Scheduled an appointment to have a screw removed from one of my tires. Made an appointment expecting to get in when scheduled. Arrived about 10 minutes early and was told it was going to take 3-4 hours. What was the point of the appointment???They did get to the car just over an hour later. Once they pulled the car into the shop an additional hour passed until the work was done. I have had the same issues with this Firestone in the past.So what should have taken at most 30 minutes took over two hours. I say 30 minutes because that is how long other tire shops have done the same work in the past without an appointment.The quality of work they do is good. But this kind of customer service will prevent me from ever returning.

Every time I go there everyone is very nice and helpful. I've never felt like I'm being taken advantage of or being pushed into getting something done that I don't need.They are great at communicating what's going on throughout the process, which I really appreciate!I've never had a single issue in the 5 years I've been taking my cars to them

Customer service was not great, seemed disorganized, and the service itself took much longer than they said they would for a tire change. My service was scheduled for 11AM (just changing one tire). When I got to the store I was told it would take 2 hours to complete and they would call me when they were done, which was fine with me but seemed strange considering it was only one tire being changed. I came back a little over 2 hours later and they were not working on my car yet, it was still in the parking lot. One of the employees had stated that there must have been some mistake and he "didn't know who the picked up the ticket". He apologized and said it would be serviced soon but he can't give us an ETA just that it "would be done for sure before the end of the day".2 additional hours went by and I came back to the store again and saw they were finally working on my car! They had it out the garage 15 min later. The mechanic handed the service person my key, but I waited 10 min until I was called, however the service person at the front desk did not call me, like they said they would. And I had to approach him to give back my key. I waited for the man to be free because he was intently looking at the computer screen and typing fast, he looked at me strange and said "can I help you or are you just going to stand there?" I said no I just want my key because nobody called for me but I saw the technician give you the key. I paid the $50 and left even though it should have been less expensive due to the long wait and the fact that I just got the tires from them a few months prior.

The staff are all nice and accommodating. I came into the shop closer to the end of the day and the gentleman who assisted me made sure that he had a Tech on staff that would be able to perform my requested State inspection and oil change. I am very much appreciative of the assistance and services provided.

Lazy and incompetent shop. I made an appointment and dropped my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee off for an alignment after installing new suspension. I was told it would be 4 hours or more so I ended up having to get a ride home, they didn't bother to look at the vehicle or voice any concerns when I asked for service, so I guess there is no point in making appointments with them.A few hours later they called me and said they refused to do an alignment stating that suspension parts were broken and hitting the control arm...which is physically impossible since the control arms are inboard of the unibody frame and the spring is outboard. The suspension is brand new and there are no witness marks on any of the components indicating interference, including the knuckle, sway bar links, shocks, etc.They didn't even offer to replace the "defective" parts, attempt an alignment, or quote repair costs, they just told me to go somewhere else. I came back to pick up the vehicle and noticed that it was in the same exact spot and doesn't even appear to have been moved. I doubt they even wanted to bother with the job and just made up random excuses.All they had to do was check the alignment and adjust the drag link to straighten the steering wheel and this was too much to ask!? They simply don't want the work unless it's an easy oil change. Don't bother with this "shop".

Do not go to this location! I took my car foran oil change today 4/4/23, after my service they parked my car in a no parking zone and my car ended up getting hit in their parking lot. I called to ask if they had cameras outside so I could see who hit my car and ended up just arguing with whomever answered the phone. He yelled at me telling me that it was not his problem and not his issue that once the work is complete the cars are no longer their problem. We did nothing but yell back and forth yet he could not answer me as to if they have camera s because he was too fixated on letting me know that it was not their issue. If you have a sign on your door that says I HAVE to drop my car off and can not wait for it then you are definitely responsible for my car and if you park it in a no parking zone it is again most definitely YOUR problem!Service: Oil change

Do not trust them. I had a flat tire and took it to them for service. following are the issues i saw1. their customer service was not informative and acted as if they did not care2. They did not even inspect the tire to find the leak and gave me a call 15 minutes before closing. Their response was the tire is beyond repair and wanted me to buy new tires3. when i informed that i dont intend to buy the tires from them because i was not told where the puncher on the tires were, their attitude immediately changed and their customer service went from bad to very bad.I took the tire to Costco and they identified the problem and repaired it in 30 minutes

No wonder why I see this 3* rating for this trashy shed. Literally wasting your time going to this store location.I have a Tesla model 3, booked a brake inspection and then went to store. Waited for 15min in line to get in touch with the rep, he directly said they don t do Tesla inspections since they don t get parts but online it shows they do inspection at least. I told him, I need just inspection, he wasn t happy to take my car at all and finally he said ok and added all my details to take car and asked me to drop off for 5hrs I said ok then after few mins he came to me and said, his manager is not accepted to take Tesla car. What a rubbish behavior.Definitely not recommend.

