I have trusted Beau and his staff at Dave s for over 4 years! They always provide the best service and the ease of scheduling appointments is such a godsend to me who works long hours and commutes too far. They have always been there when I ve had emergencies (radiator overheating, check engine light blaring) and resolved it more quickly than expected. Most importantly, they always work with me and never try to upsell - I so appreciate their honesty and attention to what I really need to be safe on the road. There s a reason they are so busy - and it s a good one!

I've been to Dave's a couple of times now. Both times were excellent experiences. Most recently, I had $4500 worth of needed repairs done on my car. The car came back running great! Also, it's worth mentioning that everyone I dealt with at Dave's, was very friendly and very professional. I drive a few older vehicles that are in need of repairs a couple times a year. Dave's will be my new "go to". Thank you to everyone at Dave's!

The team at Dave's Ultimate Automotive did a great job! They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issues i was having with my truck and did so at a very reasonable price point. I will definitely be using them for any future work.

Absolutely love love love the fellows at Dave s Ultimate in Pflugerville. I always have to arrange for a loaner and the boys there really take good care of me. Now that of course, is beside the fact that they maintain my car in tip-top condition. I drive an 2006 Honda CRV, and I really would like to keep it on the road as long as I can. And I know the folks at Dave s are going to help me do just that. I m crazy about them. And their service is superb. Reasonably priced and totally accommodating.UPDATE:And once again, I have to sing the praises of all those wonderful (and charming) guys at Dave's Automotive (Pflugerville location). I rely on these folks for all my automotive needs since I am now at a 'certain age' where I can't do even routine maintenance. These fellows keep my sweet 2006 Honda CRV in super condition.Very late Friday afternoon I discovered what I feared was a very slow leak in my tire. Even though it was late, I didn't want to wait the weekend, I called and this time spoke to Chris -- a new name for me since usually I am able to schedule ahead any routine maintenance and most often chat with Beau, a swell guy if there ever was one. Despite being close to closing on a Friday night, Chris still said "sure, bring it in -- we'll look at it" and I zipped up to their shop in P'ville. Sure enough, it was a nail in the tire and they fixed it for me ASAP, also checking over my other tires for any suspicious spots. Not only that, but I'd had an irritating problem with my glove box not being able to be closed. Chris walked right out there and discovered the problem and fixed it for me right on the spot.Now you all are probably saying -- despite the late hour, what's so unusual about that? Well . . . when it came time for me to dig in my purse to pay, Chris and the gentleman who was working the desk with him (whose name I did not note, but what a smile) told me there was no charge!!EVERY time I go to this place I walk away with a smile. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for DAVE's Automotive in Pflugerville and every one of the great 'boys' who work there! THANK YOU, Fellows!! Best mechanic shop I ve been to around. I am also a full time mechanic working many hours and don t have time to work on my own vehicles. I took my wife s care to Dave s, and they did all I asked of them and more. Incredibly satisfied and will not recommend any other shop.

Had an engine swap from these guys in my grandfather s 97 pickup I inherited. To say the truck means a lot to me would be an understatement, so that tells you I m not gonna trust just anyone with the work. While we wound up waiting for a few parts a little longer than expected, once everything was in, the Dave s crew moved super fast and gave me updates as often as they came. Anthony especially has excellent customer service/communication skills and while I prefer dealing with him just because he s who I ve dealt with almost every time, Chris is just as helpful every time I ve interacted with him and willing to please the customer. Can t say enough good about this shop and my truck drives like she just pulled off the lot, minus the suspension repairs/upgrades I still need to make. would give 20 stars if I could.

Dave's has always done a great job fixing any issues with all my vehicles. My wife and I do not go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Beau does a great job communicating the issues they find and goes the extra mile for his customers.

I've been going to Dave's over 6yrs now. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I wasn't able to get the inspection because of the engine light being on. I was asked to take it back and I'd have to leave it for 24-48 hrs. I explained my ride situation and I was told to figure it out and give them a call back. I live 3 blocks away from Dave's and a ride was not an option. I'm an elder and my situation is not easy. To make matters worse, I was charged $92 for an oil change that I usually pay $58 for! With discounts! When I questioned the cost I was told "Prices went up".Not ever going back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Someone at Dave's Automotive repaired my car key with no charge. I had been putting off paying the extra expense for a year, and Dave's repaired it while it was in for an emissions check, with no mention or charge. I've had the same experience on all previous visits to Dave's. This is the definition of care. I highly recommend Dave's Ultimate Automotive.

This place has been my main repair shop for over 5 years now. Everytime something needs to be done they give me a honest price and a good course of action. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about car repair. They are typically fast turn around and quick to identify the problem. I will keep going to them for all repairs until they close or I stop driving!

Every time I go, I can sense their integrity and desire to provide the best service! There s nothing worse than feeling like you re being lied to about your vehicle s needs and not once has any one of the staff made me feel that way.I ll always recommend Dave s; specifically, the Pecan Street location!

As owner of a Honda Civic and a Ford Fusion, I have patronized Dave's Ultimate Automotive in both Round Rock and Pflugerville. I am pleased with their very professional service. Their technicians are ASE certified, so they know what they're doing. They offer quality NAPA Parts as well. Dave's will call you in advance to explain what needs done and why they are doing any repairs, then you okay what's to be done. I got my car serviced today and took advantage of a special promotional discount. They offer a new customer discount, FYI. If you are seeking quality work and professionalism in getting your car serviced, I recommend Dave's. While they may not be dirt cheap, you get good work and accountability. I am very happy with the way. Everyone went out of their way to help me with my brake repairEven when they're was a problem with a defective part, they made sure it was fixed as soon as possible and made sure I had a loaner vehicle.I am very happy with Dave's automotive in Pflugerville

Car runs almost like it was brand new. Prior brake repair job resulted in squeaks that were diagnosed as being the result of faulty parts. They warrantied all the work and the transformation is amazing. And done within a day. My truck is old and with that comes the unexpected. I had one thing after another for 3 consecutive months. Each visit was unique and I ve learned to be patient. Now my truck drives better than it has in years. I still have some critical items to address but I have a plan after receiving a detailed report on what my vehicle needs; new seals, brakes, and control arms. The management at this location is great at following up with me regardless of who s on-site. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced for a major repair or even an oil change. I was able to finance my repairs using Synchrony Car Care, which was great because of the no interest financing option for one year. Pricing is fair and I appreciate the work they ve done.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs, Air conditioning

Got an oil change. Scheduling was quick and easy, service seems good but it was only my first time in. Price was fair and everyone was nice. Only reason they lost a star is from lack of parking. The lot is over filled and I had to park across the street. My main concern is my experience with crowded lots. It s a recipe for vehicle damage. Door dings, bumper rash, side swipes, objects stuck in tires, etc.. Human error will occur but it s always amplified by challenging conditions. I don t think they have another parking solution so that s unfortunate.

If I don't take my vehicle to the dealer, there is only one other place it goes to and that is Dave's in Pflugerville. Great staff, GREAT communication, and work done in a timely manner. Thank you!

For the price quote they gave me on a transmission fluid flush with a replacement transmission filter. I went to the dealer and got a transmission flush with a new transmission filter installed and a cooling flush for less than they quoted for one transmission flush. They stated they could reuse my old transmission filter.

tried to charge me $180 for an oil change.. went to valvoline and got it for $40 instead. guess they thought i was a dumb girl or something. they did however fill up my tires very fast and for free

All the work was fine and all but upon picking up my vehicle which was there for a few days/nights it was left unlocked This vehicle is a project car and had many parts in the back!
