Driving from Leander to Pflugerville my car went totally HOT. I went to a service garage who was going to charge $125 for diagnostic testing. My son in law suggested Auto Zone of which i went on Pecan Street in Pflugerville Sun. 31. I was nervous and this service guy was patient, understanding and professional. Took time with me and began my diagnostic exam on my Nitro. After finding nothing he deducted it was a "simple" air bubble that cause elevation of temperature and also low coolant. He put coolant in it and waited to make sure all was well. While waiting he noticed I had exposed wires and suggested for a coverage of which was only $8 but could have saved me an enormous electrical problem! This service guy went above for me and was so so kind. thank you so very much sir. Oh, I was not charged for the diagnostic test.Gwen :D

Today I heard a loud pop while driving. I pulled over into the parking lot and a gentleman came out of this place of business named Ismel C. immediately offering to help. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your offer as i have no clue on how to change tires. He immediately change my tire. I offered him a tip and he turned it down. Thank you Ismel for your kindness. Most people would have continued with their day. But you decided to help me and my family.

I went to AutoZone in Pflugerville. One of my headlight bulbs was out. A friend told me they wouldn't help me. I went inside and talked to Saul anyway. He came out of the store, opened the hood, popped the old bulb out and showed me the part that needed to be replaced. I bought the new part and he put the new bulb in within ten minutes. I was back on the road. I am so thankful for AutoZone's great customer service. Saul was great!

This is My Local Store. The staff here is very helpful. If you bring in the bad part, they will check it against the new 1 to make sure your getting the right 1...They caught a few mistakes for Me this way.

Look, I am hardly even a shade tree mechanic. But on occasion I need to go to an auto parts store... This local store has very helpful staff. I was doing some work with my cars air conditioning, which needed Freon. They came out and helped me locate the valve and fill my reservoir that needed it. Every time I've been here they always have prompt answers and assistance. They offer Free Battery Charging as well as Free Testing of starters, alternators, batteries and Ignition control modules. Also, a Free Loan-a-tool service. Their prices, of course, are competitive. If you're looking for a place that will be able to give advice or assistance, when you purchase something for your automobile, I recommend these gentlemen.

I was helped by a man named Raul Alvarez and he was super helpful. I wasn't taught basic car maintenance but he made it super easy to figure out everything I would or could need. Thank you so much for the help. I got my oil change done and I replaced all of the filters for my car!

Anthony was extremely helpful with my battery replacement. I've gone to auto zone every time my battery dies and I have always been told they will not change it due to ut being screwed in. He had no issue helping remove and install the battery! He was so nice and top notch customer service! Thanks Anthony for getting the job done!

These guys are amazing!! I m coming here from now on. They took really good care of my vehicle and checked filters that had never been checked at any other Jiffy Lube. I ve been a customer for three years and Pflugerville is my favorite one by far! Julian and Jonathan were extremely thorough and expedient with servicing my vehicle. I am truly grateful and would definitely refer anyone to this Juffy Lube. Thanks guys! That are honest and respectful. Awesome customer service. Shout out to Grant for changing my windshield wipers. You were so fast I didn t even see you so it.

Early this morning, i presented to Auto Zone Pecan location and wanted to rave about the excellence service from the beautiful and knowledgeable lady at the front desk and the technician John who assisted replacing and placing my battery. Not only were there interactions professional in nature, their customer service was outstanding. I started my morning in a panic and ended my morning with successful solutions. Quick, easy service. I love this Pflugerville location and highly recommend getting serviced or educated at this location.

Awesome customer service. I came in with battery problems and John F. was very professional and was able to help diagnose the problem. We verified that the issue was in fact with the battery and not the alternator; after doing a few tests John helped get a new battery and get me along my way. John's customer service and car knowledge will definitely have me coming back again!

I would highly recommend this location to anybody. I went in today to get some help with a car battery in which I was having issues and received the best customer service I have every received from an Auto parts shop. The customer service rep was so helpful, from the time I opened the door, Installed a new car battery for me and even helped me with an item I was looking for related to my windshield. He walked me through the battery change process and even communicated the warranty details to me. I have been to this shop several times and have always had a wonderful experience. Best pace in Austin!

