We have been taking our cars there for the past seven years and the guys there have been the best bunch of guys that we could have taken our cars to. They clearly explain things in an honest way that makes sense. Best thing of all . There s a guy there that always reminds us when we were here that we re family. I will never have my family or business take their cars anywhere else.

I've been here a few times now, and I am officially switching to Express Oil Change for all of my routine maintenance and inspections.I had been a regular with another place for a long time, but lately I've had to schedule two, three days in advance - and it's still a drop off (which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling).At Express, I have been able to pull into a bay within 20 minutes of arrival each time. Yesterday Danny provided my oil change and he was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Glad I have found a spot right here in Pflugerville to take my car.

Drove up after 5pm and asked if they had time for an oil change, they were all very welcoming and had great customer service. I've gone here for the past 3 years and have always had a positive experience. Austin specifically changed my oil as well as took the time to adjust a hose for me. He went above and beyond and it is so greatly appreciated!!

I've been coming here for a few years, and the service is always great.Automotive technicians typically don't care to be distributed while working, but the young man was happy to answer questions.This place is great for quick inspections and oil changes. You can sit inside your vehicle while they change your oil or kick back in the lobby. They also have an overnight drop box for convenience.Plus, they have guest wifi!

This is my go to spot.Everyone here is kind and polite but i would like to highlight Hun.I drive Honda Pilot with 250k miles so it has many issues and every time i go i get lucky getting Hun and he is super knowledgable and actually care about his customer. He never pressure his customers, only recommendations.Super cool guy.

Compared to the previous oil change I had in this area, this place was a world of a difference. Excellent staff, attentive to detail, go above and beyond, and very quick service.Also the waiting area is super nice.Will be coming back for sure!

I have taken both of my cars to Express Oil Change in Pflugerville for several years and Danny is usually there to wait on us. They do a great job and you don't have to even get out of the car! Saw Danny again today and appreciated how thorough he was as I'm preparing for a cross country trip. A+ service always from Danny, highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for over 9 years. Charlie, the assistant manager, is by far THE BEST!!! He always explains exactly what is going on with my car. He has been kind and helpful to me since day one of having my drivers license. Great service for a state inspection, fast and courteous. The only complaint is they didn't reattach the car sensor after the analytics were run. My radio wouldn't shut off after the engine was shut off. I was on my way to the car radio shop when it hit my leg. Probably would have cost me but glad I found it first.

I really liked this place. Service was great and the staff was very friendly.Update: I went here with my son today to get an inspection and oil change. All staff were still very friendly and it was very very fast service. I still would highly recommend this place for State inspections and oil changes..

While the tech explained the issue, they didn't do the job right. I bought a battery at this chain less than a year back and had some oxidization issues as well as cold start issues. My Lexus dealer did clean it twice, but it was happening again. I was in Austin this month and took it to them to get it checked. First, they slapped me with a diagnostics fee for load testing the battery. I was fine with it, because you got to remove some plastic panels. On my way home noticed some rattles, and when I opened the hood found that they missed one of the clips and another clip was mismatched.EDIT Went to Napa auto parts, they didn't charge me $75 for load testing my battery as Tire Engineers did and told me my battery could be bad after explaining the issues I faced. The quote they gave me was also far more reasonable and they told me there is no installation or testing fee either.@NeilHere is why,- the panels were missing clips and loosely attached. I hope you saw the pictures. When I brought in the car, the covers were seated correctly and all the clips were in place.- while I was told about a diagnostic fee (at the very last minute), nobody quoted me the amount until I was about to be charged. If that's $75, I would have asked them to replace the battery. The battery that was being tested was about $150. It isn't worth testing given the issues I faced.- They are aware of the fact that the battery was purchased at a different location even before diagnostics but never disclosed they are independent until I inquired about the warranty, that was after I paid the bill.- I felt like the place is unorganized. I had an appointment and when I showed up, one of the technicians told me to pull into any of the open bays. When I explained the issue, he brought in another technician and told me I should have an appointment. I called your location on Tuesday and made the appointment over the phone. I had to explain the issue to three different people to get this sorted out with a mediocre outcome and two missing clips. During all three conversations, nobody told me about any of the fees or how each location is independent.let customers know how much it costs and that you are an independent franchisee before performing any service. If you miss a clip or two, just let the owner know about it. I appreciate and support small family businesses but please maintain customer service and the quality of work.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Charlie did a great job, funny and honest. I m usually weird about quick oil changes but this place changed my mind.I appreciate that they go above and beyond. I can tell they all take pride in their work.

Came in this morning for a quick oil change and Austin was so friendly and attentive. He also let us know that we had a leak and didn t pressure us; gave us an estimate and encouraged us to come back when able appreciate that kind of service and kindness.

Oil change was quick. The service on my AC was exactly correct. I had previously researched it. If you're hungry.. there's Arby's nearby. Overall, I would recommend them. 9 out of 10.

I always have good service here, but today but exceptionally good. Aidan was so patient and thorough when explaining all aspects of my oil change, he even showed me how to check the oil myself.

Always hitting it out of the park. Steven and Charlie were great! Always paying attention to the minor stuff. Even cleaned some dealership chalk markings off my windshield. Today, I visited Express Oil Change and was thoroughly impressed. Austin assisted me, showcasing outstanding professionalism and efficiency. The speed at which they work, paired with the high quality of service, was commendable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a swift and professional oil change!

I came in to get both my car and my husband's car an oil change and tire rotation. Austin, the service tech, was amazing. He was courteous and made conversation while I waited for the oil change in the car. He wasn't pushy with the upselling and even let me know of the deal for the tire rotation that day. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change/tire rotation. Thanks Austin!

Yesterday am tires were reading low. Steven made sure they had the right tire pressure. Car signaled the pressure was right and when I asked for 35psi he checked the car to verify what psi I should be at. For some reason car said 32psi but manual said 35. Thank you Steven for going above and beyond. See you soon for an oil change!!!!Service: Tires

Went here to have my brakes replaced and these guys were super professional and had my car fixed up and on the road in no time :-)Clean and they offer complimentary coffee. Definitely my go to shop from now on .

Bobby John and his crew did a fantastic job for me. I changed out a transmission speed sensor on my Mom's Ford Explorer. I screwed up the gear shift linkage in the process. Took the vehicle to these guys, expecting to pay $$$. Instead, they fixed it promptly and charged me nothing. This is not the first time that I have been VERY pleased with their honesty, integrity and professionalism. I will continue to visit their business. Thanks again!
