Needed a jump start,have my own cables. Lady in shop says they can't do it because there are only p.m. and tire service guys in right now.I came back when the boss lady left and asked the two younger guys that were working there and one said the service trucks aren't built for jump offs and it will drain their battery ! What a sad world we live in,smh...

If you have a choice, it s worth the extra miles. Super clean. Less wait time. Quality work. Every employee is professional and courteous. The best TA and shop I ve been to in 4 years, plus your near a HEB Grocery store. I have not seen this inexpensive meat in several months. Grocery store is clean, easy to shop with a great variety.

Excellent. Short wait but they usually aren't too busy. Desk clerk is helpful and mechanics get right on it. No hot water for showers as of yet though but two hotels on the edge of the parking lot if you need them. Not a bad place to camp out and restaurants and stores nearby. Kept very clean too.

Called ahead letting them know i was on my way for an oil change. Arrived and they tell me they are low on filters and might not have my type. They didn't. ... if you knew you were low on filters, why wouldn't you mention that on the phone call!

In out quick. Less than an hour on complete PM service. Almost shorted on a air filter change though. Said they didn't have filter. The senior female desk person went out and found it. TY so much for following up.

Had a bad tire that needed replaced ,,,and one other tire with a bolt in it ...ended up with 2 for the trailer...Not a bad wait time ,,about 40 mins to get into the shop ....

I showed up at 9:20 p.m. with a leaking heater hose. The mechanic had the hose, but his arms were too short to reach the hose clamp. I was told that a mechanic capable of fixing it would show up at 8:00 a.m. the next morning and would immediately get to work on it. Since I couldn't run the engine of my truck for air conditioning without potentially damaging my engine, I had to get a hotel room for the night. At this point it is 11:00 a.m., which means I've been here for 13.5 hours, and no one has even touched my truck. Instead, they went out on a service call that came in 10 hours after me. I've tried calling customer service, at the time of this review I've been on hold for 26 minutes. Had I known that I was going to wait this long, I would have refilled my radiator and driven to the next town.Edit: Someone started working on my truck at 12:15 p.m., just shy of 15 hours after I put my truck in the shop.

Watch out if you are changing tires here!They took off a good tire and left a bad one on the trailer.

Came in with a weird vibration in my steering. They had to go get the part but was only down for a short time. Fast and courteous.

Total rip off 90 percent of the time they don't even know what they are looking for..and if is something easy they don't have the part with them. So you pay for them to drive around..be smarter than them have it towed to a shop or get a Uber ride and get the part yourself...
