Awesome team here! I spoke with Danny, and he was able to help me get an appointment set up for my customer. My second time recommending customers here. 1st time we got a tow receiver and a wiring harness, and now a spray in liner!Thanks for your help B&H!

I have been to B & H customs twice and both times I have had great experiences. Got some steps installed the first time, second time I got a Retrax bed cover and a hitch installed. The process was easy and they got me in fast! Grayson was super friendly and helpful!

Very down to earth place. I had 3 things installed on my Truck ( Bed Cover, Brush Guard and Cat Guard ). If you're looking for any add ons go to them if they don't have it they will find it. I told them what I wanted and they went to work to finding it. Grayson at the front desk is very nice and helpful. The owner ( older guy in the back office ) actually comes out and works in the shop. I was very please with his service and respect to the customers. Just a simple shop that is in business doing what they like to do.Thank You Y'all.

Team of professionals who know what they do. I had my F150 done with a 2 inch Billstein kit and updated rear blocks. It came out perfect. Awesome shop, nice to deal it and the results was up to my expectations. They will have more business from my side

These guys do an amazing job every time I come. A couple years ago, they installed this bull bar grille guard.. and just recently, installed this raptor-style grille and black headlights on my 2011 Ford Escape. And Greyson (or Grayson) is super friendly and helpful! Thank you guys!!

Fast, friendly, knowledgable service.I called B&H to inquire about a Retrax bed cover system and Pat told me that normally it would take a day for him to get the specific model in stock for my vehicle and that he'd call me to schedule an install date. Sure enough, he called back the next day and was able to fit me in for an install the next morning.Installation took maybe an hour and he was nice enough to come check on me several times during my wait and explain the product to me in full. I also had the pleasure of overhearing Pat speak with several other customers in the office and over the phone. His knowledge of the products that he offers and his professionalism are outstanding.Once installation was complete he brought me out to the shop and demonstrated the product in detail and answered all of my questions. He also ensured that his installation technician cleaned out the bed before I was on my way.I'd highly recommend B&H to anyone.

The ability to deliver excellent customer service is a dieing art in today s society. However the team at B&H customs is well-versed in it.I originally took my new truck there to have the spray in bedliner done. While there we discussed different tint options and I wound up scheduling a return a week later. When I came back, the owner was very apologetic and explained to me that he had cracked some ribs so movement was kind of painful. He offered an appointment a week later and I took it. When I went back I drop the truck off and everything was complete within 90 minutes. He was apologetic for the delays but I had no issue with them whatsoever. He was upfront and forthright with me in his inability to deliver the work the first time. Honesty is huge in my book.

Brought my truck in for a gooseneck hitch install, and it turned out great. These guys are very knowledgeable and do great work, and priced very fairly for the level of detail and work they provide. The team hadn't mounted the kit that I had bought online and brought in before, but were able to still knock it out without any issues. When I asked about other products and services they offered, they went as far as to give me a tour of their shop so I can see their processes and tools. I definitely plan to come back here for future work.

B & H did a fantastic job on my 2020 Honda Passport. They installed a lift/leveler kit that was more challenging than anticipated, but they stuck to the original quote. Thank you for your hard work!

Awsome job front and back replacement bumpers ,running boards light bar ,fog lights ,window tent,spray in bed liner, and leather seat covers ,all at a great price fantastic install can't wait to go back for my wheels and lift very happy with this shop .oh and the owner helped with info on how to sell my old bumpers

I've been coming here since my 2009 Sierra Denali, all the way up to 2023 Chevy and Jeep vehicles. Each time, they've done a great job and provided fair prices. They aren't perfect, but they'll make it right. Easy to recommend.

Amazing experience all the way from customer service to installation. Prices are great compared to what I was expecting to pay based off other companies. I would recommend B&H to anyone I know. I will definitely be getting my truck products here from now on.

