Someone hit my rear bumper and left no note. I called State Farm to file the claim and they sent me to this Caliber Collision location. I was blown away by the customer service and the quality! This was the easiest process and I am so grateful to have a trustworthy repair facility I can rely on. If you re on the fence of where to get your vehicle fixed, trust me, this place is the best all around. They kept me informed every step of the way. I dropped my truck off at 8:00am and picked it back up the SAME day at 5:00pm. They even washed my truck. The manager Jeff was so professional and has a great team working with him. I was worried about them being able to match my pearl white color and the painter did an outstanding job! The body technician did an amazing job making the bumper line up even better than the day I bought the truck brand new. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot recommend this location enough. I got hit in the front of my car and had to take it in to get a repair. Tosha met with me and took her time to explain all the areas she expected to be in need of repair. She was personable, reassuring, and kind when I was still bummed about my car. She kept me informed throughout the process. Then, I got my car back a week earlier than quoted! What a great surprise!! Tosha again walked me through the work done and ensured I was 100% satisfied before I left. She was amazing and my car looks beautiful! I will be back if I ever have need again because Tosha and her awesome team of body work/mechanics were the best!! Not to mention, they are located right next to an Enterprise so I was able to easily get/return a rental car. So smart and the entire process was painless! Highly recommend!!

I was rear-ended and brought my car to Caliber Collision in Pflugerville for repair. I'm very satisfied with the work they did. The trunk lid operates perfectly, all the lines are straight, and even in bright sunlight, the new paint perfectly matches the original. Also, I was kept up-to-date via text messages on a regular basis. If I ever need body work done in the future, I'll contact Caliber Collision first off.

I went to this caliber on 2/22/24 to fix an issue with my bumper for my vehicle. Felicia was my service advisor and was excellent with assisting me. Her and her manager Jeff went above and beyond to get me service the day of! I was in and out within 15 minutes with my vehicle fixed. Thank you all !

I had a great experience, even though they were clearly busy with a full parking lot of cars. Tosha took the time to go over everything that needed to be done to fix my truck. She was very nice and professional! I can't wait to see how my truck looks after.

I had a best experience! Mark and Hannah made our visit and a car fix so easy and great!We have a new Kia Telluride and on a second day person hit us on the traffic light at the rear bumper. So for us it was a stressful to first of all find a good Collision center, but we are so happy we found this guys after a lot of research.Really appreciate they re work and effort! That s the way service supposed to be! well done guys!

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job and under the estimated time of completion. They kept me informed of the process and when I went to pick it up, it was raining badly, but the Tech walked me out with an umbrella for me to take to a look while he stood in the rain. Had an annoying accident and was frustrated about having to go through the process of fixing my car. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went at Caliber and how at ease I felt bringing my car in. Tasha was amazing and I loved her weekly updates, I felt very secure knowing my car was in good hands!

The whole team at the Caliber Collision in Pflugerville is great! You can tell they care a lot about the quality of mechanical/technical and customer service they provide. Their entire process from receiving the vehicles, to updates and then the pick up was seamless. I had the pleasure to interact with their tech Mason, who was very kind and transparent of the work that they'll do. I also had the opportunity to meet the location manager Jeff, who was warm and also very reassuring on timelines and quality of work. I got my car back spotless. I was involved in an accident and needed my car repaired. The insurance covering the accident advised this would be the location to handle the repairs. I walked in and filled out minimal paperwork, they walked me bumper to bumper marking areas where repair was needed. At this time I asked them if I could pay out of pocket for a ding in my passenger door that was not related to the accident, since my car would already be in the shop. They agreed that would be no problem. I then gave them the keys and headed out. I received text messages on the progress of my repairs. They also quoted me a price for the ding repair and I agreed to the repair. My car was ready before the scheduled day of completion. The work looked good, the service was great, and there were no issues with the split billing.

This was my first accident and I was very upset. Mason explained what needed to be done, kept me informed through the entire process and made sure I was please with the services. I appreciated the feel of personal attention oppose to being just another wrecked vehicle. The staff was very professional and very friendly. I would like to thank Tosha on a job well done. I took my car in on the September 25th, she looked over my car and she had advised me what had to come off in order to get to to the damage parts on my car, she also kept me updated from when I dropped off and when I was able to pick up my car. I would recommend everybody to go to the Pflugerville location and ask for her. When I picked up my car. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed.

What an GREAT experience I had here. I brought my car after a minor accident. Keith was my Calliber contact throughout the process and he updated me during the entire process.I always thought dealing with car stuff would be a pain in the butt but having a great insurance and picking the perfect car shop definitely makes a difference.Keith, thank you SO much for taking care of my car.
