Great place. After getting denied at Southern Tire I came to this place. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and installed my tire on new rims promptly. These were new black rims and they installed them easily without scratches or difficulties. I highly recommend this place!

Called and Hour ago and Ask if they were open today on a Saturday and they said they would be open until Noon. It is 10:50 and I Drove an Hour to get here and they just told me they couldn t get To it today. It just a plug. Don t waste Your Time!!

140$ for a oil change that took them over a hour and a half to do. Attempted the fuel filters but don t have anyone here that knows how. I will not be back and I recommend y all stay away.

I went in to get a low tire fix. They told me they would call me in a few minutes to move my car around. I sat in the waiting room for two hours with no other communication from any staff. If I had known it would be close to that long, I would have come back another day. I can t comment on how good they are at fixing tires because I never got my car in. I can understand busy, I can t understand complete lack of communication.

I don t recommend scratch yo wheels I mean B20 they messed up my wheels and told me they can t do nothing about. As a tire shop business having top dollar machines there s no way those machines can scratch your wheel unless you use them wrong. Poor training and poor machine operating.

On a road trip, a flat tire forced me to look up local shops and I found them. Front desk receptionist was friendly and professional. They fixed my tire and only charged me $20. I noticed the guy took it off the rim and inspected it all around, which is a good sign. I stress tested their work, as I drove on that tire for hundreds of miles the next day, and had no problem. This was a great experience.

I was very fortunate to stop by B20 Tire and Lube to get my tire fixed. I'm not sure what I drove over while working in Orla, but I came to Pecos to get my tire fixed and B20 had some good reviews so I figured I would try them out. Not only did they give me an absolutely amazing deal, but they were also celebrating Christmas and offered me a massive plate of brisket and some sweet tea. My tire is now fixed and I know where I'll go for any future tire repairs while in this area.I highly recommend anyone to go here for your tire repair or replacement needs. Just in case anyone is wondering, I'm driving a little compact SUV.

Very good. Prices are highly inflated but what would you expect from a booming oil field town. One thing I didn't like was the guy machine gunning my lug nuts with his impact. I would have thought that getting them tight and checking with a torque wrench would be more normal. I could have a issue getting that tire off with a lug wrench if needed.

Went to get a tire patched, lasted for about a week. Took it to another shop where they showed me how this business had grinded my tire so much to the point where my tire was no longer good.

This place is garbage. They broke my oil cap and they say I have to go to a mechanic to fix it because they are not mechanics. They are just oil changers and they were the ones who broke it. They are useless, they are useless.Este lugar es una basura Me rompieron el tap�n del aceite y dicen que tengo que ir ha un mec�nico para arreglarlo Porque ellos no son mec�nicos. Solo son cambia aceite y fueron ellos quien lo rompieron No sirven para nada son unos in�tiles.
