The Audi dealership recommended Berli's for my Q5 accident repair, and I was beyond impressed with the clear communication, support in navigating insurance, and the final work on my car. Looked so brand new, like it just came off the showroom floor! And a huge thanks to my advisor, Adam, who was always taking the time out to walk me through quotes, timelines and insurance submissions. I always knew what was going on thanks to his proactive communication. And the whole team was great to work with.

Berli's is the only place we take our cars when damaged. Steve has helped us several times (and no we are not bad drivers). Though very busy he makes you feel like you are his only client. Steve is very knowledgeable and is very efficient in navigating the insurance company process. He keeps you informed every step of the way. We appreciate his work and the guys work in the body shop. Our cars always look like they are off the showroom floor when we pick them up. Very highly recommend.Janet Simpkins

If you ever need to repair your car please ask for Kent for your advisor. Someone damaged my car s paint job, it was a thin long scratch. He just helped me to buff out the paint transfer, and I didn't have to go through insurance or pay for the easy fix he did! I m beyond grateful for the kind gesture.This place is truly amazing and has the best interest for customers.

I recently bought a new to me, all original unicorn of a Vagon off BAT. Even though the condition was extremely clean, she had 80k miles and required some light work. There s only one place in Texas I know where to go for perfection when it comes to making your car look better than brand new, and it s Berli s.Over the years I have now bought four vehicles there, and the experience has been nothing short of perfect every single time.If you care about your car and want it in like new condition, Berli s is the only game in town.

I had a great experience here. I had a terrible passenger door dent with red paint from the person who hit my door at an H E B parking lot.I was able to call & secure an appointment over the phone to drop off mycar for repair. I worked with Orlando & the GM Chad. Both men were very helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions & did a thorough walk around of my vehicle & it s damage.I was given an estimated completion date and my car was ready several days sooner. I couldn t be happier with the work they performed and their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Berlis for any luxury car body shop needs.

I m very impressed with this business, I had my car painted five years, and Because of engine heat, super charger ect: had a little hood fade. I took it back them and they warranted at no cost. You can t find businesses nowadays that stands by their product. Fine body and paint did 100%. Thanks guys great job.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My first experience with Berli's was eight years ago. My wife was driving her brand new Lexus SUV when a deer jumped off the hill on city Park Road striking her a pillar and rolling down the entire side of her vehicle causing an assessed damage of $9,000. My insurance company wanted me to take the car to some shop I was not familiar with. Being as anal as I am with my vehicles I called Lexus to find out who they recommend as the best shop in town. They told me I would likely pay more out-of-pocket but if I wanted it to look brand new take it to Berli's. After a couple weeks the car came out literally better than new. They even matched the orange peel to that of the parts of the car that were not damaged.Since then Berli's has worked on a couple of my sports cars. There is no place else in town I would trust my car's with. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of getting to know the team there from the manager on down over the years with the work they have done. They treat their customers just as well as they will treat your car.

Berli's does awesome work, and if you need bodywork on a Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, or cherished high tech pet car, it's the only place in Texas a knowledgable car nerd takes their toy. Mine is a Nissan GT-R, and they did the following above and beyond:1. With an expensive high tech car the parts cost a lot more, but painting is painting, so Berli's makes a lot of money from the difference in wholesale and retail prices on parts. My insurance was scared to touch the car, so wrote a big cheque and walked, I of course took the car to Berli's anyway and paid cash. I got about 15% of the parts heavily discounted, and Joe Berli personally declined my offer to pay the margin on it as a fee.2. A lot of people get wrapped around the axle about the fact Berli's charge a little more for labour, but on a high end car it's less than 1% difference, it has a valid purpose in allowing them to hire the best people, and is irrelevant. Most insurance companies happily pay it and if it's not it's pocket change for an owner of a $100k car and more than worth it. Don't be penny wise and dollar foolish.3. Berli's rendition of their version of multi stage Super Silver is far superior to Nissan's .... Nissan hand assembles the GT-Rs at Tochigi, but the bodyshells are painted on the same mediocre line as the Maximas, Berli's asked my permission to paint the entire car and it took me 300 milliseconds to agree, having the whole car painted with love, care and pride by hand by a human whose job is making art with his work is far superior to a paint robot.If you have any car you really care about, even your deceased grandma's old Buick, taking it to Berli's is worth the trip even if you have to pay that tiny $100 out of pocket. You will not be disappointed.Their service writers are similarly awesome to work with, they work with email with rapid and thorough responses, and are just as excellent as the shop folks. Ask for Scott is available, he is my guy.

