These guys were awesome! They fixed my car in less time than they quoted and it looked practically brand new. It s a 2017 so that s an impressive accomplishment. If you need hail repair, I suggest you call them immediately

Ryan and his team did an AMAZING JOB on repairing the hail damage on my car. It took me a while to find and trust a company to repair my car and I landed on the right company. Ryan made the process SUPER easy from setting up the rental car with my insurance, to picking up my car, and returning it no later than 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with my overall experience.

These guys were amazing! Did everything you except and more. Most places said, 2 to 3 weeks for my car, Cliff did it in 4 days after saying it would take a week! My car looks brand new.

Didnt get communication on status of my car. They had originally given me an estimate of 2 weeks that turned into 2 months. I had no rental car so it was difficult to navigate going to work for that long. On top of that they always changed their updates on me they said it only needed roof change and then they said they needed the door change. When I received my car - I noticed weird noises, a engine light turned on, all my cables at the bottom are exposed, grease on the meshy part of the interior of the roof . They said they would get back to me to fix the light. Its been over 4 months and haven't heard back.UPDATE TO RESPOND:If "trying" to contact means suggesting another day to meet up after failing to meet up multiple times is what you are referring to, I would say that the lack of communication on your end made me give up on trying to send it back to you all to get it fixed.

My pickup got caught in the 2023 hail storm in Central Texas but it wasn't enough to total. Auto Hail Specialist was the first to be able to see me "immediately" and were able to assess the damage quickly. My insurance, Allstate, has been less than helpful and the adjusters were being downright problematic. Cliff, Ted, and the crew handled my insurance for me, adjustments were made, and the work got done. It did take over a month, so make sure you have that scheduled in your life, but much of that was insurance delays and the guys made sure I was up to speed, always answering my calls. The truck looks good, the paint is great, lights and side mirror got replaced, all is well. Good job guys.

Clifford was very helpful and professional. Turnaround time for my vehicle was really quick and he maked sure everything was taken care off. Will recommend to family and friends.

I rarely leave reviews, however I feel I was lied to a lot throughout the process. After they received their check I feel like they didn t care. It s been 4 months now since my car was fixed and they had a part on back order that they received months ago and was supposed to come put on my car and no one has showed up. I was sick at one point when they were going to attempt to but after that I got the run around. The part is not expensive, however it is the point. Bad business. I also was told they give you cash for recommending them to others. I sent three other vehicles from family and friends to them bc we all had hail damage , before them giving me the run around and I was never given anything. My friend also was told for weeks that her vehicle would be done, she was lied to over and over. It s better to be honest guys. People would be a lot more understanding.Regarding your comment:That is another lie. You have already received my parts. And You did not attempt 4 times to put them on. It s not about money, you shouldn t promise people things that you don t follow through with. You also kept promising my friends vehicle would be done the next day over and over and she shows up and the hood wasn t even started after months of having it. I ll be happy to have her leave a comment on here as well for you. Happy new year to you too

We used Auto Hail Specialist to repair severe hail damage to our Mercedes and I couldn t be happier with the results. They were attentive, communicative and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product and the car looks great. The end result and the customer service both deserve 5 stars. I will use them again should we have another hail storm happen again. Thanks AHS!

I had a great experience at Auto Hail Specialists!!! They perfectly restored my vehicle back to its original condition before the hail storm, took care of my insurance company and keep me informed throughout the process. In addition, they also took care of my insurance deductible and reimbursed me for the car rental!!!!!

Dano with AHS did a great job in repairing the hail damage on my truck!A few months ago, I had golf-sized hail cause significant damage to my car, and I can't even tell that there was hail damage anymore!I recommend anyone looking for a specialist to talk to this team first!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with these guys! From handling the insurance agent to the rental car, I was informed throughout the entire process and taken care of. Although their shop is in Pflugerville they met me at Enterprise in Georgetown to directly pick my vehicle up. Everyone was kind and courteous and worked with my schedule. Highly recommend if you have hail damage and want your car fixed fast and efficiently!

My brand new vehicle got trapped in a hail storm a few weeks ago, today I got it back and it looks like nothing has ever happened to it!These guys not only did an excellent job bringing my SUV to a brand new condition but they took on the hassle of dealing with insurance company.All in all, if I am ever in the same situation again (hope not) I will not hesitate on taking my vehicle to this shop.Extremely satisfied with the work done!

