I was parked on private property, wrecker service got called out. Got hooked and ready to tow, guy gave me an opportunity to just pay an unhook fee. Paid it and then got reimbursed these guys are amazing. Very respectful and understanding. There is still good people in this world. Thank you B&B.Wrecker Service.

Man these guys are good people. I owned to my mistake when I parked on a private property. Walked in and showed respect. And guess what, they let me have my truck back free of charge for just showing respect and honesty. They are some cool people working there! God bless them. Shoutout to Harvey and office staff! Bridgette was dispatched to my location and she showed up very promptly and even though the vehicle had been sitting on 4 deflated tires she took very good care not to damage the vehicle. She completed the tow inside of 20-25 minutes all professionally and with smile!Thanks Bridgette,James

The original lady did reach out so I'll fix stars. The main lady is really nice and understanding to how important uhauls are to people.Original post below:If you need a U-Haul drive somewhere else. They never have internet to rent one, and U-Haul app refuses to upload Texas IDs for app pick up. I have rented 3-4 times from them in 2 months one lady for 3 of them. It was annoying to actually get it done, but she was nice and eventually got it done. Today this other lady just refused to do U-Haul because internet was in and out.A moving truck is kind of a necessity for people. Don't get an attitude when people are freaking out you can't fulfill their reservation when the next closest U-Haul is 40 miles. This is for the lady today not the main lady that does actually try and help.

B&B, specifically Jimmy helped save my sons, dog and I after we ended up stranded 40 minutes outside of Pecos. Jimmy was extremely helpful, friendly and helped make our awful day a little bit better we were on our way to Cloudcroft, NM for Spring Break. Thank you, Jimmy and B&B

If you need a towing servive DO NOT use these guys. You'll be sorry you did. As an out of town worker, like a lot of people in this town are, we are here to make a living for our family. Upon leaving a local gym, I noticed a wrecker truck attempting to load my vehicle onto B&B Tow Truck. The "No parking" signs were posted but poorly placed and visible. But instead of driver coming and asking for person to move vehicle, as would've been the ethical thing to do, and by me standing next to my vehicle prior to actually being loaded, driver proceeded to write up towing fee. Warning to everyone going to Iron Man Fitness, Do Not Park in adjacent parking lot as there are vultures known as B&B Towing waiting to make a quick buck off the hard the hard working man.

Our motorhome broke down on I-20, transmission. Called these guys and they came fast. Very personable workers, three of them came and got me off the freeway miles from Pecos, Texas to a good repair place

Bridget saved me from dying of heat exhaustion out in the patch. She was Godsend and very patient. Had some misunderstanding with the directions we gave her and she still showed up as fast as possible with a smile on her face. She was nice enough to let me be the dj on our long trip to Monahans and even called me her passenger princess . Great company and workers!

Harvey a Corey took good care right before the holidays . They were doing private property after I explained my situation of me picking up my medication they let me of the hook at no charge and put my drive line back in god bless the few good people in this world

Called B&B wrecker for a tow, they were quick and friendly, great customer service and their prices were the best. Not sure why the reviews say they are expensive, I called a few other companies and B&B is by far the best price. And I mean by a mile. First off this company and its employees, equipment are top tier best in the Permian Basin and in my opinion in TEXAS! Harvey and Jeramy have great customer service skills and are honest and very professional in the business! Myself and my company highly recommend them for your tow & recovery needs! I googled tow truck in the area and another local company in (Kermit,Tx) was going to charge me $3k+ to move my truck and chassis from Kermit to Monahans which was only I around 30+ miles. When I heard the price my heart dropped and had to figure something else out because that was ridiculous. I asked my friend if they know a good reasonable priced company and she didn t hesitate and gave me B&B s number. I spoke with Harvey and told him my situation and asked for the cost of this move the price he gave me was 10x less than what the previous company quoted me! Jeramy then arrived in a very timely manner and start hook everything up. I then came to thinking it would be more cost efficient for my to bring my truck back home to EL Paso, Tx. The quote that was given to me was unbelievable the price was less than the price the previous company I called to do that short trip to drop in Monahans! Long story short truck was towed back to El Paso, Tx in the safest most badass tow truck I ve ever seen and been in! The equipment they operate is in excellent shape and spotless! I thank you B&B for being such honest, trustworthy and professional people! I hope this review helps others I own a one truck small business and it s very hard to find people not to rip you off in every way possible! I highly recommend them and THANK YOU AGAIN B&B HARVEY AND JERAMY!!!

Awesome services! Got here within the hour and pulled me out of a bind in 5 minutes! I was stuck in a cliff and he got me out clean and safe without damaging my equipment. Thanks Harvey you're awesome with a great attitude!

Bridget was a Godsend. She came out to our hotel after the damaging hailstorm Oct 2 and cover the damage so we were able to drive home safelyto Colorado. Enterprise car rental was unable to furnish us with another car due to inventory in Carlsbad and Roswell so we were able to continue on since Bridget covered the damage so we were able to continue on.Thank you sooooo much

One of my trucks broke down and the price was way more than I expected. These people charge way too much! When I asked why the price was so high they said I could pay that price or they could increase the price that they gave me if they wanted to. The customer service is horrible. They charged $1678 to move a semi and trailer 4 miles to their yard and charged a service fee of 3 hours for a job that took less time.

I paid what was asked and when I open the receipt it says I still owe a balance......why wasn't I given the full price......all I wanted to do was go shopping at a Walmart I wasn't trying to stay there

The best service in the area and I can say the only one that really work 24 hours.Im very thankful with Harvey he got me out of a big problem and honestly very professional on what he did and very quick.Thanks for your help in the complete experience! Was in binde and stuck in soft ground. These guys responded asap. They sent Harvey, whom was quick and efficient and got me out with no damage. There prices are more agreeable then these other towing services.

B&B's recovery service is great. I had gotten blown over in a wind storm, and they did a great job in recovery. However, the yard is not secure.When I returned to gather my personal belongings, I found that my rig had been gone through, and I was missing 80 to 100 dollars in change and other personal belongings
