If our company truck's transmission had to fail, thank God it happened near Eagle Transmission. The most professional, courteous, honest and competent transmission shop (or any service center) I have dealt with. Michael is extremely patient and helpful. If you have a transmission issue anywhere near Pflugerville this is the ONLY shop I would call. I offer my highest recommendation.

Had my rear axle bearing replaced, Michael was excellent and helped through the whole process. Got my vehicle back sooner than expected and lower than the estimate. Great work and great guy! 5 stars. Thank y all

If you are looking for a transmission shop look no further. Eagle transmission will take great care of you and your vehicle. They even do differential work as well like if you wanted to throw an e locker and limited slip on your vehicle. I brought both of my vehicle here and Michael has taken great care of me and my vehicles. Michael is very knowledgeable and always provides great customer service! This shop is highly recommended!!

This is the sort of place where if you don't need their service, they will let you know. They have plenty of other people wanting to get in the door because of their good reputation. I took my 1998 Toyota 4runner in just to have it checked. It was not as quite and crisp as it once was. They let me know that it was not in danger of failing immediately and the cost to replace the transmission was not cost effective.

Tim took care of me. Was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. Also found another issue and took it upon themselves to fix it at no extra charge. Great shop. They do excellent quality work.

Great transmission shop, not so great lot and policies.The Good: Took my truck here with a slipping transmission installed by another shop that was under warranty. They worked with the other shop who provided a rebuilt transmission that Eagle installed for me. Mike was great to work with and helped every step of the way, from diagnosis to install and the unique asks along the way. The trans is holding strong and they did good work installing it, including working with my custom exhaust that gave them some trouble on disassembly. They worked to remedy a problem the previous shop caused (missing dowel pin that aligns the transmission to engine) and even showed me the inside of the failed transmission full of metal debris. They're knowledgeable and from my experience do quality work.The Bad: I left with a busted brake light when I picked the truck up. They parked it along the end of the building on a very tight corner and they believe a tow truck clipped my truck when going around the corner. They accepted responsibility on the spot and said they'd make it right, but when I provided them with the details of the taillights I had on my truck they reneged and offered me $49, the price of a non-oem, non-matching part from LKQ. They stated that damage on the lot was not their responsibility and I assumed the same risk I would parking it at the grocery store. I would think the shop would have lot insurance for this, or at least pay the $149 that the lights cost to replace since they parked it in a bad location and I brought it to them with in-tact brake lights.Probably won't use them again because of this, but they did do good work on the transmission.Service: Transmission

Love this PF business! They do great honest work; I had them change out my transmission fluid. The price for doing so was decent, about $200. I dropped my car off at the end of the day Friday and picked it up at the end of the day Monday (they don t work on the weekends). All the staff always answered my questions with respect and did not seem to treat me different since I am a young woman. See you all after another 25k miles or so!

Talk about family friendly neighbors!It s been over a month and my car is running smoother than she ever has before! Dan and Michael were very professional. I had a transmission swap done on my 2010 Ford fusion, which was their recommendation. I chose that over the cheaper alternative of rebuilding the current one because, rebuilds can end up being more costly in the long run.These guys even replaced the three engine\trans mounts with no extra labor costs. I just had to pay for parts.There was an issue with the main connector to the transmission, after the work was done, however Dan and Michael addressed the problem and fixed it right away. Dan even threw in a 5 year/unlimited mile warranty on the connector. I'm definitely recommending this place to all I know.After driving it for 300 miles I took it in for a free check up, that validates the warranty, and it was good to go. The car drives like new.

Went in believing that we had transmission issues based on another transmission repair shop. Only to find out we did not have a transmission issue but a timing chain issue. Eagle Transmission is efficient but also does have integrity. They are not there trying to make money by doing unwarranted repairs. Also their pricing was 60% less than the other company. Michael and his team do incredible work. Had had issues with a rebuilt transmission was in and out of other shops no one could figure out the issue. Michael was very good at explaining and diagnosing the issue with me over the phone. Picked up the vehicle today and everything runs so much better then when I brought it in. Could not recommend there work more. Technicians like this are staring to not be the norm very glad to have this quality still around. I don t say it often but, I actually trust this team.

I was very specific about the work that I wanted to have done, only replacing a torque converter and nothing else. Most shops would not do that unless they rebuilt the entire transmission for twice or maybe three times the price. Eagle was happy to replace just a torque converter, it took some time to get from the manufacturer, but runs and drives fantastic.

Great customer service. Finished well before the expected time. Everyone was friendly and patient to answer my questions. This is a great shop to go to if you need your transmission worked on or serviced!

Dan was very professional and was very honest about our transmission issue. He had ran our Vin # and realized that he had our vehicle in his shop 11 month prior. I love that there are still honesty companies still out there looking out for fellow patrons!Definitely recommend Eagle transmission!!

