Scott and Albert are awesome! They make sure to call and keep you updated on your vehicles progress while in their shop and it's easy to see that customer satisfaction is top priority. I am very happy with the work their team did on my car!

Can only recommend Scott and his team. The only bright light after having to deal with insurance companies, after somebody hit your STANDING car and messed up the entire front of my Nissan Altima with his big huge truck. My baby looks like new again!

I came here after I'd seen their work on another car. They do not use salvaged parts. They've kept me updated through lots of pictures via email, so that I could get a scope of the repairs they've done on my beloved vehicle. When my window fell inside the door they replaced, they showed me how it worked and the bones of it. They even cleaned out my car after they were done with repairs! Their explanations and constant updates showed me they truly care about the cars they work on and take care of their clientele.

I cannot even believe I'm writing a review of anything to do with car service or repair, because 99% of the time I feel like I got ripped off. Not with this place! Scott & Alfred were the nicest, most communicative, hardest working, and honest people I've ever encountered with anything regarding auto body or services. They communicated with insurance so I didn't have to. They explained how things would work and had no problem jumping through insurance's hoops with sending supplemental requests for repair and going to bat for me to get things covered that were not found initially. I could seriously go on and one with instances of how they took such great care of me and my vehicle, but instead I'll give two specific examples that impressed me. One, they sent a tow truck when I called to tell them I wasn't comfortable driving to them because of what I was experiencing. I had to take my car to the BMW dealership to get the tire sensor calibrated and the dealership didn't tighten the lugnuts. I didn't realize this but by the time I knew something wasn't right I was down to just one. Their tow truck guy discovered it and G&G not only called to tell me with such genuine concern about how grateful they were that I hadn't driven it and how bad it could have been, but even called the dealership to make the service manager aware of the careless and what could have been tragic mistake. Two, when I went to pick up my car for the final time, they were hand washing it. Again, these are just two examples but throughout the entire process they displayed incredible knowledge, customer service, and integrity. Alfred and Scott took care of my car after I was rear ended and I couldn t be happier! They kept me updated on a regular basis with phone calls and emailed pictures of the car as they worked on it. When I picked it up it looked and worked just like new and like nothing ever happened! Hopefully, I don t get into any more accidents but if it happened again I wouldn t hesitate to go back to them or to refer my friends and family!

I just had to take some time to share my experience with G&G. These guys are amazing. I took them a mangled mess of a car and asked them to replace my headlight as best as they could. They had to rework some of the metal to get my headlight to fit properly but they got it done. They went above and beyond and I feel like they took a risk because I asked them to replace something that we weren t sure was replaceable due to the damage to the mounting points. They took the challenge and got it done. Our family will always go to G&G for any automotive bodywork we may need. Thanks guys!!!Service: Body & Trim

Hands down amazing. 12/10 will be a lifetime customer and recommend. I needed my rear bumper replaced as it was protruding out when I bought the car used and came off in the wind. I didn't want to claim it on insurance and got some estimates and recommendations. G & G was the second to the cheapest, but the reason I chose them is A. They came highly recommend by Xtreme and B. Upon meeting the shop guys which I didn't know was the owner and manager, they were pleasant to work with, honest and got a good vibe. They did what they could to save me a little money, and I didn't get the feeling like I was getting played. My car was ready in a few hours and looked amazing. They even removed the duct tape residue off for me. Embarrassed to say a few months later I unhooked 1/4 of my front bumper and took it over there for a repair. They totally hooked me up, again! It's a local shop, not a corporate place. Honest staff, reliable work. Thanks so much!

Great service and a really friendly team. These guys fixed my hail damage on my brand new RAV4. However it took a few months to get in because how reputable this place is! So, many others were doing the same due to the hail we got. I will definitely use this body shop in the future if we need to and I ll recommend this place to all my family & friends. Seriously some great quality work and they made the whole process super easy.

They complained and wind the whole time I had my vehicle there!!! They kept calling me repeatedly!!! Then they call the insurance and gave them a mechanical diagnosis that they are not legally license to diagnose and provided insurance with that information which they are not legally licensed to provide!!!I would definitely not recommend this shop again for myself or anyone they made my situation 10 times worse and better. The only reason why I went to do they were referred by someone else I trusted!!!!

G & G Autobody is AMAZING!!! My car was almost totaled and they took the challenge on to fix it. They really checked my car out to make sure there were no safety issues they couldn't fix before they fixed my car. They truly pay attention to every little detail and take tremendous pride in their work.Scott, the owner, is super nice and truly cares about doing a fantastic job for his customers. Gina and Bianca are AMAZING as well. They always kept me updated on the status of my car and were just a true pleasure to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend G & G Autobody to anyone who wants their car fixed right and who wants to feel truly valued. I live in south Austin and I will drive all the way across town to take my car to them. They are AWESOME!!!!

