I have used this shop several times and they have always been extremely honest and priced well. They recently spent a day investigating why my truck would not start. They eventually found where there was an electrical fire and most likely fried all of the electronics. Due to the damage caused, the truck had to be towed to the dealer for possible insurance claim. Since they were not able to complete the work, they did not even charge a fee for their days worth of time. Any other shop would have. Can't say enough how much I appreciate their help in this situation.

West Pearland has always done business the old-fashioned way: honesty, fairness, quality and reliability. They stand behind their work with friends dly help and the best customer service. I trust them completely. They do excellent tire and car work in an efficient and fair price way.

Always great service. Had them do an ac check. Not only did they tell me nothing was wrong they didn't even charge me. I was amazed.There are a lot of shady car repair places. Took my vehicle to this place for an oil change due to "low oil" warning. After service was complete and upon driving home, dashboard again showed "low oil". Went to my original dealership next day for them to get a closer look and possibly diagnose any oil leaks or computer issues, and no issues found. Only conclusion is -- Goodyear probably never added new oil, or added insufficient amount. Very disgusted by this experience.

Mike at the front desk has the best customer service in town.They did an excellent job fixing my car as well. I am a happy customer, will recommend to fiends and family.

brought my c6 vette in here a few times for alignment they have been honest and taken care of me . called and made appointment with joe the day before they got me in and out in a reasonable time frame . I will continue to use their services in the future.

I can t recommend this place. I ve brought them my vehicle multiple times with the same problem, and they ve never been able to fix it. They ve never offered me insurance on their work either, so every time I bring it right back to them, they expect me to pay again to fix what I ve already paid them to fix multiple times. Take your business anywhere else. This place is a textbook example of a predatory mechanic shop.Update: For transparency sake. I did reach out to the email address that was provided in the comments of this review. I explained the situation and they were able to find my records in their system. Then they stopped replying. I asked why I hadn t gotten a reply yet, they said We have spoken with your relative who recommended us to you, and he is to get in touch with you. Of course I pointed out how absurd it was for them to expect me to communicate through a relative who had nothing to do with this transaction. At that point they straight up ignored me. Be warned, this is the type of customer service you re looking at if you are disappointed with their work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair

This is my only place for auto service. They do good work at a fair price. Always friendly and professional. I appreciate that they treat you like a friend/neighbor.

This used to be our go to shop but that is not the case any more. Car was brought in for an oil change less than a week ago & brought in again on Monday for diagnostic. The quote for the diagnostic was astronomical so we took the car to another mechanic we trust for a second opinion. The quote from the other mechanic was a lot less and we were also informed the "new oil" was not new. Only thing that looked new was the filter. When we questioned them about the oil they claimed it was infact changed but we do not trust them.There is also another review listing the same issue with an oil change with in the last week. Seems like someone isn't actually doing their job & cutting corners.We started coming here when we had an imported car because our other shop didn't work on that particular vehicle, but we will not be taking any vehicles here in the future. Very shady practice as of late has lost our business.

Had my RV trailer tires installed here and my whole family takes their car here for routine maintenance.Mike and the crew are friendly and attentive and never had any issues with the work they've done.Highly recommend them!

Good service, good communication. Mike is pleasant and cares about his customer service and his community. First time in today for alignment. They did the job right, friendly and quickly, even on a Saturday. So rare to find in our world today. I also ordered two replacement tires for my other truck. I knew, I could order them myself online for about $30 each cheaper, but with their attitude toward building and staying in business it s worth spending more to support local businesses.

Whether you interact with Joe, Mike, or Gabe, you will experience highly knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled professionals who will do everything possible to take care of your vehicle. I ve been using the services of West Pearland for years, across multiple vehicles we ve owned, for everything from tune-ups to inspection, to AC service, to tire installation or repair, to general engine maintenance. I rarely write reviews but use them often to choose where to go. Thank goodness for the reviews that West Pearland Automotive has received. I was not disappointed. I probably passed about 10 other places [that do oil changes] to have my vehicle serviced. Well worth it. Courteous, profession, timely and down right good people! This shall be my place to go for all my car needs. Thank you so much!