Outstanding experience! These guys were all very friendly on the phone and in person. Needed a Mopar hitch installed on my new Jeep Wrangler. They installed the hitch for about half the labor cost that two dealerships quoted me. I also had ceramic tinting installed and love their work. So glad to have them in town, and honestly, I would seek them out even if I moved much further away - thank you B & H Customs!!!

They installed a ranch hand grill guard and a rear bumper guard. They did an amazing job - very reasonable prices - I will take my truck back again to get more work down. I do advise to stay away from the Austin location and go a bit out into the suburbs and go to B&H customs - owner is a man of his word

This place does good work and has great products. My main reason for coming here was to have my window tinting (which was installed by somewhere else that turned out to be dishonest) fixed under the manufacturer's warranty. But their prices are reasonable and Pat is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I will be coming back here to have my bedliner put in and for any other truck accessories I may need. I've recommended him to friends who have also had good experiences.

B&H is amazing. I love finding solid, local service and they deliver. They installed my bed cover and my leveling kit. If you are looking for cheap products and labor, not your place. If you want amazing products and service - these are your guys! Pat has been fantastic with answering questions and scheduling. This is the only place I would go for anything for my truck.

Found these guys as a backup just Incase U-Haul couldn t help me with my wiring install. After finding out U-Haul doesn t have the part and couldn t fit me in till next week I contacted B&H through email first. Pat quickly responded and helped me out. I asked to get an electric brake controller install done and was wondering if he can help me for same day service. He said at times he can. After finally driving into Texas and resting overnight. I drove in the next morning and Pat helped my family and I. He didn t even charge me for things that I already had. U-Haul tried to charge me for things that I didn t need. He quickly did it in 30 minutes and took the time to teach us how to use it. Definitely recommend them. As we were waiting for our vehicle we were walking around and seeing the products they have and they have a pretty good selection. It s probably one of those place where visiting them in store is better so they can better assist you.

Came here the day before Thanksgiving after making an appointment for a spray in Bedliner. A buddy recommended them and I went and I am happy with the work. I did call around everywhere for the best deal as well and luckily got the best deal and work at this shop. Don t hesitate to call these guys.

Very satisfied with the quality of work. Had my wife's windows tinted they did a great job. Seems to be a trustworthy family owned business, really fair and honest, attention to detail is what I like. You get what you pay for here, a little more then chain stores but worth every penny!Thanks again B&H Customs!

B&H Customs provides Top Notch Service installing only the best quality products. There are many different options for every price point and desire. I would look no further when getting my truck or trailer fitted with aftermarket products. I have conducted business with Pat and John for 16 years through 7 trucks and 3 trailers. The services done to my many vehicles have always outlasted the vehicle. My dealership has even offered to do the same services and I always decline in favor of the dependable craftsmanship experienced at B&H Customs.Try someone else and you are wasting your time, money or both.B&H Customs all the way.

This place is always my go to for truck upgrades. I have had them set up about 8 trucks in the last decade and they always deliver on their promises. I have them spray beds, install ladder racks, put on bed covers, tint windows and lots of other services. Never once have they let me down and I will be using them for my next truck purchase.

They did a great job installing a tow plate and trailer hitch on my Chevy Equinox. Pat made suggestions that resulted in a higher hauling capacity at a lower cost. Work was completed on schedule and at their estimated cost.

I've dealt with other truck accessories shops in Austin before but the experience I had with B&H Customs is 2nd to NONE! They're the most respectful and knowledgeable staff I've dealt with in a long time! I had MANY questions and Pat was willing to answer them all so that I was educated enough to make the best decisions for my truck! B&H Customs installed a MX4 Bacflip bed cover, 5inch wide side steps and took care of leveling the truck up. They also did a killer job on the tint! The pricing for the job was by far the best I found while searching other truck shops in Austin area!! Hit up Pat & Zack at B&H Customs for all your trucks needs, because I promise you will be more than happy that you did!

I've had a level kit installed and a bedliner sprayed by B&H. The guys are all top notch professionals. Knowledgeable, fairly priced and quick. Best place around to take your truck to for upgrades.
