Wonderful and knowledgable people. Have worked on several vehicles of ours even though they usually work on much larger commercial vehicles. Not sure if this is normal or if my Hubby gets special treatment cause he knows them from somewhere else. Would recommend them to everyone who will listen. They do not overcharge you, they stand by their work, are amazing at their jobs, wish more places were like this.

DONT BRING YOUR TRUCK! The company does not return calls/ give update on the truck. The owner in the office will forget what you discussed. My truck was at this shop for over almost 3weeks nobody communicates with you. They seem nice but will charger a numerous amount with discussing with you from the beginning. There breaks last for at least 2hours it seems like. This company is not professional at all. The people that are writing the reviews seems to be personal family members/ friends. I m a outsider and I brought my business truck to get fixed and didn t like the services at all. Find a better place to bring your truck.Service: Electrical

This company was suppose to do my oil change, the man said it s something we did not discuss about but we did. There was nothing wrong with my truck but a voltage and he didn t even buy a part and charged me excessively. I m pretty sure they didn t even fix anything because my truck was in the same position it was when I left last time. Truck been at shop for over 3weeks. The people don t answer phone calls or give you updates on your truck. You have to literally come up to the shop and hoping they not on their 2hr lunch break. Also, there s a dog that likes to sniff etc but that s the only good thing about the shop. They don t communicate and get ready to charge you amount that they don t even do work on smhh.. DONT come here!Services: Electrical, Oil change

Talk about a good honest mechanic these guys are great. I have taken my car in for issues on three occasions and to they told me the work that needed to be done even though a large chain told me it did. They have saved me several thousands of dollars and done great work when I needed it. Only drawback is they can be busy at times but worth the wait.

I had a severe oil leak on my semi I took it to Bartley and they got me right in I did have to wait overnight for parts but so far the leak was fixed so service was spot on now the reason for the 2 stars instead of 5 was BC I was charged 28$ a gal for my oil when they paid 17.99 at O'Reilley and the 500$ part overpriced as I was quoted 125$ less also the cost of labor was 90$ a hr reasonable for me but to charge 15.75 for stock fee when all parts was ordered not on hand I hate it BC I really wanted to help these guys out with a good review but as an owner operator I can't afford to get over charged and as a man cannot let scammers get away with it. This shop overcharged me by at least 250$ and tried for another 125$ my advice don't come here and if you do watch them closely the mechanic already knew I spotted it out but kept it going anyway such a shame lack of honesty and integrity cost them 3 stars and a 3500$ job in fall.

I would never bring any of my vehicles to anyone but Bartley Service. They do great work and they aren't going to take advantage of you. If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time go here.
