Literally the worst experience ever! I'm not even sure if these guys know how to work on cars! They couldn't even figure out how to hold my hood up. They do manage to get my power steering pump on but they apparently used a blow torch to remove my pulley which caused an unbalance when I headed out of the town in I-10. I then had to turn around go back to shop where nobody spoke English and through a translator was able to be told they couldn't help me til the next day!! I had to find another mechanic through the help of Micheal to from O'Reilly's named speedy. Speedy was able to help me by replacing the pulley and didn't charge me as much as this place did! I recommend speedy not sparks!!

Unprofessional and incompetent kept my truck over two weeks for a oil leak never answered calls or texts hard to drive there three times just to get info on my truck they diagnosed it wrong and when I finally got it back it was worse than when I left itTook it apart again in my day off and fixed it in 4 hours ( they left out o-rings, left my high pressure oil lines loose, no gasket on intercollegiate lines, crushed my vaccume lines, and didn t put bolts back on the foam pipe from turbo to exhaust.Charged me $ 850.00 for something I did for 25$ I ll never use them and I recommend to do some investigating before you leave your vehicle with them !Ps: didn t even have the decency to wipe the grease and oil off the hood, fenders, doors, and steering wheel! PROCEED WITH CAUTION

My F350 broke down when I was traveling through Texas, I had my truck at their shop at 10:AM and it was repaired and ready for the road by 1:00 PM.

If you want good service for your car, I recommend not bringing it to this workshop, they leave it worse than the way you brought it, I do not recommend it.Si quieres un buen servicio para tu coche te recomiendo no traerlo a este taller te lo dejan peor q como lo traes no lo recomiendo