I was unfortunately sent to a couple of other stores before I was sent here. They had the part in stock and I was helped by John who did AMAZING. He not only found the part but offered to install it. Every time I've had issues with the battery it was always, install yourself. John didn't hesitate and was all over it. This is now my AutoZone. I will not be going elsewhere. The district manager was there. He speaks highly of everyone and maintains an excellent store. You guys are fantastic! Thank you again for a great experience.

I was having issues with my car starting so went to this location to get my battery/alternator checked. John helped me check everything and was honest and knowledgeable about what i needed. I purchased a new battery and John put it in for me. He was very friendly and got the battery replaced in no time. Great location and great customer service.

We needed another battery and Nick was johnny on the spot helping is out. We didn't have to wait very long at all. He was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy his job. John was also very helpful and helped Nick at the register when a minor issue came up. I really appreciated the service.

I went in with battery problems. They did a free battery check - I needed a new battery. I was given options and they installed my battery immediately and got me on my way. Smiling and friendly in the near 100 degree heat installing a battery. That's service! Thank you AutoZone!

Just went in to get the battery replaced on my truck and received a very friendly welcome from the people there excellent customer service all around!! John was very good with diagnosing the problem and very efficient in replacing my battery all in record time and a smile. It was a great experience and I will return for any future mechanical issues.

Today needed my windshield wipers replaced and my wiper fluid filled. With enthusiasm and positive attitude John assisted me with quickly finding the correct size wipers for my SUV and installed pronto. After refilling my wiper fluid we checked the wipers worked, was complete in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location for superior customer service. Thank you for providing impeccable help today!

On 10/28 I went to AutoZone for some new windshield wipers and I met John (now known as Uncle John). He was extremely helpful. I appreciate the time he took in helping me find the perfect wipers and he put them on my vehicle. 10/10 service

Johnny Falkquay is awesome!!! When changing my battery, the terminal screw broke off in my socket (they will change your battery for you, but I did so myself so other customers could be helped). Not only did Mr. Falkquay diagnose a new battery terminal was needed (as I suspected), he was able to rethread the the terminal and temporarily arrange it to hold up until I can replace it this weekend. As a former employee turned customer of this store & company, Mr. Falkquay is a definite asset. Give that man a generous raise, Auto Zone 5881!!

Had a bad experience unfortunately. Came in because my battery had died and was jumped the night prior. The employee was quick to respond and helped me but seemed to be having trouble with the battery meter several times until they said it indicated battery needs replacing . when I asked if it had any other information showing they didn t show me the meter or anything just said nope you need a completely new battery lets go get you one.. as a customer I would like to know WHAT the meter is actually reading and maybe even shown the reading with an explanation of why I will be spending $200+ and without checking my alternator, starter, etc. for any issues. I was already unhappy with not knowing why I am replacing the battery (only that I am doing it because the meter says so ) but decided to come in to get an expectation of how much it would cost.. then I get the quote and decide not to replace the battery and the employee starts really laying on the aggressive sales tactics ( I really wouldn t want you to get stranded all alone, I really wouldn t leave without replacing it, I hope it s not a far drive for you etc.) OK! I get you want me to spend money here! And I understand battery issues are no joke! But just because the magic meter miraculously decided to work on the final try doesn t mean I ll blindly trust it and replace my battery here, sorry. A little explanation would have gone a long way so hopefully this can be a learning experience and for me too cuz next time I ll ask outright what the heck it all means

This is a great place to go to! I just needed some windshield wipers and they helped me with no problem. We were helped by Toni the store manager and he was so good! He installed the new wipers for both me and my fianc�! It was raining/drizzling and he stayed with us until both our cars were done. Thank you so much for your patience and your time! We appreciate you! What a great guy and good store!

I can not explain or express how much this autozone and its employees went above and beyond with helping me. I know Jack all about cars and honestly anything car related makes me break down. The managers and their workers went out their way to help me and explain what issues my car was having and why, and in a way that I could actually understand!HUGE shout out to Anthony for helping me with the spark plugs and just being an overall stand up person. If I ever have any more issues this will always be the store I go to. Thank you all so much for the kindness and time