Brought my Ghost in for paint related service and my service advisor Steve Zamarripa and also Kristi both provided me with an extraordinarily high level of customer service. Quality of workmanship was outstanding and their rates are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Berli's Body & Fine Auto Finishes to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Kent after my car was rear ended. He handled all communication with the insurance adjuster, and made sure the job was done properly. Fantastic workmanship, the car looks brand new.

I brought my BMW to Berli's after a car side-swiped me. Michael was my advisor and he did such a great job taking care of me. Michael and Berli's know customer service and quality. I had heard they were the best body shop in Austin and they are nothing short of that. I would definitely recommend Berli's for your next auto body needs.

Scott at Berli s was fantastic to work with. Always kept me in the loop on what was going on and when I got my car back it was perfect and fixed right! Wonderful shop, wonderful experience and would recommend them 100%.

Poor workmanship, slow turnaround and lack of attention to details. Berli's kept my car for more than 6 weeks to repair damages to the quarter panel, bumper and suspension. The exterior looked ok from a few feet away when I first picked it up, but once I started inspecting closely I noticed multiple scratches, oversprays and paint damages all over the places that they touched. And the steering wheel was crooked. After taking the car back TWICE, they were able to address most of the problems, but a few still remain and at this point I just don't have any confidence that they will be able to fix it without causing additional problem.

I came in with a scratch on the door of my car. Mark took a look at my car and told me they could try to buff out the scratch and if that didn't work I would have the option to repaint the entire door. Emerson worked on my car. He did a fantastic job making the scratch disappear and I was really surprised I didn't have to go with the repainting option. Door looks good as new! Clearly the people who work here are truly experts at their craft. I really appreciated how honest and pragmatic they were - they didn't immediately push the most expensive option. It felt like they were working on their own car. A+ service, they definitely live up to their reputation.

My Lotus Evora was bumped into at a stop light unfortunately... I called the Lotus Dealer and a few other shops and they all highly recommended taking it to Berli's. I worked with Steve at Berli's who made the entire process very easy and provided excellent communication/pics along the way.They were able to get the correct Lotus parts ordered, painted, installed and then had the completed repair verified by Lotus.We did have one minor issue with the car at the shop but Berlii's did not hesitate to do the right thing to get it resolved, now the car truly looks better than new!I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do I would not hesitate to go with Berli's. I could not believe how impressively clean their shop was as well, wow!Note: There wasn't a ton of room to get a car off/on a trailer. If you have a large trailer then you will want to call ahead/coordinate with Berli's for sure.

I don't leave many reviews but Berli's truly deserves it! After getting into an accident with my new car, I was referred to Berli's by not only Mercedes of Georgetown but also the towing company that picked up my car. I was told they specialize in luxury vehicles but more importantly are very detailed in making sure the repairs are done properly.I was absolutely impressed with everyone I interacted with from the reception staff (Kate), to the tech staff (Orlando) that worked on my vehicle and kept me more up to date than my insurance field agent, and the GM (Chad) who personally delivered my vehicle to me since I had ran out of rental days. The professionalism and friendliness of Berli's staff is incredible! The amount of time and effort they spent working on my vehicle to diagnose everything in order to get all of the repairs made correctly is above anything I've ever seen. I'll always recommend Berli's after having such pleasant interactions with them every single time! Thank you all!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I stopped in to get a quick estimate on a small crease and scratch I put on my truck's rear quarter panel. As I was opening the front door, I noticed the sign stated that estimates were by appointment. I didn't have an appointment, but that was no problem for them. After determining what make and model I was driving, Chad politely told me that they only accepted work on vehicles in which they are certified. He was happy to give me an estimate, however. He not only gave me an estimate, but advised me on an alternate plan that would save me a great deal on the body work. They stood to make no money from me, but still provided polite, friendly, and very helpful advice along with a referral to a trusted shop. If I'm ever driving a Mercedes or a Beemer, I know where to go for body work. :)

They offered me an appointment IN FEBUARY 2024! Then asked if I could bring it for a pre-appt. in January to see if they can get all the parts? HUH? Too much business not enough certified techs. I'll go somewhere else.

