This body shop is absolutely busy, but that is solely based on the great work they do. Turn around time was less than two weeks. Customer Service was amazing. After I left with my truck, I lost power to my turbos. I called and Ruben said bring it back and we will take care of it. That was 30 minutes ago. They sent me next door (Shout out to Three Points) and now I m here and the problem has been identified and they are fixing it now. No experience at a mechanic is necessarily fun. But Ruben in the office never lied to me, and never promised me anything. He was straightforward and said he would do his best to have it done quickly. And on that he kept his word. Thanks for everything! If you have a bad experience here, might wanna look introspectively.

Best place to have your repair done. They care and that is rare, especially these days. They were able to fix the Escalade and were the only one to figure out the problem, not even the dealership knew what to do. Great job!!!

They're great. Had some bad luck and have brought a couple cars there a few times. They got my car back to me pretty quickly considering we had a bad hail storm and they were really busy. Highly recommend.

I had an accident and my whole Right front end needed repair. I've experienced with family vehicles a lot of problems lie in matching paint. Big Boys not only helped us get into a rental, but they handled everything to make sure we got what we needed. We got back our truck and it looked like it'd never been injured...lol Big Boys became my go to place for everything! Including removing my bumper to change my light bulb. Until they closed Slaughter. Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I used the south location once. Referred my niece to Pflugerville location. She has used the 2 times. I referred another family member and Ruben the office manager is very rude. Very unprofessional. Me and my family will be going elsewhere. We live south and went the extra mile because of the south location is closed. There are plenty of others body shops that we can choose from . Big boys I love you and appreciate ALL you did! The manager Ruben was awesome and made me feel welcome. Ruben AND his assistant Paige took care of me by keeping in touch regarding my insurance and how things were going, because I was a nervous wreck! NO pun I tended! My car looks beautiful! Thank you!

Big Boy Collision is awesome. The customer service was great from the initial phone call to dropping my car off and picking my car up. No details were left out and I was always informed of what was going on with no hesitation. Hopefully I do not need a body shop again any time soon but if I ever do I would definitely come back to Big Boy Collision. Thank you for the great service.

While I ended up not having work done on my car, I did talk to Reuben. He was very polite and professional in answering my questions. If his actions are any indicator of how this business is ran, I would only expect the highest level of service from this company.

Wow, it is my pleasure to be the first to write a review for Big Boys Collision North location, I have no experience with the original location but the staff and work done by Rueben and his employees at big boys north was exceptional. I was in a hit and run and although getting insurance to cover everything was a hassle these guys were not. Everyone was friendly and willing to go out of their way to get the job completed to my liking. I was given a ride to and from enterprise as well as to my apartment nearby (I'm sure they would do they same to anyone within a reasonable distance). He even offered to put me in a rental car for the day when the original repairs called for an additional look. I don't write reviews normally but i don't normally get service like this- if you like to deal with reasonable down to earth businessmen I think you have found your repair shop here in pflugerville... Almost forgot, when I pulled in to the shop my tire was grinding on my fender panel (pretty unsafe), the 3 other places further north wouldn't touch it. Rueben immediately assessed the issue and made it driveable to work for the day while I made arrangements with my insurance.

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy as a professional and someone in the industrial and construction industry for over 15 years, the customer service and follow-through was at the top for the worst I've ever expierenced! A couple examples; our truck went in with very expensive stereo equipment and came out with none and they refused to replace or even attempt to recover. The ac worked when it was dropped off, wouldnt blow cold what so ever when i picked it up...they just threw the spare in the back seat all dirty and nasty....

Had a great experience with big boys body shop. Fast,friendly. Reuben was very sweet. They even vaccumed my car and washed it. So sweet. I'll recommend them to the fullest. Thanks big boys.

Awsome services the best keeping you up to the progress.Wanted to attach pictures however I not tech savvy!My 2017 Silverado 2500 went under plastic surgery and came out looking as good or better then when it went in.Excellent job ya'll!!!! Promised money from a car got nothing in return but at least he stored it enough to get money for it at A-1 imports.. didn't even think to follow up and tell me he was going to change his mind about the offer disappointed.. is all but hey good luck..I can't not forgive you

Just had my first experience with an Auto Body Shop. I DO NOT recommend Big Boys Collision Center, Inc. on Slaughter in South Austin.Told me the car would be done on Tuesday, then Thursday then Friday Morning. I arrived on Friday Morning only to find out the car is still not ready. They can't seem to do what they can do.Oh, as an ironic side note. Sign inside the lobby says "Free Wi-Fi". I ask the receptionist what the WiFI Password is, she replies "We don't have Wi-Fi". Welp!Get it together people!
