I was in search of a place to get my car repaired after the 2023 hail storm. fixed in my car.And while in search of a place on the internet, I came across Auto Dent Quality.After researching and looking at their reviews, I wanted to call and setup an appointment.Just by calling , I received a warm welcome over the phone.That continued in person! Darshan has been so helpful and professional. He kept me updated the whole time.I picked up my car, and in amazement to me, they had washed and cleaned my car, inside and out. All the dents were gone and they had replaced all the trims that were damaged.I have nothing but good things to say about them. I refer them to anyone and everyone. They are very professional.Thank you so much Auto Dent Quality, for outstanding service that you did for my car!

My 2016 Honda Accord sedan sustained considerable hail damage, and Auto Dent Quality did an excellent job of repairing my car so that it looks like new. They took time to answer all my questions and explain the whole hail damage repair process to me. I had dents on almost every panel of my car, especially the hood, and they were able to restore it 100%. They even went above and beyond by washing it and detailing the inside of the car and I am so happy with the job they did. I highly recommend them.

My car was badly damaged by hail recently. Base ball and softball size. I thought it would be totaled. After meeting with Josh, I felt confident they could make it new again . They handled everything, insurance, free rental car, paid my deductible even. They went to work on it quickly and updated me daily on the progress with pictures too. I got my car back today. I was amazed . Absolutely perfect! Who ever is doing the PDR there is a true artist. Stunningly perfect. From matching the areas that had to be painted, to the dent removal itself, it is outstanding. I very highly recommend Auto Dent Quality. Simply the best. Pictures are of the biggest hail dents. 188 dents overall. Roof glass and rear window also smashed out. After pictures also below.

My car suffered over $9000 damage from a hail storm last September. The dents in my hood and roof looked like they were made by a baseball bat! By January, they had chipped and were starting to rust. Other hail repair places seemed like they were avoiding my car due to the roof damage. I was considering selling my car, if only I could get it fixed up enough. I called Auto Dent Quality, and they got me in within a couple of weeks with a free loaner car! The roof was completely fixed without requiring a replacement, this was huge! They made my car look like new! I am enjoying my new car!

Easy, fast and smooth process. I had pretty bad damage after the hail storm here in Round Rock. Was without my car for about a week once I dropped off. After the PDR was done they still needed a part for my windows to come in but allowed me to still use my car and a day later just popped those parts on! My car looks good as new! Hopefully I don t get hail damage again but will definitely come back if so!

Highly recommend Auto Dent Quality! They fixed the hail damage on my Tacoma and made the entire process super easy for me. My truck looks great, and repairs were finished even sooner than I expected. Becky is awesome! Everyone I talked with over there was helpful. This shop will make sure you're taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Dent Quality, and I can't thank Becky and Julio enough! Dealing with some car insurance hiccups was a headache, but these two were amazing, sorting it out and keeping everything relatively stress-free. My car is now dent free, looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. They also cleaned up the interior, which was a total bonus. The whole team's attention to detail and friendliness made this whole process a breeze. If you want high quality service and a reliable, friendly team, Auto Dent Quality is definitely where you should go!

I can not express enough how great this business is. From the staff to the actual work done on my vehicle. It far exceeded my expectations. Their communication from start to finish was excellent. They had my car looking back to its original beauty when I picked it up. I was worried because the extent of hail damage, the type of vehicle I have and the curved areas that were damaged. You would never know it had been in a hail storm. They were incredibly easy to work with and worked with my hard to get a hold of insurance. I will be recommending to anyone needing hail repair in the future. Don t be afraid to take in your luxury vehicles because mine is perfect again.

I live in the Austin area and had called a few places for hail damage repair for the entire body and windshield of my car before I decided to make an appointment with Auto Dent Quality. I attempted to find a shop closer to me before I decided to go to the Pflugerville location but most places were booked 3 months out and I m so glad I went with Auto Dent Quality. The staff are so so sweet, professional and go above and beyond. Initially when I dropped my car off, I was notified that my battery had died and was not charging, however they were still able to work on my car. After about 2 weeks, I was notified my car was ready for pickup and to my surprise they changed my battery for me to avoid a hassle on my behalf. They did a masterful job and I can t even tell there were ever any dents, they also did a wonderful job with the windshield replacement. They made the entire process so easy for me and walked me through everything while communicating with me through out. I was provided with exceptional customer service and quality, I would 100% recommend if you re interested in taking your car to their shop. Don t miss out on quality service, I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

First things first... I was extremely pleased with the job that Auto Dent Quality did on our car! Looks like new!! They even detail the cars that they work on!!! PLUS when available, they give you a rental car to use at no cost to you!!! No complaints whatsoever!Second things next... Julio (Ju-Lee-O NOT Who-Lee-O) and Becky were wonderful to work with. Explained the process thoroughly and answered any and all questions. Just plain nice and enjoyable people to have been fortunate enough to come across!! Five stars do not do them justice!!