Michael was awesome to work with on the repairs to my Bimmer. Super friendly and easy to work with and kept me updated the whole time navigating a tricky situation with the insurance company. The quality of the work is outstanding. It might take a bit longer to get your car repaired vs. some other shops, but the quality and the customer service are well worth it. I will continue to bring my car here and will happily refer people I know to them. Thanks to the entire team at Berli's!

My review of Berli's may be so effusively complementary, one might think Mr. Berli wrote it. Truth is, Berli's has been the go-to body shop for my family and some of my friends for years so my experiences with this business are varied and anecdotal. I have a 21 year old collectible BMW that Berli's has renewed and made like new. My new Tesla Model 3 Dual Motor was recently rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. I just dropped it off with Michael Tran and will promptly forget about it until it is ready for me to pick up. Michael makes that possible because of his incredible attention to detail and excellent customer service. I know that it will truly be as though "it never happened". That is not entirely true because in the past when they have delivered my repaired vehicle, it has been completely detailed. Michael and the entire Berli's staff look for ways to go above and beyond. They always impress. I cannot imagine a better place to bring your pride and joy!

Berli s was great, not only for the outstanding work they did to fix up my car, but how they dealt with the insurance company. They played fair but were stern regarding fixing it to their standards especially with alloy wheels.It did take some time compared to the minor damage, but they made it actually look better than before. The wheel looks brand new, the bumper is as good as new.Lastly, Orlando was excellent at all communication and always kept me in the loop even before the insurance adjuster. I will ask for him if I ever need to go back.

Michael Tran did an excellent job ensuring my Tesla Model 3 repair, was conducted in an outstanding manner. Michael communicated with me during the repair, and send me updates including pictures during the repair process. Michael worked with the insurance company to ensure all repairs were covered. I recently had my sports vehicle repaired at Berli s and it was my second time working with them. I had a major accident in 2018 and the most recent accident was minor. Both times they were very professional and advocated for OEM parts for repairs. They ensure proper repairs for the vehicle and not what s going to save the insurance company money. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I will continue coming to Berli s for any repairs and refer friends in the Austin area!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

First Class all around.....I recently had the unfortunate experience of someone backing in to my vehicle. Upon realizing there was only one certified Land Rover repair facility in the Houston area with not so good reviews, I looked for the next closest certified repair facility which was Berli's located just outside of Austin. With the distance, it was a bit of an effort to arrange drop off and pick up, but it was well worth the effort. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and the repairs were flawless. The paint, fit everything was perfect. I can not tell that there was ever any damage to my vehicle. Kudos to the Service Advisor Corey and his team for a job well done. Highly recommended!

They worked on my 2019 Maserati with a very difficult color! Long story short...I couldn t dream of a better result! I highly recommend them!Steve was very upfront, set the expectations right, professional, helpful, and understanding.I m beyond happy with the work they did on my car! Berli's is amazing!! Was in an accident days after Thanksgiving. My associate Michael T. took great care of me, he gave me specific details of the process, answered all my questions and assured me no after market parts would be used. I got my car back a few days after Christmas and it was detailed like brand new, they even vacuumed my trunk . No after market parts, quality customer service, and my car is like brand new!! Would recommend!

I love my truck so when a deer hit the side of it at full speed I was not happy. $8500 in damage. I called Austin Ferrari and asked for the best auto body company in town and they sent me to Berli's. They restored my truck to original and the quality of repair, paint and attention to detail did exceed my expectations. I was assigned to Michael Tran who kept me updated and executed upon my requests and concerns. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Berli's has always taken excellent care of us! Mike Tran treats us like family. They never cut corners, and when our cars come back to us, they are as good as new! I highly recommend them when you need body work done!Adding to my review two years later...yet again Mike Tran takes great care of my family. To us, there is no other body shop!