Absolutely THE best transmission shop in town and possibly the state. Extremely communicative and can explain things in simple terms. Very thorough! Worth every penny. Cannot say enough good things about this gem. Highly recommend.

Michael was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgable. My first transmission was not sealed correctly but they ordered me a new one and that one has been great. No problems at all and I don't have to buy another car at these ridiculous prices! They made sure that my car was fixed right. I would give more stars if I could. Very good and honest people. They told me exactly what was wrong, how much it would cost, and didn't try to sell me on anything. I ultimately declined the service because the car just isn't worth very much, but I'll definitely be back whenever I have transmission issues.

I am so extremely pleased with the Pecan Street location of Eagle Transmission in Pflugerville. As a single lady, I am always concerned with time, price and professionalism. After having my car for less than a day, Michael called to explain the issue with my transmission. He was patient with me, very knowledgeable, explained everything in layman s terms, and they even go over and above to locate a rebuilt transmission before installing a new one. Always busy, but well-managed and a the office runs very well so you re in and out. My transmission was installed, Jeep was ready within a day once they received shipment of the transmission itself. I will use Eagle Transmission Pecan Street for any future transmission needs because I know I can TRUST them.

It took awhile for my replacement transmission to arrive but that s just the way of the world right now. Once they got it in I had my car back the next day. Staff is extremely friendly. I ve talked to 2 other people who have gone to other places for a new transmission recently and their warranties don t even compare to Eagle s warranty. It s a crazy good warranty. I feel very confident about my new transmission and highly recommend them.Service: Transmission

I needed a transmission fluid change for my Honda Civic with a CVT transmission.Mike and his crew are great. Mike is very approachable. I think the team did a great job!Although Eagle Transmission (or at least this particular shop) do not do appointments for transmission fluid changes, Mike recommended a day to bring my car in. I rarely leave reviews but had to with these guys. They did an amazing job explaining everything. My vehicle is running like new after having them look at it. My transmission was having terrible issues ending up needing a rebuild. They were really cost effective and super easy to work with. They didn t rush the job and made sure it was done right the first time. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.Service: Transmission

Got my clutch ,CV axles and flywheel replaced in my Subaru wrx. I am very particular with my car. They met every need I had and very reasonably priced. Best transmission shop in Texas!

Mike and Dan are amazing my Kia had a bad transmission issue due to at first a recall on the original transmission, but due to some kind of error weather it be a tech mistake or a factory defect we have to get it worked on again. Mike and Dan we're extremely helpful walking us through what was going and talking to the original shop the "fixed" the car the first. Unfortunately Dan and Mike were not able to fix this due to warranty guidelines but I wish they could have they were an amazing group of guys to work with.

I had eagle transmission in pflugerville solve my 1999 silverado 4l60e transmission slipping problem. After talking with Michael it was determined best to replace my transmission that had 297,000 miles on it, with a remanufactured one. Their remanufactured transmissions are sent to a factory that evaluates various components including vaccum testing the valve body, and rebuilds it along with modifications to correct factory shortcomings of the 4l60e.After all was completed, my truck runs fantasticaly, shifts like a new transmission. They even repaired a few leaks while the transmission was out. I could not have asked for more. Time will tell but I anticipate that this transmission will last. Dan Pedroza is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and an ace at figuring out what's wrong your car, even if give him vague or incorrect information (you should probably try harder, but he didn't bat an eye). He goes out of his way to figure things out, even when he doesn't need to. I would highly recommend his shop if you're having a transmission problem or need advice.Service: Transmission

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and respect for this company. If you are looking for a quality and upstanding business who stands by their work, their customers and your safety; please look no further. I had one of the best experiences I ve ever had in regards to customer service. I brought my car in to replace my clutch, not only were they knowledgeable and friendly but they tried to source all avenues to find a lower cost to replace the part. Not only did they speak to me with great respect, they were patient with all my questions. After dropping my car off for repair, I received a call enlightening me to missing bolts on my brake caliper and the danger surrounding this negligence by my dealership. They repaired my car in two days, called me to keep me informed on the concerns and turn around. Once I got my car they sent me photos of the damage done from the missing bolts for me to have as evidence to bring to my dealership, along with taking a long call to answer more concerns I had and THEN offered to help me get my voice heard with the service department at my dealership. I WAS FLOORED! Not only does my car drive BETTER THAN EVER, they went above and beyond to ensure my safety on the road and help assist me beyond that. I have never felt in such great hands or had this full service customer service. Do yourself a favor and go see Dan and Michael at Eagle Transmission, they are a shop of explicit integrity and care. Excellent customer service! Dan and his crew at eagle transmission are the absolute best from start to finish. They helped me get my vehicle towed into the shop, performed a very quick diagnosis and estimate once it arrived and then began the process of getting the vehicle back on the road with a rebuilt transmission. Totally turn around time was very fast considering the transmission had to built and shipped and once the transmission arrived at the shop it was ready to go the next day. I highly recommend eagle transmission for great customer service and work done right at a reasonable price.
