Very slow service. Put in the wrong battery and had to wait even longer for the right one to be put in. Then after the whole ordeal the employee at the front tried to send me home with the wrong paper work for the wrong battery. When confronted she lied saying that everything is in the system but another employee had to tell her that the correct battery information in fact had to be entered into the system for the warranty to be effective. Very incompetent and frankly dishonest. Spent almost $200. A giant of time. Take your car somewhere else

Pricing is competitive but service is lacking. They can t give you an estimate for completion on services and ask that you come back later when they have more technicians on duty, but won t put you on a wait list.

I took my car there to have the oil changed and the technician poor excuse was The drain plug is too tight I can't take it off if I use any torque it will break off his words after an hour of waiting then I get this news very lazy young people that don't wanna do anything the other guy waiting that left with no service also they had told him they couldn't remove his lug nuts DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTO SERVICE

5 star customer serviceI had 3 vehicles, 6 tires total serviced here.If this is not called a good Walmart tire center, I do not know what is.

First time buying a full set of tires from Walmart. Buying experience was quite good. It was nice not having to deal with the barrage of up-sales that I m used to experiencing at other tire stores.

Outstanding customer service!!!! I have been dealing with tire problems after purchasing at the Midland store. I took my car to the Dixie farm location and they incorrectly patched my tire. I finally came to this location and the managers Pleshette and Alfred went above and beyond to contact the other stores and get me taken care of! Alfred even showed me the patch that was incorrectly put on the inside of the tire. Pleshette was VERY understanding and patient while being the middle man and contacting the other store and kept me informed. And lastly Eugnia & Jeremy at the registers were also very accommodating and made sure I had copies of all paperwork and kept me company while I waited. 10/10 customer service!!!Service: Tires

I was originally told it would take just over an hour to change a flat tire, but it actually took close to 5 hours. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had no clue what the promotional deal was about including the manager. The guy working the counter was not friendly whatsoever and when I started asking questions got an attitude. No where to properly sit while waiting to get your car serviced. Also they no longer are allowed to get inside your car and vacuum it out along with other things. Doesn t make much sense to me seeing as they have to get inside my car to move it into the service area.

I enjoyed great customer service at this auto care center. I had to do an oil change before a long trip but it was really fast. The staff was really friendly unlike some other Walmart locations.

I called 5 times to schedule an appointment and when I went in to just patch my tire they stated they weren't taking any more cars.

I really need tires on my truck. I went to every Walmart in my area to get the tires that I needed. There was some sort of issue with every Walmart that I went to. One location had one out of the four tires. That was the location off of 45 South and rowlett. I waited outside of the store for over an hour at this location. I work the night shift and have no time for this foolishness. I wanted to be the first customer there thinking that I will get good service. Boy was I wrong. I went to Walmart on 45 and South wayside. This location had all four tires but didn't have anyone to install them. The lovely sales associate told me that she can still sell them to me. I would just have to find someone to install them. I declined the offer. I went to the location in Pearland. I was told that they didn't have the size 18 tires that I need for my Yukon. The reason I travel to each one of these locations is because when you call any of the Walmart stores you cannot get through on the line. The phone constantly rings for 20 minutes if you hold it. I will not be shopping Walmart auto center again in life. All my adult life I've been going to discount tire. However, my sister insisted I shop at Walmart because they have such a great deal. Yeah right

Wow!! The service provided by the men at this local Walmart was impeccable, and it deserves a 5 star review. While making a right turn, I damaged my front right tire. I immediately went to this Walmart at 6:00P.M., and all every technician I encountered was friendly and explained the process of a tire repair. Since my husband was out of town, I appreciated their great customer service especially since they close at 7P.M. We all know that some auto service businesses do not provide the best service within an hour of closing. In short, I did not need a new tire, and it was repaired for 22.00 within 30 minutes. Thanks again Ruben and the entire crew!!

They sold me 4 Goodyear truck tires cheap and I took it to the alignment shop For the alignment same day. Come to see under the truck my wheel was counter balanced, I Had a look at all the wheels and all four where counter balanced. I left the alignment shop and went to discount tire in Alvin to have the wheels balanced right and it was way better of a ride, spent more than I initially bargained for.Service: Tires

I literally waited here for about an hour just to for them not to give me what I asked for!! They had 4 people looking for 2 tires!! And one at the register who kept taking off!! Not only is the staff lost but where is the supervisor?? I'd give this service a zero if I could!! Worst service I've ever experienced!!

Showed up there at 3pm to get a tire rotation and they said they couldn't do it even though they closed at 4pm, the manager said he didn't have a lunch break and they didn't have the proper techs to do it. Even though they were doing a tire rotation on a vehicle and were also changing other people's oil. Would not recommend this walmart

This used to be my store of choice for tires, however the last time I stopped at this location I received the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I dropped off the rim for them and I was called to come back in, they brought it out in a cart and informed me they were to busy to put it on my car. I had to put it on in the parking lot myself. Pretty sure that's not how a loyal customer should be treated.

Sells associate's were very nice and helpful... ESPECIALLY patient... Some times its harder when ur husband sends you to do the oil change not knowing anything about car just to fill it up with gas.... Thank you so much gentle men from automotive

I went to three Walmart from 3 to 730 to replace my battery today. The Pearland ,dixeyfarm Rd store was out just told to go find another. The 35 store called stores till they found one at almiday rd..those two sores did there job.ofcorse I had to do the time ,leg work! MCB

I waited over 25 minutes to get the door unlocked to purchase a radio. They walked by me 4 times to help others that had just walked in. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
