Katie and her team are phenomenal! They provided quality customer service and went above and beyond in helping me with both my state inspection as well as an oil change. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future if/when more serious issues arise. The staff here are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. A++ service!

I went to Brakes Plus because my car was making a squeaking noice they let me know it was a quick fix, and wasn t my brakes. They found another issue but gave me a great estimate and let me know that it wasn t urgent but something I d like to get taken care of in the near future. Overall they didn t up-charge me, made sure I understood what I needed to get done and answered all my questions.Great place and I plan to be back soon and would recommend this shop to friends/ family.

Took my truck for service at 8 am on Saturday and was the second customer in line that morning. After finishing with what needed to be done on my truck I walked home about 1.5 miles away. Being 65 I thought the exercise won t hurt any. After waiting at home for 4 hours I get a call on a couple of things that may be needed. I told them to go ahead with the repairs. My wife reminded me it was 4:45 and maybe I needed to start walking because they close at 5pm.I started walking and called speaking to the service manager who put me on hold, while on hold I got a call from the same phone number. I told him I was on hold and he told me the truck was not repaired and they close at 5 pm. It was around 4:53 at that time and I needed my vehicle for work Monday since they are closed on Sunday. I told them I am walking and running as fast as I could and might be there at 5:03. His response was we close at 5 pm . Incensed, I made it at 4:49!After sitting at that place for 9 hours the only thing they did was change the oil. I asked them why didn t you call me to let me know so I could have come by earlier to pick it up. He just looked at me and said Sometimes we make mistakes . (My wife is recovering from surgery and was not able to drive me there.)I told him as I walked away from the entrance the front desk lady just giggled at me as I left steaming. I contacted corporate customer service - the only time I have ever done this in my life. This is the only post I have ever made negatively in my life and hope it s my last.

Great service and friendly people, Katie, my service advisor did her best to fix a problem she inherited from another service company. I appreciate the fact that she made my repair a priority. The service techs kept me informed of the whole process! They even gave me a lift home when they realized it was a long repair. Thank you so much Brake Plus!! Highly recommend Brake Plus for your automobile repairs!

I am absolutely blown away at how amazing everyone here is. After being given the run around for weeks and other companies trying to over charge me, I was referred to Brakes Plus by my boss. Right from the start, Katie was incredibly helpful. Not only did Brakes Plus go above and beyond with their service, but they are also very fair priced and even got me a ride to and from my house while my car was being serviced. I simply will not go anywhere else now and have been referring everyone to them. It's easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to cars, especially as a woman, so I truly and genuinely appreciate Katie and her team for taking care of me. They are honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. This is your sign to bring your vehicles to Brakes Plus

Respectful and thorough! Going in for an oil change, got my wheels rotated and an inspection for just an extra $10. They were respectful to everyone who walked through the door. Got a quote for a new part I needed and wasn t pressured to set up an appointment right away.As a young woman I get anxious about going to a new car repair. I didn t feel looked down or like they were trying to sell extra things I didn t need. Love their service!

My experience has been an exception one, with Katie & Co. working with me at every step of the way in our situation. The staff always had a casual demeanor, while being straight forward and professional on the work that needed to be accomplished. I will be seeing this location as my go-to spot for any future troubles I come across!

Katie, the GM, was awesome! I came in to price out a master cylinder replacement,based on a failed state inspection. She price shopped for me and when it came back with the most expensive (Honda dealership) price, she recommended I come in for a second opinion. It was slow at the time, so she took care of me right away and quickly reassessed my MC. Katie gave me the green light, redid my inspection and suggested I top off fluids and replace brake pads at my next oil change. The consultation saved me over $600! I will definitely return to Brakes Plus for future needs on either of my vehicles.

Awesome place with top notch techs!! Let me add when i went in there end of last week to get my oil changed and tires rotated the young man Kyeke if I m spelling it right ( young black man with some short dreads) think he was the service adviser, was the most helpful most polite man I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with wish this had 10 stars!! Will definitely be back!!

Came in for state inspections for 2 vehicles, service was friendly and quick. Observed interaction with other customers and saw that their explanation of service required and fees to customers was thorough, but not pushy in the least. Would recommend to anyone for servicing brakes and other maintenance!

It was time for my oil change, but I had a couple of last minute requests my headlight was out plus I needed air in my tires. Even though it was a busy Saturday, Katie always makes you feel like you re the only customer. Top notch mechanics and great customer service.

Great service and friendly people, Katie, was accommodating for me . I made an appointment for another service place came in early found out mechanic called in sick, so I was redirected to Brake Plus but when I there staff was not made aware as promised! Yet KATIE accommodated me and the price they quoted for the repair. she inherited a problem from another service company and was gracious about it! I appreciate the fact that she made my repair a priority. They even gave me a Lyft home and back when they realized it was a long repair. Thank you so much Brake Plus!! Highly recommend Brake Plus for your automobile repairs! They were also honest in their service in my car Greatly appreciated!!!

Katie and Chris are the dynamic duo! I recently was looking for an auto service center to look at my wife's Infiniti FX35 AC system. I called a lot of places, but Katie may me want to bring my vehicle just because of how she handled the inquiry call. I set an appointment and was greeted like I was royalty. They gave me the cost upfront and even inspected my squeaky brakes. I left with cold AC and silent brakes. They rock! I will be going back for my M45, so stay tuned...

I come here for all of my oil changes and have yet been given the something is wrong with your car every time we look at it. They have great customer service and the technicians know how to fix cars. For a piece of equipment that could end your life if it s not serviced properly. I will always put my cars in their hands.

Absolutely amazing shop. Had some insane car trouble and had to get my engine replaced. Katie is who we worked with directly and she is OUTSTANDING. She was helpful every step of the way and went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best deal for our new engine. Took the same car back for an oil change and check up several months later and they were super thorough and made sure we were in the jest possible shape to keep driving our problem child. We will forever keep coming back to this location for our car troubles and maintenance.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Great experience and awesome service. Shout out to Darian Germany who went above and beyond for me. Aside from applying a discount coupon to my total, he escorted me to my car with an umbrella to keep me dry from the pouring rain. That guy is freakin awesome all around. A true gentleman who is just friendly, polite, respectful, and just easy to work with. I m definitely coming back and strongly recommend this place to anyone needing work done. They ll take care of you.

Hannah and the team were fantastic. Took care of me and my car. Will be back again! Coffee, water, and muffins were provided the morning I came in, it was very sweet of them to offer while I waited for my car to get serviced.

First time going to this Brakes Plus location in Pflugerville on 685 and it was great! I went in for an inspection. Very short wait, extremely friendly, organized and strategic thinking staff! Would recommend based on my experience.

Wow, what a find. I have been looking for a shop I can trust. This is it. What I found was fair pricing, actually great pricing, a great team of dedicated advisors and everything I thought had been lost in the auto repair and maintenance business. Service with a smile and respect for towards me and my vehicle. Transparent pricing and real honest recommendations for service. I could go on and on but you really must check it out for yourselves.Integrity at last from an industry that has been lost long ago.

X-cellent customer service, Brandon answered phones & made me feel comfortably invited to bring car in for checking brakes & alignment. Was met by Katie & she was very helpful as well as Johnny who did checkings...very helpful & informational on honest findings that helped me understand to trust seevicing.