These people are very honest. I am very young and when my new car got hail damage I was very worried and have a slight distrust with anyone that works in the auto industry haha. It was my first time ever using my car insurance so I was also very nervous, but this company is amazing both Keith and his manager were very kind to me and explained and helped me at every step of the process. They were quick to answer any questions I had and did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle. Keith was wonderful to work with and I would recommend anyone I know give him their business.

My 4Runner had the worst hail damage they've ever seen. Other repair shops wanted to replace the roof to save themselves time and money, even though it could reduce the integrity of the frame. Auto Hail Specialist did what other shops said was impossible. They saved the roof.It took a few weeks. In that time Clifford and his team worked tirelessly in pursuit of absolute perfection. The truck came back to me detailed, vacuumed, and without so much as a fingerprint on the paint.Leonardo da Vinci said "Art is never finished, only abandoned." He could work on a painting or statue for eternity, always looking for some tiny flaw he could fix. That's how passionate these guys are in the work they do. It's art to them and it shows.Yes it took longer, but I never paid a dime for my rental cars. My truck looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely exceptional!

Phenomenal work in a timely manner. They covered my deductible and rental and my 2023 tesla looks like the hailstorm didn t even happen. Could not be happier by the work done by Ted and the team there.

If you are looking to get your vehicles hail damage fixed, Look no further! My husband and I made the best decision when we chose Auto Hail Specialist. You could NEVER tell our vehicle had terrible hail damage. I honestly had the biggest smile when we drove up and saw what an amazing job they had done. It was also such a fast turnaround, and any time I had a question they responded immediately. Thank you Ryan, Clifford, and your team! We couldn t be happier!

Fantastic customer service. Some delays in parts (not their fault) left me waiting for replacement trim for a few weeks. Clifford picked up and returned my car so that I didn't have to do a thing. The work was excellent and was performed quickly. They fixed both of our cars. I hope I won't have to use them again, but I'm grateful to know who to turn to if I ever get more hail damage.

I took my car to Ryan and Clifford, and they were the ultimate professionals. Friendly, efficient, and they knew what they were doing. They got my car (hail damage, new windshield - from the dealer - and new antenae) turned around in less than a day. Perfect work. And they bent over backwards to do everything possible to make it as painless and easy for me as they could. I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family (and I will). Top notch group of people.

We had three new vehicles suffer major damage during the hail storm here in Austin. Ryan Sinkler and his team were referred to us by our insurance company. We worked closely with them during the process. They spearheaded the revised estimates and coordinated with the insurance company on payments. In our particular situation Auto Hail Specialists paid our deductible which was a significant savings. The work was impeccable, they returned the vehicles washed and cleaned inside. Outstanding customer service in every respect. They deserve an unconditional recommendation and rating. A trusted service provider.

The hail damage repair seems to have been okay. But when my car was returned to San Marcos, about a 50 mile drive, there was food trash in it and a miniature bottle of vodka rolled out from under the passenger seat! It should go without saying, but I won't trust my car to them ever again.My response to your response:Wow, that is a weak statement. I don't care about the work you did. Doesn't matter at all, and you were paid $7,500 for it. YOU LEFT A BOTTLE OF BOOZE ROLLING AROUND IN MY CAR.

These guys are PHENOMENAL. They got my husband s truck and my car fixed within 5 days. They waived our $1000 deductibles and we don t have rental car coverage with our insurance so they even paid for our rental! These guys saved me so much time and stress. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs hail damage repair fixed on their car. Ask for Dano, he updated us almost daily and was very professional. Thanks so much AHS!

One of the single greatest experiences I have had since becoming a Car Owner. Special shoutout to Ted! From the first call to the last I had NO STRESS getting the repairs I needed to get my baby (Big Black Ram 1500! Yes they do TRUCKS too!) back on the road. The Team went above and beyond to look out for me. I kind of hope it HAILS again just to go back and talk with the guys! Lol 100% recommend!

Dano took great care of my car after the hail damage it received. We were on a waiting list to get it fixed somewhere else and was told I would be without a car fora few weeks. Dano was able to take my car right away and was fixed and had it back in less than a week. The car looks great and cannot even tell it had so much hail damage to it. I would come back again if I have hail damage again and highly recommend others to them.