If you love over priced and wasting time this is the place for you! Took hours to patch a tire. That s all I needed didn t ask for anything else but they recommended a new battery and air filter? Lol. I ll never go back to a Firestone.

My recent experience. 12/17/23 thru 01/06/241. I initially called and brought in my Ford 1990 SD for a power steering pump, pully and reservoir replacement. I paid $603.142. Drove it home, parked it overnight. The next morning it had a puddle (12" circumference) of power steering fluid under the truck. I took it back.3. This time they charged me $894.51 for additional service and parts concerning the power steering, a radiator hose/coolant and an engine idling problem. I picked the truck up and drove it home.I went out of town for 2 days with the truck parked at the house.4. Returned home to find power steering fluid leaking out again and truck idling rough. I took it back.5. A day later I went to check on the truck and management presented me with a "recommended service bill" of $2494.25I just left and began contacting Firestone upper management.6. Basically what I experienced at this service center was:(a) Inadequate inspection of the truck and proper evaluation of the full power steering issue.(b) I was sent back out on the road in an improperly repaired and unsafe vehicle.(c) I was being "bled" for more money due to Firestone's management or technician incompetence.(d) Also I must note that items such as plugs, plug wires, distributer cap & rotor were recommended to be replaced by Firestone. (Strange ... I just had all those REPLACED by AAMCO).(e) Also, on 12/02/23 I changed my engine oil & filter and for some unknown reason, Firestone removed and replaced my oil filter (and charged me for it - $8.99). I didn't ask for that to be done. Why do you change the oil filter and not the oil? Is that Firestone policy??? I'm going to get to the bottom of that.(By the way, I could not post this review unless I gave them one star).BOTTOM LINE ... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Went in for a tire repair. I made an appointment online; it took them about an hour to fix my tire and then I was out the door. Great service, and great people.

My tires were at the end of their life and I wasn't sure i'd make it back to Houston so I googled this firestone. When I arrived Laron at the front counter told me they get a lot of out of towners and that he would try to get me serviced asap. He was very friendly and helpful and suggested that my tires be installed first before aligning them. Firestone did not have my original Toyota tires in stock so he sold me a lesser brand that I was familiar with. I got my new tires, alignment and balancing done within an hour an 30 mins and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you !!

Don t come here unless you are okay with dropping off your car 1-2 days. I ve tried getting a oil change and inspection here in multiple occasions now and every time is the same wait time we will try to finish by the end of the day . Additionally, one time I even came here before they opened in the morning and they had around 17 cars left over from the previous day.If you drive 15 mins north to another firestone around round rock, they will take you in with only 1-2 hours of wait time.

I left my car in this "auto care" for an oil change and a general checkup. When I picked it up, I realized that the plastic engine cover was loose and cracked in one of its corners. Robert (who seemed to be in charge) asks me why I checked my car,like why did I notice it??. In a few words, he told me that I was lying... I check my car before and after each service because I know that these things can happen... In the end, Robert washed his hands and said that it wasn't them...They were not responsible for what they did!!You guys lost a customer today and I won't recommend this place

Horrible service!Went there for a State inspection and after parking for several minutes in front of the inspection bay, and having several shop employees in front of me, nobody came to tell me if I needed to park and go inside or what.When I went inside, I stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to sign me in for the service. Nothing happened. A shop guy came in and saw me sitting there and didn't ask "have you been helped" or nothing,when I said to him that I had been there for about 17 minutes (7-9 minutes with him in front of me at the computer) and noone had helped me, he responded with very bad attitude "I have been here this whole time and you didn't say nothing". So I just left instead. I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL, go to Valvoline Oil Change in the same shopping area, where they treat you right and are very welcoming while you are in your car.

John and Shawn are great. I curbed a wheel they both told me the wheel looked worse then it was. Dropped off the wheel, and within an hour, they had fixed and installed a new tire. Great customer service. They both are very good at what they do. This is the only place where I will take my car for repairs.

