William is a awesome guy. He did a great job. Called about the tandem axle not sliding and helps me fixed some other little issue. I definitely recommend austin fleet services

I don't think this are honest reviews.We towed truck to their shop Friday afternoon, PAID afterhours labor rate to check the truck( because they were closing in 40 minutes), they said it is belts and tensioners that are bad and that we have to wait Monday morning so they can get the parts. They didn't get the parts until Monday 4PM and said we don't have time to replace it today. Tuesday morning around 10am they figured that tensioners they got are wrong and that they have to order good one. So basically we would lose 5 days to replace belts and tensioners on 2018 Volvo. That is ridiculous.

Outstanding experience with AFS and George, their knowledgeable mechanic who replaced my valve cover gasket. My vehicle is running smoother than ever. Thank you AFS!

These guys are great, had an emergency with a DEF pump on a black Friday, only shop that picked up the phone, took my driver in immediately and didn't give me the runaround like most do now. I asked not to diagnose anything and just change the pump. Truck back on the road in 3-4 hours and saved us at least 3 days waiting for another shop to open. Definitely coming back here next time our trucks are in the area!

The guys here at Austin fleet services in San Antonio were great! Juan really took care of me thanks again. If you need road side assistance or any repairs call them.

Thay charge double $150 in hour more expensive than dealer and lazy charging for part make it twice feel like you fixing your truck at scammer people I don t recommend

This is a great company if you re in need of truck service! These guys are excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. They are very honest people. The work they do is unmatched. Very good and intelligent mechanics! I ve dealt with the company for a while now. I ve had work done by Isaac and he is absolutely phenomenal! Really sharp mechanic who does an excellent job at anything you throw his way. Terrible service for starters I had to set an appointment which I understand because the filters had to be ordered they have to order all filters to do a PM no matter make or model, they took my info and phone number I show to my appointment and no filters had arrived not a phone call or anything just bring it back Monday or leave it but must pick up today and they close at 5pm so you have to take your truck there no later than 1:30 or they want to charge you after hours stay away you have been warned

Excellent service and price. George the mechanic worked on my truck and did a great job and was quick. Everyone here were great to me and helped me out in a jam. I needed an airline replacement and the dealerships didn t have it and they went to have a new one fabricated for me. Thanks again I will make a special trip and return in the future.

Overall experience was pleasant! He helped out very quickly to figure out the issue and get it resolved! We did wait quite awhile for the service to arrive, was given an 60-90 min wait and showed up after 120 min. Otherwise, very helpful and speedy!Service: BatteryService: Battery

So had my brake drum blow up and ruin the air bag on my trailer, Jacob came out and it was literally less than an hour he had everything fixed up and had me rolling again. Thought it was going to be a long process, he made it easy as could be

My tractor blew a radiator hose. And Jacob came out to repair it. It was to late to grab parts so Jake took me to the hotel and repaired it in less than 5 minutes the next day.What a guy. Very personable and professional. Excellent service.

These are the nicest people ever. Honest, understanding, willing to work with you, and just good people. Cynthia, the office manager is so easy to talk to and communicates clearly the whole time, touching base with any updates she might have. Mike, the shop lead is amazing. Knows how to fix anything. They even did some extra small jobs that most shops wouldn t do or wouldn t know how to do. I live 30 minutes away, and it was well worth the drive each time. Everyone who works there is super friendly and greets you when you show up. I had some BIG jobs, and they were able to get me in earlier than most places would. Even stayed late to meet a tight deadline. Highly recommend!

Never Ever again , Guaranteed! Worst of the worst, if you have semi truck don t even think to go there they don t know what they re doing, spend over 2 grand and drive about 40 miles and whole truck on oil , they didn t tighten the bolts and 3 of them missed, I was lucky enough to see that and call roadside assistance to fix the problemPlease don t go there!
