week! She s looking beautiful as ever again!! Highly recommend them. They took great care of her and got her fixed fast! Thank you so much Jay!!! Will definitely go back if needed.

Gerber Collision absolutely NAILED IT !! You will always get a good review from me, if you say what you're going to do, and then meet or exceed those expectations. John did a fantastic job of telling me the step by step process it would take to get my vehicle back to original condition, he even took the time to explain they had a down-draft paint booth (i asked because this type is know as industry best-in-class). John communicated with me during the process to let me know progress, and they even finished and had my truck back to me before the quoted duration. They just have EXCELLENT customer service, and that goes for the girls in the office as well. Thanks Gerber !

These guys did a great job with my situation. I had a lot of extenuating circumstances that made it difficult and they helped every step of the way. Even took a hit when insurance tried making me pay out of pocket for some of the repairs. Great job all around!

Thank you Jay and the Ladies at Gerber collision & glass. The appointment availability was great. They got me scheduled and kept me updated the whole way until it was time to pick my vehicle up. They were patient and very sweet! My car looks brand freaking new. They even vacuum my car out. It looks so great! Hopefully i won t have to come back lol. But i will recommend them to others. THANK YOU AGAIN JAY AND THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK. you guys did more than what was ask. I really appreciate it.! I was having the worst day ever, you guys truly made my day. Happy holidays !

Took my car here to get repaired from the accident I had. Was very impressed with the service and the communication. Turn around time was impressive. John did an amazing job with my car highly recommended coming here to get any damage done to your car.

This happened at the pflugerville, Tx store.Took my vehicle here for hail damage and I when I got it back I noticed they scratched my car and didn't even put my hood back on right. When I spoke to the guy who worked on my car he tried to say it was there before I brought it in but I cleverly took pictures of my car before I brought it in just in case something like this happened. He then told me he would fix his mistakes if I gave him a good review, which i refused. He was arrogant and rude and didn't like how he tried to bribe me into giving him a good review. I am writing this review so that they will be more careful next time and not do this to anyone else. Please be careful if you are choosing this place to fix your car. Take pictures before hand so you have proof that it wasn't you that caused damage to your own car. People like this just add to the negitivity that goes on in this world.BEWARE!

We had our vehicle evaluated for damage and they unassembled the inter fender and taillight. We decided it wasn t worth going through the insurance and we wanted to keep the car. Gerber mentioned their would be a reassemble fee for the vehicle. We wasn t happy with it but we paid it, $106.00. And the photos are how we found our vehicle when we picked it up. They did an amazing job with my car after I was in a fender bender. I was kinda iffy on taking it in but went ahead and did anyway and I'm really glad I did.John also went above and beyond helping expedite my repairs and get them done ASAP to help me get my car back on a tight schedule. 100% recommend them.

As a USAA member who had work done at this location previously, I returned to get an estimate on a customer pay paint job and possible installation of some side skirts for my vehicle. I had to make an appointment which I did and finally met with Kari (sp?) who told me she would work up a quote and email me within a couple of days. I sent her text messages twice requesting the quote (after 72 hours) and still have not received anything two weeks later. Very unprofessional. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and will DEFINITELY not use GERBER COLLISION again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bad repairs. First they "forgot" to include a piece in the insirance report even though they mark it when they received tye vehicle, so I had to reject the vehicle when acording to them was done, so they have to writte another letter to the insurance for approval. Then after the second time there are some dents close to the repair area and contaminants in the paint and they said was not teir fault, acording to them, it was like that even though the car was never painted before or involved in another collision. I personally would NOT take another vehivle here and talk to all my friends and people I know to avoid this place.

Hit a pothole and my bumper came loose. Jay fixed my car in just a few hours, didn t charge me, and even washed my car!! Highly recommend!

I was very hesitant to write this review because of how many promises were made on behalf of Gerber Collision to make things right.In April of 2023 I was hit by a semi truck and decided to take my car to Gerber since this was an approved shop as stated by my insurance. Was told by Angel that he would have clear line of communication with me in terms of updates on the status of my repairs. 3 weeks later and not a single update so I call since the end of my rental period was coming up and surprisingly enough, the car was ready to be picked up.I pick up my car the next day when it was convenient, and took the car home. When I parked my car and took a better look there were parts that had not been repaired, my after market rims were refinished in a completely different color than the other 3 rims I have on the car, my check engine light turned back on, and several other concerns were not addressed despite being hit by a SEMI TRUCK in a 3000lb compact car.I called back immediately the same day, and told them the issue. They told me they would take a week to get me a rental car and start the repairs on every concern that I had addressed on the phone.Went in a week later like Angel told me and come to find out Angel is off that day and no one is aware of the promise that was made had to get in contact with the GM of the store and explain my situation it was fixed and I went in and told Noel (the GM) what needed to be fixed on the body of the car (since Angel didn t make anyone aware) and he agreed to fix it as well order new wheels that matched.Two weeks go by and I get a call from the rental place saying they were not going to cover the costs for the last week because the repair shop said they weren t covering those days. For several days, I made calls to my insurance , the rental place, and Gerber while in the middle of work just to avoid getting charged for the rental and learning that a big portion of the repairs that should ve been addressed would not be covered by insurance. I had to pull out receipts, written messages, voicemails, etc just to avoid getting hit with charges that they promised to cover.I have followed up with Gerber to get my rim situation addressed since it s the last thing they can make right for me. I was told to send the link to where they can purchase it and I was told weeks later they couldn t order them because their company card was rejected since the order is from overseas. (Not sure how they would fix an expensive car that manufactures parts outside of the USA or is it because my car is low class in their eyes and not worth the effort of figuring it out)Well, I followed up within an hour of them telling me the news and sent them a link to a distributor who sells them in the USA and it s now August 26 and I have yet to receive my wheels. Only thing I ve received is excuses from Noel who hasn t given me a call since I sent him the link.Obviously no one wants to get into a car accident but when/if you do avoid places like this who pretend to care about you and your car s well being because it s going to be a headache. I shouldn t have to be told about repairs coming out of their pockets like it s my fault they neglected my car.I m writing this to warn people who end up in my shoes at the cost of never getting my rims ordered so take that into consideration!