Great service and great staff!Went in to mount my tires as I had never done that before. They were pretty good at explaining everything I needed for my car, the services I was getting, and what I had to pay. Friendly front desk and good scheduling.Convenient location as well. Recommend to others in the area.

Excellent vehicle maintenance and repair facility. Great customer service; Mike and Joe are the best. They make sure the job gets done right and they keep you updated on progress. Cost is reasonable, work is timely and well guaranteed. They stand by what they do. My go-to auto work place for more than 10 years. No pushy up-selling. No BS.

I been a client for 11 years and this West Pearland Tire & Auto location is wonderful. Friendly customer service and the repairs are fast and at good price. I totally recommend it. Today I went for a headlight fix and they told me that the lightbulb was just lose and not even got charged. They are awesome!

I've taken both of my vehicles here several times. Friendly, fast and fair. I even got myself into a jam with my own repair and was prepared to pay for it. They took one look at my vehicle and fixed my my mistake in minutes and didn't charge me, they've earned customer loyalty time-and-time-again!

Reviews were mostly positive, so I thought I'd visit & try them out for a repair - I was very impressed. Professional staff, clean facilities, and efficient service at a great price. I was expecting to just get a quote/appointment, but they had my vehicle fixed and back on the road within 60-70 minutes. They will be my go-to shop from now on.

I wish I had the same experience as the customers who posted reviews before me. I have used Westside Pearland Tire Auto once in the past and was provided with good service. This is why I came back again. This is the reason I am providing 3 stars. I purchased my own part from my car dealership, and was told by an employee at Westside that the labor would be between $110 -$120 if their worker installed it. I discovered bringing my car to Westside Pearland Tire would be less expensive if they did the work. I also asked if I would receive a discount, because I am a AAA member. I was told yes. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. Information was entered into the computer about my vehicle, and I was told it would be $218.00 for the labor, because they charge $145 per hour. This person should have been up front about the cost when I initially called, as I do not like surprises like this. The employee said the original quote was off the top of his head. This is not good customer service. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with not receiving an accurate quote on the phone, he asked me if I wanted to take it to the dealership. His response was unprofessional. It would have been appropriate to apologize for the inconvenience. Instead of giving off this type of attitude as if you don't care. After the part was installed in my car, I did provide suggestions on how he could have handled calls from customers like mine requesting quotes for a service, and indicate the quote is off the top of his head and not a guarantee. He just nodded his head and then gave me a bill of $110, which he originally quoted and asked if this price was better. I don't know why this person took me through all of this, and on top of this when I gave him my AAA membership card to receive a discount, I did not get a discount off the original price. At this point, I had enough and just wanted to leave. So one star was deducted for not honoring the discount and an additional star was deducted, because I did not receive a 5 star customer service experience from the employee, who handled this transaction from the first phone call until when the repair was made. Not the typical customer friendly attitude I am use to when I do business with people. I want to feel that I can trust the people I do business with and not take me through all of this.

These guys do amazing work and are reasonably priced. I use them to service my personal and company vehicles. They stand behind their work and will not hassle you into any unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. They take you in very quickly without an appointment, and if they can't they will let you know. Very straightforward, don't oversell. Honesty is the best policy.

We're long time customers. Mike and the gang at West Pearland Tire and Auto have taken good care of us. I have gone in many times thinking we needed a big repair, to be told we don't need it, or it's just a simple adjustment. But they also point out things we need to be aware of. No pressure, friendly, quick, quality service. They have kept our cars safe and reliable at reasonable cost.

I've used West Pearland since it opened, off and on, when I was unable to perform my own maintenance due to time. Mike has always been honest and the work performed was done with care and quality. Any questions were answered.

I was in town from Fort Worth and experienced car trouble, called AAA, car was towed to West Pearland Tire and Auto. They were able to get the repairs completed in one day. I couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism and friendly service. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