I experienced an unfortunate tire blowout on the nearby toll road. It was 100+ out that day and I simply called the store to verify that they could get the unique, matching tire size in. They said that they could call it in from another store for delivery the following day. Even with the loud road noise, they were patient and helped verify that they could get everything needed for the tire replacement. We had the vehicle towed to their store and left the vehicle overnight.They (Leron I believe) let us know that they would likely get to the replacement some time the next day. He ended up calling us first thing the following morning to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. Great service especially when you are in a bind. Thank you!Service: Tires

I brought my car Saturday morning and they told me that they will not be able to complete both diagnostic and brake repair. "Bring it tomorrow 9am and we will get it done" they said. I asked repeatedly, "can you guarantee both done by end of the day?" and they said yes. They took the car in Sunday morning and somehow the ticket got delayed from the key. The key & ticket were magically found end of the day close to 5pm. They did not bother calling me or even complete the diagnostics at least. If you're too backed up, why take in more appointments that get neglected or misplaced off the work list? Just communicate to customers. Most people don't bringing their car a different day rather wasting their entire weekend with nothing attempted. Plus losing key & ticket is unforgivable because the main business of car repair can't even start if you can't even properly check-in customers. I'll be taking my car to a different auto repair service.

A horrible experience at this location I wish I had read reviews before we took it for alignment went Saturday 9/2/23 .all I needed was alignment. When we got the vehicle back my valve stem is broken my battery is surging power my alignment is still off . My brake pedal is tight .I just feel like it's a big old mess I will never go back to this location. We paid for lifetime alignment to but not satisfied at all

if i could leave a zero i would very unprofessional location, i scheduled a full vehicle inspection for 10 am dropped my vehicle off and was given no calls for the status of my vehicle i called around 3pm and the employees said my vehicle was up next so I gave it an hour when i arrived at firestone they said it has been hanging up next for 3 hrs..when asked what was the point of making an appointment all i got was cars came in with more issues than expected poor communicate on firestone s behalf.DO NOT RECOMMEND coming to this location it is understaffed with poor customers service.Thank you firestone for WASTING my time.. HORRIBLE! To start off Laron was the worst he looked at me and spoke to me like I was stupid. When I picked up my truck ge did not inform me of anything else regarding service. Had me pay and sign and gave me some paper. Well I drove down a bit i started hearing a clicking noise under the truck. By the time I tried to call they had closed. (I picked up my truck less than 10 min before closing on Sunday) but the time i got on the highway it was worse. It sounded like I had chains dragging under. Well also my tire air sensors were placed incorrectly. I have been trying to call since they opened at 7am and no answer at all! I have a feeling they messed something up and tried to avoid it and didn t inform me.

I always go to this location for all my tire maintenance needs. I have the lifetime balance rotate and lifetime alignment, i've been to other locations that are closer to me but have had issues. Robert and team are always friendly and welcoming, and they are honest about wait times. They always ensure they get the job done right.

This store has been off and on in giving good service and bad service. I normally take the good with the bad but in this last time it was just horrible. If it takes you 3 hours to plug a tire there is something definitely wrong. This was by far the simplest of issues just seems like this place is there.Service: TiresService: Tires

I talked to a guy at the Hutto store and he was honest with me about some repairs and the costs involved compared to another garage that had overcharged me for repairs. He spent a good 20 minutes just talking to me over the phone. Super nice guy!

Misdiagnosed the car claiming it had a leak in the housing which had just been replace. Then charged for work that had already been done. By the time we got home, the car was leaking coolant as if it had never been touched. The part they claimed was leaking was not cracked. Then, the overcharged on the estimate to fix the problem we had just paid them to fix claiming it was a gasket blown instead. The manager said the car repair was normally $6000 but they were going to refurbish the block. The estimate included everything tangential regardless of whether it needed to be replaced. Even $200 for misc parts.

My truck had the transmission fail on Mopac on a Sunday afternoon. With few shops open and knowing I just had my alignment done at this Firestone, I got it towed there to have them take a look. Early Monday morning I got a call from them validating what I thought the issue was (without them knowing). I was given different options to resolve my issue at different price points and with some basic timelines. While transmission failure is never cheap, I did appreciate the different options. I decided on an option and was delivered my vehicle within the time frame and cost expected. It difficult to find honest dialogue when it comes to vehicle care but I do appreciate the folks at this store even when it comes to difficult repairs.Service: Transmission repair
