Alex worked on my car. Found the problem in less than ten minutes. It was my starter, got it done quickly, but John was the one on the other end helping with pricing and labor cost. Great work and pricing for a mobile mechanic. Alex also found some other things that need work, offered to come the next day to fix the issue. Will let them work on future cars as well. The service says 24 hours but I got a quick response. Thanks to these gentlemen my car is back on the road.Thank you.

These guys helped me tremendously! Very hands on and HONEST and WILL NOT leave you wondering, the mechanic explained everything and made sure i understood what was going on. I'm a single lady and don't know all the questions to ask. The mechanic came with me to the auto part store and asked ALL questions and was very supportive! It was a long day but they did not give up on me and took care of everything! DONT HESITATE! GIVE THEM A CALL!

John arrived about 40min later than ETA (8:30-9am). At first he said it was the battery that needed to be replaced, then he second guessed himself and saying it was the starter. Then he removed the started and went to AutoZone to get the part. He came back and replaced the starter and the car was still not starting. Now he was sure it was the battery and he went back to AutoZone to get a battery. He replaced the battery and the car is running now.He quoted me $250 for starter part and $290 to replace it. I agreed and sent him $250 through CashApp for the part. Before he took off for the starter I requested to have a hard copy of the receipt.When he came back I asked for the receipt. There was a Core Charge of $55. I asked what it s for, John told me it s the charge to bring back the old part. That made no sense to me. I called AutoZone and they told me I would get the $55 refunded if I bring back the old part. So right here, John was trying to fool me with additional $55.After replacing the starter, the car won t start so he pushed my car out of the garage to jumpstart the battery. During the push he knocked off the trim on my garage door frame and scratched my car. He didn t apologize for it or offered to repair it, instead he said you just need nails During his second trip to the AutoZone, I repaired the trim. After he came back and replaced the battery, he billed me additional $147. So it would be $397 to replace a car battery. I only paid him $350 in total because he damaged my property. Even then I still feel like I overpaid for this service. I will not recommend this business.By the way, I don t think it s a good idea to bring a child to this type of job but I understand if you have no other options.Service: Auto battery replacement

Had a very bad rear brake that required replacing the caliper. John showed up right on time, great communication, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to fix up everything quickly (rear brakes, oil and tire rotation). Pricing was very fair and he was also able to point out some other potential issues as well as giving me the info I needed to make a decision about how to handle those issues. Will definitely be using him in the near future!

Got a battery replaced in August. They were quick. The battery ended up going bad in march of this year. They were able to help me find the warranty information for the battery would 100% recommend them

Awesome service ,My car broke.down as I was leaving work and I had to have a tow truck tow it to my residence. I called John the next day and let him know what happened. He had one of his mechanics out at my house the next morning to work on my car. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the issue .The Technician Pedro went above and beyond to get a warranty for my car battery and put air in my tires.Thank you very much for your much needed service and expertiseDani:)

We were visiting Round Rock from out of town when a piece of metal on the road popped one of my tires. They showed up within half an hour, quickly got the spare tire put on, and we were on our way. Thank you for saving the day!

John was great, my car wouldn t start and he reached where I was in 10 mins, was super clear about the costs and why the problem was with the battery, even helped understand how to prevent the issue in the future. My experience was convenient and quick - I will definitely hit him up in the future and highly recommend If you are in a pinch

I got off work around 6:30 7pm and really needed some repairs done on my car however I wasn t feeling too hopeful I d find any mechanic or shop in the area that d be available given the time of day. I did a quick Google search and to my surprise I happened to see a mechanic that was available and had one 5 star review on Yelp so I called him up and hoped for the best. Let me just say that this was the best mechanic I could ve called, John answered immediately, determined a meet up spot at O Reilleys and was on time there (less than 30 mins) and got to work on repairing my car. He was very clear about what he was doing and explained everything to me which I have never had any mechanic do for me in the past. I couldn t have found anyone better than John and I will certainly be a returning customer no doubt! I highly recommend this 5 star business if you re looking for an honest mechanic that knows his stuff and isn t looking to $crew you over.Thanks John

They are truly a 24 hr service. My semi broke down on 290 and I called at 11:00pm. John was quick to answer and quick to respond. John worked diligently on my issue until 4am. He is knowledgeable and has tenacity to make sure you are repaired and running as fast as possible. I will use John again and am sharing his info with other Truck Drivers that I know.Service: Engine repair

This service was dispatched to an apartment complex, just so you know that is an option. Prompt, courteous, and efficient. Razor was able to diagnose, and explain the issue as he fixed it. Very reasonable price. I recommend this company.

UPDATE!!!!! ZERO stars!!! BUT I HAD TO AT LEAST GIVE 1 STAR FOR THIS POST. I will NEVER use this so called business again!!!What kind of "business" DOES NOT PROVIDE A RECEIPT for a new battery, FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES, or a receipt for the work? Additionally, I have questioned more than once what some of the charges are on the receipt. I looked up the items on Auto Zone, and they are for Antifreeze AND Racing down coolant!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!???????? NO RACING GOING ON WITH US!!!!! SO I PAID FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S STUFF\My son had issues with his car and he thought it was the starter. It turned out to be the battery. While John was prompt and got my son's car running, he DID NOT provide a receipt for the work or the battery (VERY ODD) I eventually, after a few requests, received a text with a picture of the partial receipt, but not the whole thing. I texted him several times to request a FULL copy of the receipt and also questioned an item on the receipt. NO RESPONSE!!! This is not acceptable. I paid $396.00 to get my son's car running, NO RECEIPT AT ALL!!!!! THE RECEIPT IS NEEDED FOR THE BATTERY WARRANTY!!! And questionable charges on the partial receipt I received that could be answered with a simple reply. NOT HAPPY!!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

I had John come over and do some pretty extensive work on my truck. He was courteous and professional arranging a time and agreeing on the services to be rendered. It was a long job and he even pointed out a few things that would be good to address at the same time as the rest of the work. We agreed on a fair price to address those issues as well. All in all, I saved money on a quote from another shop, got great service, and my truck has never run better. Will be calling John in the future if anything else comes up.

Very affordable services! John had excellent communication about when his tech Abraham will be out to service my car. When Abraham came out, I was not expecting the service I received. He really went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed. Even helped me compare prices so I wouldn t spend an arm and leg. He managed his time very well and didn t spend all day. I was honestly impressed with how fast he got the job done. I can honestly say, he made such a stressful situation turn around so quick. I would forever recommend them and continue to use them for my car repairs. Thank you guy!

John is a great guy and an even better mechanic. Honest, upfront and affordable. I was ready to take off for a 1200 mile drive and my power steering was acting weird. Saw all the 5 star reviews and contacted John on a Saturday. Two hours later, he met me at the Walmart parking lot, jacked up my car, found the problem, showed me what was going on and fixed it. Car drove perfectly after John s expertise. Have already recommended him to several friends and would recommend to anyone who has car issues. Thank you John!

John was very responsive to my initial call. He responded well to text messages and payment options were great. I called the large shops such as Firestone and the Nissan dealership. They wanted me to set up an appointment for the following week. Not John he provided same service. Had a mechanic show up within a few hours. I would recommend John to any friend. JP s one-on-one service was tremendously convenient. I explained what my vehicle was doing and told him that the dealer found nothing wrong with it.
