I gave them my keys and went to the fast food place next door. They called me saying my car was ready before my food even came out. They have an amazing team at this location. First time using discount tires and won't be the last.

I m from out of town and came to help my aging brother purchase tires for his truck. Long story made short, this Discount Tire was amazing. Their service was excellent. Marvin and Cody were so helpful and very professional. This store was super clean too. Thank you!

My work rig kept losing air, i took it the nearest discount near me. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional.They recommend re-balancing all tires.Work was complete in a timely manner.Awesome work, team!

I recommend calling ahead, but you can also drop in. The guy I spoke to on the phone and in shop was super helpful and amazing and not only kept me in the loop and gave me options but also didn't try to screw me over and sell me either. He was straightforward and super friendly. I believe his name was Issac. Hopefully, I'm remembering that correctly. Be careful, though it's similar to a dealership in the sense that as soon as I walked in, some guy tried taking my business even though I specifically asked for the guy I spoke on the phone with. I'm not a fan of people like that, so I persisted. I'm glad I did.

Just got an new set of tires installed on my Audi Q5 at the 685 Discount Tire location. Terry was the salesman who originally helped me and was great at suggesting a replacement tire for a smooth ride and overall performance. It took right at an hour to install them. These guys are fast and very efficient. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment when getting tires done. Thanks again, Greg SlaterAlso the gentleman that helped me get it into service was great as well. Terry was busy taking care of some other customers.

They are very organized, efficient and pleasant to deal with. They provided excellent insight and valuable advice. By booking online, having a set of 4 tires put on, took less than 45 minutes, from the time I arrived. Additionally, their prices are excellent and it would be very difficult to find a better deal.

This location doesn't follow the company's standard of 1st come 1st serve. Got here roughly 15mins before they opened. There were about 5-6people ahead of me. It was a little cold so I waited in my truck a little longer thinking they know like every other location who got here in what order. They opened the doors and i went in, there were about 6people who stormed the line ahead of me. The guy asked if we were lined up in order and I said out loud "not even close". He laughed and said oh well and the line went in the order of who stormed the door 1st. When I should have been in the 1st wave of vehicles to get serviced, I ended up with a 2hr wait. I even articulated to the guy what happened and he couldn't have been less interested. Joke of a location and service. Absolutely not up the company standard I've always gotten at other locations.

Had a online appointment, which I highly recommend. Checked in was greeted and given tire options. Honestly was there from start to finish 20 minutes tops! Love the progress feature they give you through text. They ensured all what they have done in their end and sent me on my way! Great service!

Amazing staff! They re honest and efficient! Nothing beats a crew who is observant and takes care of every customer in the order they arrived and maintains a safe and orderly store! I absolutely love this location. I had my son in the car ended getting a flat. Manny super super amazing helped me out tremendously. I couldn t thank him enough for him helping me out in such a late notice. Yes it took awhile but I was truly grateful for a new tire on my car.

Discount tire has become anything but a discount. I went in for a balance and rotate. They claimed my tires were dry rotting. The problem is that they sold me the tires in the last 2 years. So, are they admittedly selling a bad product? When I told them that I found tires for my wife's car for much cheaper, he asked if they were told so that they could price match? Absolutely not, you get one chance to give me your best price.My recommendation is to shop small mom and pop tire stores. They have been less expensive and more professional than discount has been in the last few years.

These guys are really busy. Had to book an appointment four days in advance.Customer service is excellent. They have an SMS system which lets you know when your car is ready and free wifi as well.Will come back for sure !!!

Manager helped me when my new windshield wiper flew off on the highway. He didn t charge and made sure all wipers were firmly in place so I can have peace of mind. :)

The manager is so bad . They told me that I have warranty on the tires I bought from them but they are laying. I paid first the warranty but they saying it is not covered now. This is the third time Iam coming and still refusing doing them .

These guys were great. Got me in and out in less than an hour. Listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me, nor did they try to "include" extra expenses. Will go back and send friends there

I buy all my tires here and get the lifetime tire rotation and insurance certificates (I once thought they were a gimmick until I had a bolt sticking out of my sidewall - have a picture somewhere). PROS and CONS:PROS:Good prices and will price match. $15.00 per tire for lifetime balancing (don't have to buy tire there but would recommend purchasing tires here).Insurance certificates can be used at any Discount Tire in the USA, which is great if you travel as much as I do.Do a good job and are very professional.Accurate in their estimates on how long the service will take.CONS:Waits in the morning and evenings are long. My wait was estimated at about an hour and a half and I'm already at 1:20 but my car is in the bay.Once a certificate is used you have to buy a new one. It only covers that specific tire but still worth it in my opinion.I'd give them 5 stars but the wait time takes away the remaining star.I will continue to give them my business and use their products/services.

Discount tire across the board is always fantastic but especially so at this location. I've come with an issue with a rental. While I expected to be turned away due to it being a rental they happily fixed it and provided exceptional service.

Yesterday I want to pflugerville Discount tire to replace my rims ,but they made damage I paid for these rims 2950$ Specially I told him please be careful it was in the box brand new After removed they made damage to face and center and inside section I'm very sad ,I always going to here but they made damage totally ,if you are picky never go here because they aren't professional please check the pictures

Called the day before and set an appointment. Verified through my account with the rep I had the right tire size and the one missing tire will be shipped there today. Showed up the next day and was told I didn't have an appointment and I will be treated as a walk in. They did squeeze me in during my two hour window but the quality of the install was subpar at best. Instead of installing two new high pressure valve stems I had two new low pressure valve stems installed and two of the old high pressure stems were left in there from the previous install. When asked if I wanted black or white out I told them black and 65 lbs all around. I checked the pressure the next day and found 55 in the front and 75 in the rear as well as a rear hubcap about to fall off. Halfway out of town I noticed the weights had flown off the right rear tire and had to stop to rebalance the tire. I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for years but after this amount of incompetence I will find somewhere else to buy tires.

This shop, and particularly Thomas, really saved the day for us. I had a car full of women en route to a girls weekend in the Hill Country when we blew a tire. We confirmed DT had the tire in stock but waited hours for tow service. Thomas promised to take care of us even though we wouldn t be able to arrive until right at closing time. He was true to his word! His team fixed us up and we were on the way to our air bnb in 20 minutes. Amazing service!

Making an appointment here. Will be the fastest. They explain to you the best options. Getting warranty on the tires is the best option.

The employee Nick after trying to help me for about 30 minutes was not able to price match the tires for me. He said I can't sell you the tires and just order them online. Very disappointing experience and I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Place has excellent customer service. Nick and Marcello were very helpful in the office and Nick in the shop was super friendly as well. Got my tires in and out in less than 1 hour on a busy saturday
