I'm not sure how this place has good reviews but when I went today, no one greeted me or was willing to help. It was like pulling teeth to ask one employee to point me in the right direction. Won't be going back to this place ever again. Go to Advance Auto Parts instead, awesome customer service!

AutoZone #1317, located at 6313 Burnet Rd., Austin, Texas, is my go-to. Great parking, super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, and well stocked inventory. I will go out of the way to patronize this store. Love it!!

Ran into a little hiccup with the store but Adolfo was quick to resolve my issue and made sure it was taken care of. Thank you for caring and taking the time to address the issue so quickly. I ve been going to this AutoZone for years to charge my car battery or purchase any of my car needs. Very clean and organize location.Update: 4 years later and I m still very fond of this location. They are always so helpful and today Aynetta was able to assist me. She was patient, listened and quickly resolved the issue. Still very much highly recommend this location and AutoZone in general. Thank you Aynetta for going above and beyond.

I gotta give it up to this location. I've been in there three times in the last 90 days and every time I go in, there's a different person working but they've all been extremely helpful and welcoming.I went in tonight for some European specific fluid and both men working were very helpful in ensuring I found the exact jug I needed. I'll return to this review to edit and add names if I get them because they deserve a shout out.I'll be hard pressed to visit another parts store. Thanks guys!

The store manager, Jared, was amazing. He took care of a factory warranty issue when the actual manufacturer was dragging their feet. Because of this, he got my truck back up and running which was extremely important because it's my daily driver. I overheard him training his employees where he thought I was out of ear reach. I heard him repeatedly tell his employees that "we need to take care of our customers and make this easy for them". That's what it's all about. Shout out to Rafa as well who handled my issue professionally and politely. Good store, good team, good leadership.

My mom needed wiper blades on a very cold, rainy day. One of the people working there helped her pick out the wiper blades and installed them for her. I really appreciate the service she received.

Turbo gasket went out, so I taped it with fiber glass tape and works. It is a temporary fix but it works!!

Rafa was very helpful on letting me know what was wrong with my vehicle not starting. He even went a step further on changing the battery for me in the parking lot, something that I've never seen an autozone employee do. This gesture was greatly appreciated and my respects to him for helping me get back on the road!! Thank you Rafa!!

Wow this location offered great customer services Marlon and Earnest were very attentive. Assisted me with getting all the materials I needed and proceeded to help with my Windshield wipers and fluid. I will make sure to visit Pflugerville AutoZone for my auto needs!!!! Thank you!!!

While most all AutoZone's are fabulous, this location is even more fabulous! They understand that people don't have skills. I am grateful that they will install wipers.I'm grateful for the skills that their service people have. Rafa, who helped me today, is an experienced mechanic who seems to just enjoy making sure his customers are taken care of.I needed wiper blades and then a battery check. The battery also needed replacing. Replacement was expected. Fair prices, good service.

The person who replaced our car battery, Rosie, was very nice! Also quick and efficient.We were in and out within 15 minutes!Autumn was also very friendly, we had a nice conversation while my mom and I waited for the car to be done!

Very friendly staff. I had both brake lights out and I knew it was a fuse, but when I replaced it, the lights still didn't work. The team helped me find the right bulb replacements and lent me tools to swap out the broken bulbs. They even had a team member come out to help me and test the brakes so I didn't have to buy a bunch of tools I didn't need. Wonderful experience and very helpful staff. Going to be a repeat customer here.

We had an issue with hanging the rear license plate. Tucker helped us pick the best bracket and screws and helped us hang it. After that didn't work Tucker modified it himself and made it fit perfectly. He spent alot of time with us and helped us get our problem solved effectively. Huge props to him.

We had issue in our car - like Check Engine sign. So we phoned different places and computer diagnostic was not less then 100$ plus line to wait over 4 hours.So we went to buy diagnostic plug to be able check our self threw the app.So in the store they gave it to us free of charge and they read all info about our error and print it for us!We were super surprised!So our issue was air flow sensor - you can either replace (120$ your self)or better way -buy special flow sensor cleaner and spray it very easy!So we save time and money! It cost us 7$Good luck every one!

Jose was very helpful. Came in to get our battery tested. Turns out we just needed a new one. As some one in management I encourage my staff to remember the upsells but the BIGGER deal is the customer service and I feel he nailed it. We need to remind our young workers out there when they are doing a good job to help strengthen their work ethics. That's my advice to his trainers. We'll be back in the future for our auto needs. Vincent and Jessica were super helpful with a new car battery at the 685 location in Pflugerville. Both helped me at different times with all my questions. Jessica was very helpful on the phone and in person when she helped to check my old battery. Vincent installed a new battery for me. They both gave great customer service which is phenomenal these days and so appreciated. Thank you so much for all your help!

I went into this store to get my charging system checked. The counter guy told me he couldn't help me because his coworker was sick. Instead he should have asked me to standby until he was done helping the other person in line behind me. I'm taking my business to another Auto parts store.

Raffa At AutoZone Was The most Disrespectful and rude salesperson I have ever dealt with. No help whatsoever. I definitely would not recommend anyone deal with this guy. Your Better off getting behind the counter and finding your part yourself.

Pretty helpful, as always, but their diagnosis of a bad alternator could not be confirmed by our mechanic. They probably need to update their checking device. Easy to find, no issues with parking.
