Man I cannot say enough about Peter and his level of customer service! From the first time I started looking for a roll off trailer until now months later he has been fantastic! Put together multiple package options and trailer types and was always quick to answer any questions I had with expert advice. I have ZERO regrets about choosing to purchase from HaulStar Trailer Sales and have recommended them to several people who were in the market for a new trailer. I ll go out of my way to do business with this company in the future!

I had been looking for a set of roll off dumpster and came across a add on social media, I reached out and Peter helped me out, he made this deal go so smooth and quick and the best part he worked with me on pick up time since I was coming from California, I would definitely recommend Peter with haulstar thanks a lot for helping make his deal

They were very professional and helpful. They knew ins and outs of their trailers really well and answered all of our questions respectfully. I did end up going with another company due to the specification differences that I needed, but I really would recommend HaulStar to anyone who is looking for a trailer.

Purchased a MAXX-D 40 Gooseneck Low Boy from Peter Wall. Service was exceptional as was our wait time. Made a dozen calls to other dealers, turned in financial information for another dealer, and finally drove over an hour to buy all because, Peter took extra time to create a video of the trailer for us. Now, we ve driven off with our trailer and are exceedingly joyous.

I thought found a trailer that fit our requirements, but learned from Peter that the trailer had doors that opened at the end of the trailer rather than a gate. Peter said if I wanted the trailer he would gladly remove the doors and install a drop gate. Big catch was I needed the trailer within 4 days or I d have to find another trailer. Peter and his crew made the changes and I picked up the trailer and went immediately into service5 STARS

My husband and I had been looking everywhere for a trailer. Came across Facebook Ad about this place we made the drive from Frisco. We were helped by Peter super friendly guy answered any questions we had. The receptionist and other worker were very friendly. We were able to drive away with the trailer that my husband had been searching for everywhere. Thank you to Peter and his team.

Easiest Purchase I ve ever made! I sent an email asking if they had a specific trailer in stock and the salesman let me know they did not but expected some in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and he messages to let me know they have one and asks if I would like pictures and information. I immediately told him I wanted the trailer but couldn t make it down to pick it up until after the holidays. He emailed me all the paperwork to sign and fill out and was extremely helpful every step of the way! I went to go pick up the trailer the following week and it was parked out front ready to go! Copies of all of my paperwork, temp tag and everything ready to roll. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. From start to finish I was impressed with the whole ordeal. Will definitely buy from them again!

Very professional service, Shaun was very helpful and went the extra mile to help us get what we needed. He even cleaned off one of the dumpsters because it had gotten dirty from the weather. Will definitely be using them in the future

First off, excellent customer service! Peter went out of his way to help accommodate my schedule. Way above and beyond, it s exactly what you want from a partner!Secondly, the trailer itself pulls really smooth and has a really good look. I went with a 16 pipe rail version w electric brake. Loaded it down with ~5500lbs of wood, the weight felt balance and still towed just a smooth as it did empty.Really happy with my purchase !!

Great customer service. Called to inquire about a trailer they had for sale that was close but didn't quite fit my needs. They talked through my needs with me and instead got one custom built for my particular specifications, ready and delivered to me within two weeks. And at an unbeatable price.Was a breeze to get my items loaded and unloaded with exactly the trailer that I needed (and had been looking everywhere for but had been unable to find until I found HaulStar)!

I reached out to Peter and we worked out a deal on the phone. I had quite a drive so he agreed to have everything ready to go! He did. Fastest closing in history. He stood by his word even after discovering that the unit was better equipped than advertised. That is all you can ask of a dealer. Highly recommend the drive to his place.