I had a New Hyundai Ionic 6 that had bad hail damage. Auto Dent Quality made it very easy for me from assessment to claim processing and fixing my car. After I received my car back from them it was as good as new with all original parts. It s an artistic job to fix over 80 dents without need to repaint the parts. I would certainly recommend them if anyone is looking for paint-less dent repair job.

I have a Telsa Model Y that was affected my hail damage. The sunroof had a large crack as well. They gave me a rental car until the work was completed. Due to parts and insurance with Telsa it did take awhile to complete. Car looks perfect!

Auto dent quality did an outstanding job on my Ford Raptor. I have a custom paint job on my truck and was turned down by other collision shops and Jonathan the painter with auto dent quality referred me to talk with Giancarlo about getting the job done. They not only got the colors to match Giancarlo also fixed a few dent for me as well. I got my truck back in better condition than I dropped it off. I am very happy and appreciative with all the work they ve done.Thanks guys.

I highly recommend getting work done from here. I had significant damage on a body panel from parking my car in the wrong spot overnight. The dents were along a body line as well. Around the dents also lead to a weak flimsy structure. They were not only able to pull the dents out and keep the body line straight but they also tighten up the structure as well. They were also super friendly to talk to and one of the guys even gave me a little glimpse into how they pull dents out. Hopefully I never have to come back for a repair but If I need to I wouldn't hesitate to swing by the shop and get work done again.

I want to say Marina was very clear and helpful with what was happening. There was some confusion on what was going on part way through the process and she cleared it up. I really wanted to give them 5 stars on here and may change this review if they resolve the issues. The metal work on my vehicle was terrific. However they did not replace two trim pieces around the windshield and the rear quarter windows that were replaced are not tinted like the others are. I have left a message with Marina to see if these issues can be resolved.Good workmanship. Hopefully just an oversight on their part.Overall I would recommend this company as they are fast and efficient and the quality of work is good.Update: 7/24/21Guilherme with ADQ came all the way out to my house to replace the trim pieces that were missed.They have been more than accommodating for this situation. They stated I could take it to any tint shop and they would cover it.I have changed the rating to 5 star because of this.Great job guys, keep up the good work.Thank you.

I can t say enough good things about this shop. Took my car in for hail damage repair and at every turn the staff were friendly, professional and downright helpful. The office staff were on the ball from the first consultation appointment on. They dealt with my insurance company directly so I didn t have to and my car was returned to me 100% dent free looking amazing. They even waxed it and detailed the interior! And helped me out with a rental car when Enterprise fell through! Hire these guys if you are in need of paint less dent repair!

Great service by a great shop! I stopped by because I had a door ding on a crease of my new car. The owner said he could do it same day, which was surprising since it was already afternoon. He was able to remove the dent, touch up the scuff, and even took the time to wash my car after. I would highly recommend this shop if you re looking for PPF, window tint, detailing, or dent removal.Service: Auto detailing

Auto Dent was fabulous from the beginning all the way until I picked my vehicle up. We enjoyed our service so much. We had two vehicles that they fixed for us. The work was phenomenal. You cannot tell there was any hail damage to our vehicles. All the staff that I spoke with were professional, and eager to help. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of dents/repairs. Also, would reuse them in the future if needed. Julio was fantastic and extremely helpful.

I'm unsure what business has been hiring folks to enter in false reviews with low ratings for these folks. It is obvious they have never done business or actually been on site at this business as there are no pictures or actual relevant information. That said these folks did an OUTSTANDING job on my 2015 Ford Mustang GT with some door dings I had. Not only did they deliver what they promised, but also far exceeded my expectations!They DO NOT drill anything as this is paint less repair, this exposes these false reviews! I'm including the picture from my car to show that this is a legitimate review! These folks are awesome, no more door dings!!!! THANK YOU!Service: Body & Trim

I brought in my car (dodge challenger) to this shop with pretty significant hail damage. I'd say close to 100 tiny dents on the car's hood and roof.The reason I'm writing this review is coz these guys did an amazing job on my car, and I got it back to it's old glory!Julio was amazing to work with, very responsive and professional.. he worked with my insurance and I got my car back within 3 days of dropping it here. They had also hand washed the car, and it was shinning when I came to pick it up. Definitely deserve 5 stars for their service