I had used this business earlier this year and only had 1 little hiccup. I recently went back because they did a great job before. Since then I have received NO UPDATES on my cat and the receptionist has an attitude. Although the work they do tends to be good their customer service is a horrible. I would not recommend going here. It's been 2 weeks and I've yet to receive an update.

Took my car for Quarter Panel repair. (Difficult area to repair in my opinion)I am more than pleased on how an awesome job they did and how was fast it was done.Highly recommend MAC.

I had a rough experience with Progressive trying to get my repairs done. Once I was in contact with Gerber they took control and got my repairs handled. Their communication was outstanding!After pick up there were a couple items that needed to be addressed. I texted them and they got me right in at my convenience and took care of all of it. The only reason this is 4 and not 5 stars is bc looking over my truck after the 2nd pick up I found the tube used to lower the spare is dangling below my bumper missing 2 bolts, and the support bracket for my gas fill line is missing a bolt as well. I will use them again but I will look over the whole vehicle very closely before I leave the shop next time.

wouldn t really recommend this place. Had to wait 1-2 months to get my vehicle back. After getting it back and expecting it further I noticed that the repair job was pretty flawed. Called them back the next day and they were able to fix it upon having to come back. Would recommend caliber collision

I took my car in after a collision. The other party's insurance paid for the damages. I was assigned to Angel which assured me they will have my car in two weeks.They lived up to their promise and my car was ready on time. I was very happy with the outcome until I drove to work that night and noticed the repaired side was coming apart.I took my car in and did not hear anything but excuses from Angel. They told me bring it back two days later which I did and they supposedly put the parts back together.Two days later the parts were falling apart again and I took my car in and again Angel gave me nothing but bogus excuses that parts are after market and that's why they don't fit together right which made me really upset. It was at that time GM Noel walked in and took over. He told Angel the head light has to changed to OEM part otherwise things would fall apart. They then ordered the head light and two weeks later I took my car in to get the light put on. The same night after I took my car back while driving to work I noticed the new light was facing down ward therefore not shining on the road that Almost made me to have a wreck. Again I took my car in and one of the guys adjusted the light and told me it can not be adjusted better. The light still not right.Today I noticed the same parts coming loose but this time I can see the parts were glued together and the recent Texas heat made the glue come apart. I went back to show the car to GM Noel but I was told I could not see him and need to make an appointment. Then they told me to leave my phone number and Noel will contact me.Angel lied and cheated me all this time by not doing what a legitimate business should do.very bad experience.

After cancelling two days before my initial appointment in February, this place was really accommodating and allowed me to set up my new appointment for April.Once taking my Bronco in for a quick side door replacement/repair, the whole setup was great. As I had a referral from Progressive, I just signed a few documents, gave them the keys and was on my way. 3 business days later and my vehicle was ready. John ( I think was his name) was professional and answered all questions I had.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

Recently brought my car to get a window replaced, jherlyn took care of me and he did an amazing job!Made sure to explain everything to me and made sure i was aware and happy with everything happening.Wouldn t recommend anywhere else but here !Thank you again jay!

They recently did work on my sons truck after a person ran a stop sign. He was very upset through the entire ordeal (first wreck). Yesterday he got his truck back and was so excited about the results. Gerber has excellent customer service and didn t mind me calling every other day to check on progress ( if it was up to my son he would have had me call twice a day, every day).

Had a good experience at first until I noticed there was still damage to my truck that was originally supposed to be fixed. They said that damaged part hadn t came in but I guess decided not to tell me until I asked them about it. There was also trash left in the bed of my truck from the repair shop and damage to my tailgate that wasn t there when I brought my truck in. This shop also doesn t like when you call out their mistakes as I have several sound recorded videos from my dash cam of them calling me names and complaining that I brought up their mistakes.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Recently took my vehicle and had a wonderful experience, solid place Jherlyn took very good care me!Walked me through the entire processI normally hate these situations, I mean who likes them am I right.Thankfully everything went smoothly !Definitely recommend these guys!