If you are searching for a trustworthy body shop G&G Autobody is my recommendation. They were recommended to me by a close friend so I gave them a try. Scott was very friendly and he took time to explain what my vehicle would need to be repaired. He dealt with the insurance company for me and I had a no hassle experience.He returned my phone calls timely. His staff is very helpful also. Even Princess the dog greeted me each time.Upon picking up my vehicle I asked his opinion on some leak issues I was having and he gave me honest, upfront advice and even offered to write me a letter to present to the dealership if I needed it.Great experience and I hope to never need his services again but IF I do I know where I will be taking my vehicle for repairs.

Scott and Bianca were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the repair process. They did a fantastic job on my car and then washed it and cleaned the inside as well before returning it to me. Great work and great people at G & G.

Quote was $600 cheaper than Caliber and the service was great. Fast on the repair too.These people were awesome. They stayed late to give me a quote for replacing my Mirror on my truck. They ordered the part And put it in for the exact price They said it would be. I hope I don't have to go back there but if I do I will be using their service.

3rd time Scott has repaired body damage for me. 1st was a Ford which hit a deer, 2nd a Lexus with hail damage, and this time a Porsche needing a bumper repaired. Always been a 5 star experience! He s a hard worker and honest as the day is long.

This shop has excellent customer service with excellent communication. My email communication are often answered within about an hour, while Alfred kept me updated on the progress of the repair. In addition, Scott the owner also spent time talking with me and getting my feedback, both during and after the repair was completed. The shop has no fancy reception area but was kept very clean with hard copies of many of their previous customers' positive feedback, including handwritten letters going back for more than a decade. I could not been more happier with both the quality of work and personalized service from G & G Autobody.

I came in a few weeks ago to get my bumper repaired and they gave me a lot of quotes/options to work with me. Alfred was upfront and honest about trying to get it repaired with most affordable option and they did a great job on fixing it. They were very transparent throughout the process by calling to give me updates and sending pictures of what they had done. I would highly recommend coming here!

Great job! Thank you. Had to wait a couple of weeks to start repairs and took less than 2 weeks to finish. They matched the color perfectly! Everyone i had contact with was super nice and accomodating. Definitely would go there again...hope i don't need to though lol

They have fixed a few fender benders for my family. Currently I am on their schedule for 1-3-2022 to repair my new car someone hit while parked in a parking lot. It's minor work wise. They have been extremely busy since the April hail storm that totaled my last car. Their work is worth the wait.

This shop tacked $350 onto my bill which was NOT listed on the estimate and was NOT verbally approved by me. I ended up spending over $500 to repair a mirror and the mirror is STILL NOT REPLACED. No NOT use these people. They are underhanded and do NOT give accurate estimates. I would have been better off having a 12-year old repair my car.

Our car's door was having some issues and we brought it to the dealership first since we just moved to TX (we thought it wasn't anything serious). The dealership gave us a ridiculous estimate after the diagnosis, so we decided to look elsewhere. I called multiple places and GG Autobody gave me the best quote. Our car was fixed on the same day and we paid even less than the quote they gave us over the phone (turned out we didn't need to replaced all the parts that the dealership told us to). Anyway, we were very satisfied with the service from GG. They're honest and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!

Went in to get a quote for my car and Scott immediately greeted me before I even walked in. He checked my car out and gave me a quote in minutes! He was very friendly and understanding. They honestly do take pride in what they do and care for their customers needs! Highly recommend!

I have to say that Scott and his office staff were so very helpful when my car got hail damaged. They even helped by calling the car rental to get me a rental while my car was in the shop. One less thing to worry about. Thank you so much Scott. I highly recommend them.

When it comes to Auto Places, you really need to be able to trust someone. They could tell you anything and you almost wouldn't know if they were honest. I can tell you, this place is honest, fair, upfront. But they even go further and care about the relationship you have between them. Communication and everything that makes you feel like they have passion for the work they do and they make you feel that way too or I wouldn't be here writing this review. Thanks G&G Autobody team.

Second time visiting G&G (two different cars) and couldn't be happier! Affordable body shop (also very quick and accurate estimate), very VERY quick turnaround, car was done when promised, and every single employee is out of their way friendly. My car looks like new!

Very pleased with the services provided by G&G! The owner takes a lot of pride in his work and it really shows. We just picked up my Acura and it looks beautiful inside and out. The shop was in constant communication with us through the repair process. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend G&G!
